Abstract

Sebagai pendidik profesional dan ilmuwan, dosen memiliki tugas utama mentransformasikan, mengembangkan, dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi melalui pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian sebagai komponen esensial dalam suatu sistem pendidikan di perguruan tinggi, dosen memiliki peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab dosen sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, keberadaan dosen di Poltekkes Palembang dituntut keharusan membangun dan menjalin kerjasama dalam suatu tim kerja yang berkualitas, terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan era globalisasi.  Namun demikian, kemampuan dosen dalam menerima tantangan senantiasa berubah dengan mengikut dan menyesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi, hal ini berhubungan dengan kemahiran dan kestabilan emosi seseorang dalam  melakukan penyesuaian diri. Kemampuan seorang dosen dalam mengenal emosinya, mengelola emosi diri, memotivasi diri, empati serta menjalin kerjasama sebagai komponen kecerdasan emosional dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecerdasan emosional dosen di Poltekkes Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 100 dosen yang mengajar di delapan program studi di lingkungan Poltekkes Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pertimbangan dalam penyusunan kebijakan manajemen dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas kinerja dosen serta pemenuhan hak mahasiswa atas proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Academic supervisors are the most appropriate resource for students to complete their education process. Supervisors canalso act as motivators, consultants and collaborators. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions and expectations ofthe role and function of academic advisors at the Poltekkes Palembang by emphasizing the dimensions of tangible,reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This study used the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) methodand mapped into a Cartesian diagram. Measuring the overall level of student satisfaction was using the CustomerSatisfaction Index (CSI). The sample of this research was 228 Poltekkes Palembang students who were selected usingproportional stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was using a questionnaire sheet with a Likert scaleand analyzed using analysis of the level of interest and customer satisfaction. The statistical test showed that the attributethat has the most satisfactory performance was the appearance of the academic supervisor with a mean of 3.28, while theattributes that need to be prioritized for improvement were special attention to individual students with a mean of 2.42.Through the calculation of CSI, the value was 73.7% (0.66-0.80). This shows that the index of student satisfaction with therole and function of academic advisers was in satisfactory criteria. The performance of lecturers as academic advisersmust be improved and become a lecturer 's attention, especially in several attributes, namely the closeness of therelationship, attention to student difficulties, providing information, and monitoring student academic development.Keywords: academic supervisor, perception, student expectation.

Abstract

Pada saat ini informasi menjadi kebutuhan yang mendasar. Suatu informasi pada kenyataannya akan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan diterapkannya sistem informasi. Masjid Al-Mabrur adalah merupakan salah satu pusat ibadah umat Islam di wilayah Serpong Tangerang Selatan memiliki beberapa kegiatan rutin yang tidak hanya bergerak dalam bidang keagamaan melainkan juga dalam bidang sosial, pada saat ini Masjid Al-Mabrur Serpong dalam mengelola administrasi dan informasi masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan memberikan informasi melalui papan pengumuman yang ada di masjid dan melalui pengumuman lewat speaker sehingga jangkauan informasi yang terbatas dan kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini menawarkan solusi dengan memberikan edukasi mengenai pemanfaatan internet sebagai sarana pengelolaan sistem informasi masjid. Sehingga diharapkan kedepannya pengurus masjid bisa mengelola, mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan kegiatan keagamaan serta memberi informasi secara efektif dan efisien kepada mastarakat luas.

Abstract

Adolescence is the time when a person goes from child to adult in 10 to 24 years. This period is a worrying time for teenagers when they want to get away from dependence on their parents, feel curious to know more and are very vulnerable to risky behavior. Bina Lestari High School students have never been given counseling on how to maintain adolescent reproductive health (KRR). In order for the reproductive health status of adolescents to be maintained, it is necessary to provide assistance for health and welfare care for adolescents. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge, understanding, behavior and attitudes of adolescents about reproductive health. The health education method used is in the form of counseling and mentoring discussion groups with the snake and ladder game media (MEDULA). The results of the evaluation showed that many Bina Lestari High School students gained increased knowledge after they studied reproductive health through the snake and ladder media, which included understanding reproductive health, reproductive organs, puberty, menstruation, unwanted pregnancy, and abortion, as well as sexual diseases and HIV-AIDS.

Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced access to reproductive health services and limited socialization and health education during social or physical distancing. The government was gradually implementing the new norm era, we still have to be vigilant and follow health protocols, which in principle are clean and healthy living behavior by means of communication as a medium for sharing information/health education. The aim was to improve and change behavior, as well as women's independence regarding reproductive health. The method of activity was to provide education about reproductive health care for women in the new normal era, through online seminars. The results obtained good knowledge of pre-test 61%, post-test 90%, less knowledge of pre-test 39%, post-test 10%, means that the health care education has an effect on improving health. Abstract

The implementation of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection regarding the sale of Beauty Care Products in the City of Parepare is still not optimal because there are still many dangerous beauty care products found. Of course this results in losses to the consumer. This research uses a normative juridical method, a juridical approach, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data as basic materials to be studied by conducting a search on regulations and literature related to the problems studied. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation while the data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis technique used by the researcher using the Miles and Huberman model, that there are three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or conclusions. verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) . The position of consumers is considered vulnerable because they cannot be separated from buying and selling activities and often experience fraud that results in losses. So to protect consumers, the government makes regulations on consumer protection Law No. 8 of 1999 which explains the principles of consumer protection, consumer protection goals, consumer rights, and obligations as consumers, 2) Implementation of regulations on selling beauty care products in the city. Parepare has long been in effect, but the reality in the field is not in accordance with the application of the rules because there are still many sellers who trade products that still use ingredients that are quite harmful to health, 3) Review of Islamic Economic Law regarding the sale of beauty care products in Indonesia. the city of Parepare which is not in accordance with existing Islamic law. Because, in the buying and selling process it is not in accordance with the rules contained in the legal conditions of the sale and purchase law, namely Ma'qud Alaih and Syara'.
