Abstract

ASEAN Economic Society (MEA) era initiated in 2015 brought opportunity and challenge as well for Indonesian economic. As MEA enacted in the end of 2015, ASEAN member countries experience free flow of goods, services, investment and educated manpower from and to respective countries. From 14 creative economic sectors as listed in Presidential Instruction (Inpres) Number 6 Year 2009 concerning Creative Economic Development, there is one poor creative industry subsector, namely ‘Exhibition Art’, in which such subsector only contribute 0.10% from entire creative industries. TRIO ABG or frequently referred to as Triple Helix, which is synergy between Business Government, is one of concept in increasing creative industry growth. In addition, creative industry establishment also determined from such creative industry competitive advantages. This research aimed to review TRIO ABG contribution and Competitive Advantages against exhibition art creative industry development in East Java. Population in this research were entire creative industry owner/management from 14 creative industry sectors. Sample in this research were 42 owners/management of ‚Exhibition Art? creative industry sub-sector. Partial Least Square (PLS) were analysis technique used in this research, which is analysis alternative method with variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research result showed that TRIO ABG still unable to provided contribution for exhibition art creative industry in East Java. Such three helix roles actually exist, but it was highly minimum and not synergized yet. Likewise, competitive advantages on exhibition art creative industry in East Java still unable to become competitive advantage that could compete with other industries.

Abstract

Lebay Crackers (Catfish and Spinach Calcium) have a high nutritional content, this cracker is made from natural ingredients of the combination of catfish with spinach vegetables. Utilization of Science and Technology for Society (PIKAT) needs to be implemented with the intention to transfer appropriate technology especially in the field of processing of fishery with spinach vegetable Type of processed catfish that will be developed is Lupil Cracker mixed with Spinach Spinach (Lebay Crackers). The development of processed business Catfish chips Blended with spinach vegetables (Lebay Crackers) is in addition to potential as a profitable business, on the other hand, can also give a more positive impact for the economic improvement of surrounding communities. First, Lebay Kerupuk processed business opens job opportunities for Ibu Inayah and the community. With the existence of dough cracker processing machine that has technology reliability, simple shape, easy to operate, and can increase the quantity and quality of production and make packaging.

Abstract

The growth of the retail business has had an impact on the economy in Indonesia. So that competition between business actors is very high and each company will try to offer an advantage they have. As is the case for retail businesses, they will be competing on how to improve the quality of their service to customers. What is offered is the completeness of the product being sold, the price, service and the structure and design of the fixed location. The purpose of this study was to test measuring the service quality variables at Annisa Minimarket. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Annisa minimarket customers. The analysis technique used is PLS. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the perceived service quality factor affects (significantly) on satisfaction.
