Abstract

Dalam dunia industri manufaktur, peningkatan produktivitas merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam memenuhi pasar domestik dan internasional juga untuk merawat kepercayaan pelanggan. Perusahaan berusaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pada produk Body Filter. Diketahui bahwa mesin Body Filter dalam kondisi tidak efisien dan pihak manajemen berusaha untuk menerapkan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) untuk peningkatan produktivitas mesin. Tindakan perbaikan yang diambil adalah pembongkaran dan perbaikan pada penyetelan mesin die one stroke 30T hydraulic body. Kemudian tindakan perbaikan diuji menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectivevness (OEE), yang terdiri dari 3 elemen: ketersediaan, rerata kinerja dan rerata kualitas. OEE mampu digunakan sebagai perangkat yang membantu analisis pemecahan masalah. Melalui uji ilmiah dengan metode OEE menunjukkan peningkatan pada nilai total OEE dari 37.35% menjadi 58.82%. Detail nilai ketersediaan meningkat dari 80.09% menjadi 90.78%, rerata kualitas dari 46.83% menjadi 65.02% dan rerata kualitas dari 99.63% menjadi 99.67%. Dengan peningkatan 41.43% unit produksi sebanyak 241,412 unit dibanding sebelumnya 141,398 unit dan tingkat kegagalan produk menurun 35.64%. terbukti bahwa hasil dari tindakan perbaikan memberikan efek positif pada tingkat hasil produksi. Kata Kunci: Produktivitas, Hidrolik, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Abstract

PT Inoac Polytechno Indonesia is a private company engaged in manufacturing, especially in the manufacture of foam mattresses, furniture products, and automotive interior products. In the process of preparing for childbirth there are still many things or activities that cause waste, such as repetitive activities and the use of manual tools. One method that can be used to reduce waste in manufacturing is by identifying seven wastes. In changing the work system from a manual to an automated system, it is carried out based on WEB using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming to reduce the waste that occurs in the finishgood warehouse. In one day PT. Inoac Polytechno Indonesia can deliver goods +-32 trucks/day. If with a manual system, the shipping preparation process takes 37 minutes/PO (Purchase Order), with an automated WEB-based system, the target is that the shipping preparation process takes 30 minutes/PO (Purchase Order). The time needed for one time process to prepare delivery before repairs are carried out is 37 minutes/PO (purchase order). Abstract

PT Bio Kusuma Pharmaceutical is a manufacturing company for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and dietary supplements that was founded in 2003. The company is more engaged in topical medicines and creams for beauty. Increasing the existing market and productivity makes the company prioritize the success of production to increase the company's competitiveness. The increasing demand for products in the market has made PT Bio Kusuma Pharmaceutical have to increase its productivity. However, due to limited testing equipment in the laboratory, it is less effective in meeting the market. From August-October 2019, it showed a delay in testing due to too many batches of production but only one instrument in the laboratory. Production results that are not balanced with demand make the company unable to maximize its productivity due to inadequate testing equipment at the Quality Control laboratory. Based on data on comparison of production and testing in the laboratory where there is a delay in testing due to the inadequacy of the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) testing instrument in the Quality Control (QC) laboratory, from this data the company requires additional HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) instrument tools. From the results of calculations using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) instrument from Acquity Arc (Waters) is obtained with a score of 0.46933 with evaluation factors for all criteria and 0.46932 with the ratio of benefits from alternatives.Keywords: Laboratory, HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)

Abstract

PT. Ching Luh Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that produces sports shoes with well-known global brands, with annual revenues of more than US $ 1 billion, and has 8,000 workers. PT. Ching Luh Indonesia is a company that is responsive to technological advances and pays great attention to the comfort of employees in working, especially in the Laboratory section. In that section, the bonding checking process on the shoe samples currently still uses direct checking without any time reference in each sample. This is considered less effective because it makes the addition of the remaining sample for the next shift. This study aims to determine the standard time of each shoe sample variant and to determine the number of samples received by each operator. From the research results using the calculation of the standard time can be determined the standard time of each variant of the shoe sample, so it can also be determined the number of samples received for each operator. Abstract

