Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pemilik usaha melalui pendampingan UMKM. Tahapan pelatihan meliputi tahap perencanaan di mana pendampingan difokuskan pada identifikasi masalah usaha nasi goreng “Miroso”. Tahapan kedua yaitu pelaksanaan di mana pendampingan berfokus pada pembuatan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Pembuatan BMC menghasilkan saran perbaikan pada elemen channel yaitu nasi goreng “Miroso” dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar dengan menambah bermitra layanan pesan antar secara online. Tahapan ketiga yaitu evaluasi. Tahapn ini menghasilkan strategi yang akan dilakukan pemilik UMKM dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT ini dapat digunakan sebagai solusi untuk meminimalisir segala kelemahan dan ancaman yang dihadapi dengan mengoptimalkan kelebihan dan peluang yang dimiliki.

Abstract

The low number of visits to the Mulawarman Museum area reduces buying and selling activities, which can hamper local economic growth. The research aims to determine the local socio-economic potential in the Mulawarman Museum area. This type of research was carried out using descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with 15 business actors and 3 people in the Mulawarman Museum area. Based on the research results, it shows that there is significant economic potential in the area. Effective sales strategies, such as friendly service, discounts, and product stock additions, have been proven to be able to attract more buyers and increase revenue. Apart from that, social interaction between business actors and customers plays an important role in increasing satisfaction and building better long-term relationships, so this area has the potential for further development. Optimal utilization of social and economic potential in the Mulawarman Museum area can create a positive impact on regional development and improve the welfare of local communities.

Abstract

UMKM in the M.Said area face very tight competition. Where business actors run their businesses very close together and have similar businesses. So the high level of competition requires business actors to have a competitive advantage. Apart from that, business actors must also have strategies to use, namely entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on the competitive advantage of UMKM in the M.Said area. This research uses a quantitative type of research, based on the results of research conducted by distributing questionnaires to 86 UMKM in the M.Said area. The data analysis techniques used in this research are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is no partial influence of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage with a calculated t value of 0.971 < t table 1.988 and a significance value of 0.334 > 0.05, so that entrepreneurial orientation has not been able to increase the competitive advantage of UMKM in the M.Said area. Meanwhile, market orientation has a partial influence on the competitive advantage of UMKM in the M. Said area, with a calculated t value of 3.064 < t table 1.988 and a significance value of 0.003 > 0.05, so that market orientation is able to increase competitive advantage whose influence lies in customer orientation. However, there is a simultaneous influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on competitive advantage in UMKM in the M.Said area, with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and F count 6.940 > 3.10 F table, so that entrepreneurial orientation partially has no effect on excellence compete while market orientation partially has a high level of influence on competitive advantage

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether brand image and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Janji Jiwa Jilid 490 coffee shop. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Data collection carried out was a questionnaire distributed to 96 consumers, observations and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The partial t test results for each variable brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, then the F test results show that simultaneously brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the results of statistical analysis using significance value 0.000 < 0.05. Service quality is the dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction. The R Square value is 50.8% while the remaining 49.2% is influenced by variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The condition of revenue sharing funds from natural resources in East Kalimantan Province shows fluctuating conditions tending to decline, profit sharing funds contribute positively to the regional financial assistance budget which is useful for regional progress and development. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the contribution of natural resource revenue sharing funds to financial aid spending, as well as determine the largest contribution from both renewable and non-renewable natural resources. This research is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques using documentation and data analysis using the fiscal decentralization formula. The results of the research show that every year the contribution of the Profit Sharing Fund contributes to the financial aid expenditure of the province of East Kalimantan, this is because the amount of the profit sharing fund tends to decrease every year while the budget for aid expenditure for the province of East Kalimantan continues to increase.

Abstract

The research entitled Analysis of Education Budget Allocations in the Samarinda City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the 2017-2021 Period was carried out under the guidance of Mr. Prof. Dr. Abd. Rachim AF, S.E., M.Sc. as Supervisor I and Mrs. Vitria Puri Rahayu, S.Pd., M.Pd. as Supervisor II. The aim of this research is to find out the education budget in the Samarinda City APBD for 2017-2021, analyze and describe the proportion of the education budget in the Samarinda City APBD for 2017-2021. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research uses the entire population as a sample, namely time series data on the Samarinda City education budget for 2017-2021. The type of data in this research uses secondary data obtained from BPKAD Samarinda City. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the education budget proportion formula. The research results show that the education budget allocation for 2017-2021 has reached 20% except in 2020. The education budget in the research year was mostly used for indirect spending.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential for historiopreneurship-based businesses in the old mosque area of Samarinda city. This research was conducted as a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach, with information retrieval techniques using interviews and observation, the data was processed using qualitative analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The research results show that historiopreneurship-based potential is measured by three indicators, namely, type of business, environment and human resources. The results of the research show that people have poor independent financial management skills but already have an understanding so that financial management problems can be overcome, business owner sources are also able to carry out promotions and price competition due to threats from similar businesses. It can be concluded that there is economic potential based on historiopreneurship in the old mosque area.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence from the use of the experiential learning model with the help of PowerPoint learning media on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were students in class X 6 as the control class and X 7 as the experimental class with a total of 66 students. The data collection technique used is a written test in the form of multiple choice and documentation. Analysis of learning outcomes using the t-test which showed a value of 0.008 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the experiential learning model with the help of PowerPoint learning media on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis web google site pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan oleh peneliti (1) Diperoleh rata-rata nilai persentase dari ahli materi sebesar 80% dengan kategori layak. (2) Hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh rata-rata nilai persentase sebesar 80% dengan kategori layak. (3) Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh rata-rata nilai persentase sebesar 88,7% dengan kategori sangat layak. (4) Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh rata-rata nilai persentase sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Web Google Sites pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” digunakan untuk pembelajaran.
