Abstract

Implementation of learning with the theme of animals around me has a problem that is hearing impairment students in class IV do not understand what the names and concepts of animals in the environment, so that, in daily life, the students can not interact with the surrounding environment properly. As a result, the learning outcomes is low. Therefore, it needs an innovative and creative learning. The purpose of this study is to produce a multimedia animation based learning prototype of Bahasa Indonesia materials with the theme of animal around me for hearing impairment students. This research development using the Borg and Gall (2007) development model was carried out in 9 stages due to limited time and cost, namely: (1) identification (2) analysis (3) analyzing problems (4) research objectives (5) instrument assessment (6) strategy (7) developing teaching materials (8) Selecting themes (9) Expert validation. Data collection used questionnaires, pretest and posttest. The results of data collection techniques is the feasibility of teaching materials based on multimedia learning animation for hearing impairment students. The results of the Z sign test analysis showed that 2.202 were greater than the critical value α = 5%, namely 1.96, it could be analyzed that there was effectiveness in terms of the level of mastery of bahasa Indonesia teaching materials with the themes of animal around me based on multimedia animation learning in SDLB Negeri Tompokersan Lumajang.

Abstract

This research was used to improve gross motor development in autistic children at the Star Kids Jember Inclusion Kindergarten through educational games outside the classroom. The subjects of this study amounted to 6 people. Data collection techniques from this study used observation, interviews and documentation. Non-parametric statistics are a type of Wilcoxon test which is also applied in this study. Research on a group taken in trials, not compared and samples not randomly selected is the type of research used, quantitative data analysis in the form of mathematical numbers and data collection using research instruments is a type of pre-experimental research. Quantitative approach is used in this research. Due to the variety of information using research instruments, the examination of information is quantitative in nature as a purely numerical figure intended to test established speculations. The aftereffects of the review show that outdoor games have a huge effect on autistic children, especially gross motor skills. In outdoor games n gross engine improvement in autistic kids, it can be seen from the results of research from data processing using the Wilcoxon formula and obtained t value = 2.202, which means that the outcomes showed that there was a critical impact between outdoor games in autistic kids, especially gross coordinated movements in Jember Star Kids Inclusion school.

Abstract

Perkembangan bina diri pada anak dengan hambatan intelektual merupakan hal yang penting dalam upaya mendukung kemandirian mereka. Salah satu keterampilan esensial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah kemampuan mengancing baju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meksplorasi penggunaan media kain flannel dalam melatih keterampilan mengancing baju pada anak dengan hambatan intelektual melalui pendekatan Single Subject Research (SSR). Media Kain Flanel dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengancing baju pada anak. Penggunaan media kain flannel ini dapat memberikan pengalaman sensoris yang lebih konkret dan membantu subjek memahami konsep mengancing baju dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLB C TPA Jember, yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan khusus yang melayani anak-anak dengan hamabtan intelektual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kain flannel dapat meningkatkan antusiasme belajar subjek dalam mengenal dan meningkatkan kemampuan bina diri mengancing baju pada anak hambatan intelektual di SLB C TPA Jember. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil evaluasi yang mengarah pada perubahan positif yaitu peningkatan kemampuan subjek dalam mengancing baju .
