Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of; 1) School culture on job satisfaction 2) Principal leadership on job satisfaction, 3). Emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, and 4) Job satisfaction on teacher performance. The sample of this research is 50 teachers in Public High School in Samalanga Sub-District, Bireuen Regency. The method is descriptive and verification, specifically by using path analysis approach. The results show a significant effect of 4 variables used; 1). 17.74% School Culture on Job Satisfaction, 2) 18.09% Principal Leadership on Job Satisfaction 3). 15.28% Emotional intelligence on job satisfaction 4). Job satisfaction affects teacher performance by 30.58%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of principals' leadership on learning facilities and a shared learning environment – ​​Likewise with teacher performance in vocational schools throughout Bireuen Regency. The research was conducted by means of a survey of 184 teachers who are employees of Vocational High Schools (SMK) throughout Bireuen Regency, with data collection through questionnaires. And data analysis technique through path analysis approach. The results of the study found 1) There was a positive influence of the principal's leadership aspect on the performance of SMKN teachers throughout Bireuen Regency, which was 11.57%. 2) It is proven that there is a significant effect of learning facilities on teacher performance, either directly or indirectly, by 23.91%. 3) And also the results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant influence of learning environment factors on teacher performance at SMKN in Bireuen Regency which is calculated from this study, which is 8.16%. 4) The results of statistical measurements of the correlation coefficient and determination between the variables of Principal Leadership, Learning Facilities and Learning Environment on Teacher Performance stated that there was a significant effect. The contribution of these three factors is 43.60%. While the rest due to the role of variables that were not examined by 56.40%. These factors include performance allowances, non-financial compensation, communication, education and training, and others

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the influence of school culture, teacher certification and the work environment on the performance of teachers in junior high schools in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of school culture on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 26.29%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of certification on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 28.02%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of the work environment on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 31.29%. 4) Simultaneously school culture, certification and work environment together affect the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency. The contribution of school culture, certification and work environment factors to the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency is 85.2%

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical information by analyzing the influence of service quality, consumer satisfaction and product quality on customer loyalty at the BSI Langsa Darussalam Branch Office. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 193 BSI Langsa Darussalam Branch customers, using the Accidental Sampling technique. And data analysis for hypothesis testing uses path analysis. The results of the research are known; (1) there is a causal relationship between service quality variables and consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction and product quality, as well as product quality and service quality with an average of 0.372. (2) there is a direct and indirect influence of service quality on customer loyalty of 43.74%. (3) customer satisfaction has a direct and indirect influence on customer loyalty of 33.06%. (4) product quality has a direct and indirect influence on customer loyalty of 33.23%. (5) simultaneously service quality, customer satisfaction and product quality contribute to customer loyalty by 39.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Principal Leadership, Communication and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The object of research were 139 public high school teachers in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. In the form of quantitative research with associative type, and problem analysis through path analysis approach. The results of the study show that there is an influence of (1) the leadership of the principal on teacher performance by 31.16%. (2). The communication factor on teacher performance is 43.22%. (3). Organizational culture on teacher performance is 35.94%. (4). Simultaneously the principal's leadership, communication and organizational culture have a significant effect and contribute to teacher performance by 40.3%.
