Abstract

Studi ini mempunyai tujuan guna memahami dan menganalisis Online customer review, Online Customer rating, dan Layanan Cash On Delivery atas keputusan pembelian pada marketplace shopee secara parsial ataupun simultan. Populasi pada studi ini ialah mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi manajemen yang berbelanja di marketplace shopee. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 100 responden. Analisis  data yang dipakai ialah statistik deskriptif kuantitatif  dan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Perolehan studi ini adalah adanya pengaruh terhadap online customer review, online customer rating, dan layanan cash on delivery secara parsial maupun simultan atas keputusan pembelian. Dengan nilai r squarenya 0,824 dinyatakan memiliki nilai yang tinggi, yang berarti 82,4 % variabel online customer review, customer rating dan layanan cash on delivery berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya 17,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya

Abstract

The COVID-19 virus has had a major effect on conditions in Indonesia, one of which is the effect that employee performance in every company changes in the work process. All agencies are implementing the work-from-home program to change work arrangements as one of the government's guidelines for preventing COVID-19. WFH is a type of work style with the concept of a remote work system, offices are only allowed to employ 25% of employees and 75% of employees who carry out Work from Home PT Mesitecmitra Purnabangun has established a WFH program by holding meetings, briefings, and joint activities through Zoom meetings but some work cannot be done at home, such as file integrity checks or service requests that need to be done in person. Of course, this sudden policy becomes a challenge for employees on changes in performance in the office, especially discipline, motivation and compensation of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT Mesitecmitra Purnabangun. Sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Mesitecmitra Purnabangun. The results of this study indicate that discipline does not influence performance, motivation and compensation influence performance.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan puncak dari fase bisnis terakhir antara konsumen dan produsen. Perilaku konsumen mencerminkan tanggapan mereka terhadap berbagai rangsangan yang mereka terima (stimulasi). Oleh karena itu, keputusan pembelian konsumen merupakan suatu proses pemilihan salah satu dari beberapa alternatif pemecahan masalah pelacakan yang sebenarnya. Impuls tersebut salah satunya berasal dari faktor pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, distribusi, promosi dan influencer. Saat ini banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan media online sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian. 2) pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. 3) pengaruh influencer dan harga secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan untuk penilitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan kuisioner. Kegiatan analisis data ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi mulai dari hasil wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan menyebarkan kuesioner, kemudian mengolah informasi yang diperoleh sesuai kaidah kualitatif-kuantitatif. Saat mengukur variabel independen dan dependen, skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur sikap, persepsi, dan pendapat, yang diubah menjadi indikator variabel dan digunakan sebagai titik awal untuk menyusun instrumen dengan menyajikan pernyataan kepada responden dan kemudian memberikan jawaban atas pertanyaan yang disajikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bahwa influencer memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. 2) Penetapan harga memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. 3) Pengaruh Influencer dan harga secara bersama-sama memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, marketing through social media has become one of the most effective tools to promote products and services. One of the latest marketing trends that is emerging is the use of influencers in marketing strategies. This study aims to investigate the effect of influencer marketing on increasing brand awareness and sales for SMEs. The technique applied is a qualitative literature analysis with an emphasis on in-depth understanding of the subject over the period from 2012 to 2023. The results of this study indicate that influencer marketing has great potential to provide significant benefits to SMEs in their endeavours to reach their target market, expand brand awareness, and increase sales. In an ever-changing digital world, influencers hold unique appeal as a source of influence that can connect brands with relevant and engaged audiences.

Abstract

In the last decade, the development of information technology has advanced rapidly, with Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as two major innovations reshaping the landscape of business and management. Big Data, which refers to large and complex datasets that are difficult to process with traditional methods, has become a valuable asset for organizations in planning and managing human resources (HR). This research aims to explore how Big Data and AI can be applied in HR planning to support digital entrepreneurship innovation, as well as to identify the benefits and challenges of implementing these technologies. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data for this research were collected through a systematic literature search on Google Scholar, focusing on articles published between 2018 and 2024. The results of the study indicate that Big Data provides deep insights through complex and detailed data analysis, enabling companies to plan their workforce needs more accurately and responsively to market changes. AI, on the other hand, enhances efficiency by automating HR processes and providing predictive analytics that can support strategic decision-making. Case studies from companies like Walmart, Unilever, and Airbnb demonstrate how the implementation of these technologies can improve HR planning processes and support innovation in digital businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to make efforts to analyze, collect data and information related to internal communication, motivation, organizational commitment, work ethic, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The results of this study provide practical benefits in managing organizational organizations, especially for Pesantren Mambaul 'Ulum Duku Puntang-Cirebon This research design is descriptive and explanatory quantitative, with multivariate analysis methods. The research sample amounted to 205 people. Data collection with questionnaire instruments and analyzed with structural equation models. The results of the study (1) Internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, but has no significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, but has no significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, but has no significant effect on employee performance;: (4) Work ethic has an insignificant effect on employee performance, but a significant effect on job satisfaction; (5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance; employees and (6) The significance of the strength value of the dependent variable is evident through the calculation of the square value of multiple correlations (R2) for both job satisfaction and employee performance

Abstract

In writing scientific work, it is necessary to use the Reference Manager application to support various forms of assignments in lectures, and student final assignments, now increasingly recommended because it is considered important. In using Mendeley, as one of the applications, it can help in managing scientific references such as books, journals, and other Constitutional references and articles. This can facilitate the preparation of references that are not small in number. Therefore, this training activity was organised face-to-face with the participation of 25 participants. The participants were students of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the afternoon class in semester 4 of the Islamic University of Jakarta. With the Mendeley training, it is hoped that students can smoothly use the application in preparing their final assignments. The method applied in this service is through training. This activity is divided into three stages, namely (a) training preparation, (b) delivery of materials and direct practice of using the Mendeley application, (c) monitoring of activities and (d) training evaluation. Through this activity, it is expected that participants, namely students, can understand the material and have the skills to compile their final project references using the Mendeley application. Keywords: training mendeley; final project; students. Abstrak: Pada Penulisan Karya ilmiah di butuhkan suatu penggunaan yaitu dengan aplikasi Reference Manager untuk mendukung berbagai bentuk tugas pada perkuliahan, dan tugas akhir mahasiswa, kini semakin disarankan karna dianggap penting. Dalam penggunaan Mendeley, sebagai salah satu aplikasi, dapat membantu dalam mengelola referensi ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi UUD serta artikel lainnya. Hal ini dapat memudahkan dalam penyusunan referensi yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara tatap muka dengan partisipasi 25 peserta. Para perserta merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum dan ekonomi kelas sore pada semester 4 Universitas Islam Jakarta. Dengan adanya pelatihan Mendeley, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat dengan lancar menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dalam penyusunan tugas akhir mereka. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melalui pelatihan. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yakni (a) persiapan pelatihan, (b) penyampaian materi dan praktek langsung penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley, (c) Monitoring dari kegiatan dan (d) evaluasi pelatihan. Mahasiswa akan mendapatkan panduan langsung dari narasumber hingga setiap peserta memiliki pemahaman yang cukup dan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut pada aplikasi Mendeley. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan peserta, yaitu mahasiswa, dapat memahami materi dan memiliki keterampilan untuk menyusun referensi tugas akhir mereka menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Kata kunci: pelatihan; tugas akhir; mahasiswa.
