Abstract

Provisions regarding the acceleration of settlement of forest encroachment cases have been regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction Article 39, while investigators of PPNS, POLRI and Public Prosecutors in Riau province find it difficult to obtain evidence to resolve cases of criminal acts of forest encroachment. The dossier handed over to the Public Prosecutor is not yet complete with P-18, so there are still many criminal cases of forest encroachment that have not been resolved.This research is a sociological legal research, this research was conducted at the Center for Security and Enforcement of Environmental and Forestry Laws in Sumatra Region. While the population and sample are all parties who have a relationship with the problem in this study. Sources of data used include primary, secondary, and tertiary materials. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies.The results of this study indicate, First, the application of the provisions for the acceleration of settlement of forest encroachment cases in the Riau province area has not been maximized, there are still many cases that have not been completed because the P-21 file is not complete. Second, the Implications of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction has provided a legal umbrella for PPNS, POLRI and Public Prosecutors to coordinate in eradicating forest encroachment actors carried out by individuals and groups who destroy forests, especially in Riau province. Third, efforts to overcome legal problems in the application of Article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction in Riau Province, The Public Prosecutor has the authority to conduct a pre-prosecution if there are deficiencies in the investigation by taking into account the provisions of Article 110 Paragraph (3) and (4).Keywords: Forest-Encroachment-Investigation

Abstract

Accident refers to an event that occurs unintentionally. For example, traffic accidents, accidents with sharp objects and so on. The word accident is taken from the root word accident. The addition of the affixes "to"... and ..."an" indicates bad luck that has happened or befalls. Technically, "accident" is not included in an event caused by someone's fault, First Aid is an act of help given to the victim with the aim of prevent the situation from getting worse before the victim gets treatment from official medical personnel.So this First Aid (PP) is not a real treatment for a disease diagnosis so that the sufferer recovers from the illness he is experiencing. First aid is usually given by people around the victim, some of whom will contact the nearest health officer. This help must be given quickly and precisely because the wrong treatment can result in bad, physical disability and even death. Schools as institutions that have been trusted by parents of course also have a responsibility in responding to their students. However, the reality is that there are often accidents in the community. school area either in the field of transportation or in other fields. This accident problem often interferes with the activities of students in teaching and learning activities so that it is appropriate for schools to make policies to deal with accidents in the school area.The main purpose of first aid in an accident is to keep the accident victim or patient alive, make the victim's condition stable, and avoid more severe disability, reduce pain, discomfort and anxiety. First aid measures in accidents that are carried out properly will reduce disability or suffering and even save the victim from death, but if first aid measures in an accident are not carried out properly, it can actually worsen the consequences of the accident and even kill the victim. It is very important to know the stages of giving first aid, especially in life-threatening situations, for example where the heart and breathing have stopped, bleeding, choking, and poisoning.

Abstract

Konseling sebaya telah menjadi bagian penting dan integral dari sekolah karena dinamika pendidikan dan rumitnya permasalahan dikalangan siswa. Kebutuhan akan konselor sebaya tidak dapat diabaikan karena kenyataannya permasalahan remaja seringkali disampaikan kepada teman sebayanya. Namun kapasitas sebaya sebagai konselor dan agen sosialisasi utama di sekolah hingga saat ini masih belum optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan terhadap siswa yang mewakili 4 sekolah menengah yang berada di wilayah binaan Puskesmas 1 Ulu Palembang, berjumlah 30 siswa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan konselor sebaya melalui melalui peningkatan pengetahuan konsep, sikap serta ketrampilannya. Rangkaian kegiatan ceramah disertai diskusi dan demonstrasi telah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan media video, slide serta leaflet. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam hal pengetahuan konselor sebaya tentang konsep konseling sebaya, sikap konselor serta ketrampilan melaksanakan konseling sebaya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat lebih meningkatkan kapasitas konselor sebaya sehingga pelaksanaan konseling sebaya dapat meningkatkan ketahanan remaja dalam menghadapi permasalahan dan perilaku yang berisiko dapat dicegah. Diperlukan adanya pelatihan progresif lanjutan untuk memastikan agar konseling sebaya dapat membantu mencari solusi atas peliknya permasalahan dan meningkatkan ketahanan siswa di sekolah.