The company's efforts to continuously improve quality in monitoring and measuring product characteristics to check that product requirements have been met so that the product realization process is in line with planned arrangements. As for PT. CTA always maintains process capability based on predetermined specifications for seamless carbon pipe products, including indicators of pipe roundness and thickness. The method used in this study is the X-bar and R control chart and process capability used to measure and evaluate whether the process is in statistically controlled quality or not and measure the performance relationship between the actual process and predetermined specification limits so that it can be carried out maintenance plan. The results of this study are first, 2 iterations of the control chart because previously some data were obtained that were not within the upper or lower control limits. Second, the results of measuring process capability are the Cpk value of 0.563 and the CP value of 0.587 (Cp <1) which means that the process capability to meet the specified specifications is low. Abstract

This study aims to determine the cause of the actual man hours that did not reach the target in the interim modification work which refers to the modification of the STA 2598 bulkhead body structure on the 747-400 aircraft at PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk. Tangerang. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative method which refers to data taken from 15 aircraft that have performed aircraft maintenance at PT. GMF Aeroasia Tbk. By analyzing the man hours that have been partnered with the SAP application, value stream mapping analysis techniques are obtained to find out the source of the problem from the man hours delay with the stages of making current state mapping in current conditions, making process activity mapping to map existing activities at the time of work. takes place based on VA, NVA and NNVA and obtained from the results of the study the biggest cause of out of target in manhours in the modification of the structure of the bulkhead body STA 2598 on the 747-400 aircraft that was treated at PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk is waste over processing which reaches 21 hours 38 minutes with a percentage of 14.74%, waste waiting as much as 1 hour 14 minutes with a percentage of 0.84% and a total waste motion of 30 minutes with a percentage of 0.34% with a total waste during work lasted for 23 hours 22 minutes with a percentage of 15, 97% with the proposed improvement by increasing the effectiveness of duration manhours which previously reached 145 hours 4 minutes, to 121 hours 12 minutes. Keywords: VSM, Maintenance, Waste Analysis, Manhours, PAM

Abstract

This research is focused on increasing productivity by optimizing total manpower in the HR field related to work activities and time needed by employees to complete their tasks in accordance with the Job Description given by management. The method used in this research is Work Load Analysis which is a picture of the workload needed in an organization in a company. With this method can provide information about the allocation of employee resources in completing workloads. PT. Surya Toto Indonesia is always trying to improve the quality of its products and services. If there is no particular attention to quality or productivity, the company will decline. The average productivity obtained from the measurement of productivity rose by 10%, with a test of the adequacy of the data N = 164, the level of accuracy of the data S = 6.2%, the level of confidence of the data of = 95%. Keywords: Workload Analysis, Human Resource Management.

Abstract

PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari, Tbk is a company engaged in the packaging industry for HP oppo cartons / boxes. PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari, Tbk in its activities always try to maintain and improve the quality and production capacity, but in every effort to achieve this the company is often faced with various kinds of obstacles. The obstacle faced from this research is that there are activities / activities that are waste in the HP Oppo box production process, one of which is the time for setting the machine and transferring goods from one process to the next which takes quite a long time. This condition is contrary to requests from customers that must be fulfilled on time, so that it affects production targets and causes a gap of an average of 6% between production targets and production results in the period March - August 2021. From one of these problems PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari will improve the production system by streamlining or eliminating one process that is deemed unnecessary or can be combined with other processes. This study aims to find out what waste occurs in the HP Oppo box production process at PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari. From the results of this study, by using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method, the waste that occurs can be determined, so that suggestions for improvements can also be made to reduce waste. From the proposed improvement given by the author, the resulting percentage comparison of the results of the lead time before and after the repair. It can be seen that there is a time difference resulting from the previous process. The production process becomes faster or the time reduction that occurs from the previous 424.34 minutes to 301.04 minutes, there has been a reduction in time of 123.3 minutes or a waste reduction of 29.05%. hp oppo box production process, so that the specified target can be achieved and the production process time becomes more efficient.Keywords: HP oppo box, Waste, Production Process, Production Target, Value Stream Mapping.
