Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership and dividend policy on company value on property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research were ROE, KM, DPR and PBV data on property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2021. The data of this study were accessed on www.idx.co.id and www.bi.go.id. The method of data analysis in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Profitability (ROE) and Dividend Policy (DPR) had a positive and significant effect on company value, while managerial ownership had a negative effect on company value. The simultaneous test results found that profitability, managerial ownership, and dividend policy had a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

Indonesia, dengan populasi besar dan kekayaan budaya kulinernya, memiliki potensi signifikan dalam sektor ekonomi kreatif, khususnya dalam subsektor kuliner. Artikel ini membahas program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di kota Lhokseumawe, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam pengelolaan wisata kuliner. Program ini mencakup pelatihan dan sosialisasi dalam tiga tahap: sektor produksi, manajemen, dan pemasaran. Tahap pertama fokus pada pengolahan roti canai, tahap kedua pada tata kelola kampung wisata kuliner dan kewirausahaan, serta tahap ketiga pada strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk seperti roti canai beku dan olahan baru dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pasar. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan efektif dalam memperbaiki operasional dan pemasaran, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Penambahan pemahaman mengenai tata kelola, sapta pesona, perencanaan fasilitas, dan strategi pemasaran diharapkan memperkuat roti canai di Kota Lhokseumawe sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy has experienced growth or decline due to several things, one of which is by State-Owned Enterprises. Financial statements can provide useful information as a tool to understand the financial performance of a company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021 in terms of financial statements with total assets or liabilities presented in the balance sheet and income statement using common size analysis. The results of quantitative descriptive research using processed secondary data indicate that the company is still relatively healthy and the company's financial performance on the balance sheet is in a fairly good condition. However, the financial performance on the income statement shows that the marketing strategy is less effective in terms of increasing revenue and has not been able to provide long-term profitability.
