Abstract

This study discusses how Pyisical Education Teachers Educator (PETE) adopt Physical Literacy (PL). Knowledge is the foundation of PL to know what to do and when is the right time to do it. The research has a goal, so that PETE understands the definition of PL. This research study contains 3 stages, the first is determining the objectives of the PL, the second is curriculum planning and the third is the learning approach. The method used is a literature review of several opinions about PL in Physical Education (PE). The national PE curriculum is structured and developed to achieve national education goals that are adapted to current conditions and future needs in order to live regularly and actively, through Physical Activity (PA). For this reason, efforts should be made to create a healthy lifestyle and maintain physical fitness (PF). PL is a potential that can be optimally developed for children from an early age. The role of PE is very important in the formation of PL in children, where cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects are in the goal of PE which can provide motivation, confidence and enthusiasm to continue doing PA.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is believed to be related to the ability to organize, perform tasks in achieving goals, produce and implement actions to achieve certain skills. This study aims to analyze the level of self-efficacy in athletes with disabilities in South Sulawesi. The study was conducted on 10 athletes with disabilities in South Sulawesi with the criteria for physically disabled and deaf. The data collection technique used a test instrument that adapted from The General Self-Efficacy Scale created by Aristi Born, Ralf Schwarzer & Matthias Jerusalem in 1995, with 10 questions and answers consisting of 4 scales. This questionnaire has been standardized in 32 languages and was adapted in this study in an Indonesian version. Data collection using a google form which is specifically intended for athletes with disabilities in South Sulawesi. The results of all respondents with an average of 75%, and are in the high category and they can overcome any problems that arise both during practice and during matches. The conclusion in this study is that the high self-efficacy of disabled athletes affects many things related to individual skills and abilities as athletes.

Abstract

The body's need for nutrition is absolute, nutrient needed to maintain cell life in the body, both at rest and during exercise. An athlete must have good stamina in supporting his achievement improvement. Good stamina for an athlete can only be obtained if you consume nutrients that suit your needs both during training and when competing. All the nutrients that the body needs are found in the food we eat everyday. The need for absolute nutrients for the body to carry out its normal functions. The energy is obtained from food eaten by a swimming athlete every day. Proper food will be able to produce good physical condition, because the food will provide energy according to the needs of his body in his daily life.

Abstract

Ada tiga pondasi utama yang penting dan wajib dipedomani untuk mencapai target prestasi atlet yaitu, potensi genetik, kecukupan nutrisi dan latihan terprogram. Nutrisi yang tepat akan sangat membantu penampilan optimal atlet saat bertanding. Selain itu nutrisi ini dibutuhkan pula pada kerja biologik tubuh, untuk penyediaan energi tubuh pada saat seorang atlet melakukan berbagai aktivitas fisik, misalnya pada saat latihan, bertanding dan saat pemulihan. Nutrisi juga dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki atau mengganti sel tubuh yang rusak. Banyak pelatih atau atlet yang menganggap bahwa asupan nutrisi pada atlet sama saja dengan yang bukan atlet. Kenyataannya tidak demikian, asupan nutrisi pada atlet disiapkan berdasarkan pengetahuan tentang dominasi energi yang akan digunakan, peran sumber nutrisi tertentu pada proses penyediaan energi. Dalam hal ini termasuk pula tentang pemberian suplemen dan usaha khusus berupa modifikasi yang dilakukan terhadap asupan nutrisi pada waktu tertentu, dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja atlet. dari workshop yang telah dilaksanakan ini para atlet bisa mencapai prestasi maksimal melalui pengaturan makan yang tepat dan variatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kegiatan pramuka dalam mengembangkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Deskriptif. Adapun fokus penelitian terdiri dari pramuka dan kedisiplinan. Lokasi tempat meneliti adalah di kota Makassar Kecamatan Mamajang tepatnya di SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang menjadi ketua kelompok yaitu sebanyak 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumantasi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis Kualitatifdengan cara deskriptif, yaitu dengan cara menjelaskan, menguraikan dan menggambarkan permasalahan serta penyelesaiannya yang berkaitan erat dengan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak hal yang menjadikan pengembangan kedisiplinan pada anak seperti mereka mampu mengatur dirinya dan bertanggung jawab terhadap dirinya sehingga menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik di sekolah maupun di rumah mereka mampu mengontrol tingkah lakunya sehingga tugas-tugas di sekolah mapun di rumah dapat berjalan dengan optimal.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah dampak kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dalam pengembangan kedisiplinan siswa melalui aturan-aturan yang harus ditaati, pemberian penghargaan bagi mereka yang mampu menjadi contoh bagi siswa lainnya, memberikan hukuman mendidik sebagai alat pendorong kedisiplinan, serta konsisten dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar di sekolah dan mengikuti kegiatan pramuka

Abstract

Aerobic exercise is one of the most popular types of physical activity today, one of which is aerobic dance. Aerobic dance is a physical activity that combines rhythmic music and body activities. This study aims to analyze the level of popularity of aerobic dance in South Sulawesi. This study was conducted on 287 female respondents with an age range of 17-55 years. Data retrieval in this study was carried out by filling out questionnaires via a google form. This questionnaire was distributed to women who did aerobics in fitness centers. The distribution of the google form is carried out during February 2022. The results of this study found that respondents who chose aerobics dance at 41%, aerobics with using different equipment at 17%, aerobics with elements of martial arts at 15%, aerobics with psychically - regulatory orientation, and water aerobics at 13% each. This study concludes that aerobic dance is the most and most popular choice made by South Sulawesi women’s society.

Abstract

This study is an explanation based on a literature review about aerobic dance which is currently being favored by almost all Indonesian people. This literature review is quoted from Google Scholar, Science Direct, and books, using the keywords aerobic exercise, physical activity, dance aerobics, and recreational sports. The references are used from 2015 to 2022. Aerobic dance is a fun sport for an active lifestyle and is an indicator of future health. Aerobic dance is popular for several reasons, one of which is that it is low cost and can be performed anytime, anywhere, and by anyone regardless of gender and age. Aerobic dance can have a positive effect on physical and mental health. Aerobic dance can reduce risk factors for cardiovascular disease in all age groups, especially in the elderly, and reduce mental health problems such as lowering levels of reactions to stress, depression, and anxiety. Aerobic dance that is done regularly can improve physical and mental health. In addition, it has a positive impact on social relationships and increases self-efficacy. Aerobic dance is recommended as a recreational sport.
