Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the methods section training and methods overall training motivation achievement shoot lay-up skills in the game of basketball The research is conducted at extracurricular student SMP 4 Watampone ,This study is using treatment by level 2 x 2. The samples are consisted of 40 student. The technique of data analysis is two ways analysis of variance (ANAVA) and followed by Tuckey's test for significance level of α = 0, 05. The results of this study show that (1) score for method training section (A1) is higher than the method of overall training (A2) at extracurricular student SMPN 1 Watampone ; (2) there is an interaction between practice methods (A) and training motivation (B) shoot lay-up skills in the game of basketball; (3) score of high method section training (A1B1) is higher than score of high method overall training (A2B1); 4) score of low method section training (A1B2) is lower than score of low method overall training (A2B1)

Abstract

Tingkat kesegaran jasmani sangat dibutuhkan setiap siswa. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kesegaran jasmani perlu diadakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat Siswa SMA Neger 2 Soppeng. Jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian deksriptif. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng. Populasi diambil dari keseluruhan siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat berjumlah 20 orang. Sedangkan sampel diambil dari siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat berusia antara 16-19 tahun, sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya mengunakan ’tehnik purposive sampling’. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif data raw score Total kecepatan lari 60 meter yang diperoleh adalah 245,97 detik dengan median 8,05 detik dan modus 7,20 detik. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif data raw score Total kemampuan pull up selama 60 detik yang diperoleh adalah 276 poin dengan median sembilan poin dan modus sembilan poin. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif data raw score Total kemampuan sit up selama 30 detik yang diperoleh adalah 604 poin dengan median 21 poin dan modus 22 poin. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif data raw score Total kemampuan vertical jump yang diperoleh adalah 1563 centimeter dengan median 51,50 centimeter dan modus 50 centimeter. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif data raw score Total kemampuan lari 1200 meter yang diperoleh adalah 203,15 menit dengan median 6,42 menit dan modus 6,42 menit. Dari hasil analisis dijelakan tingkat kesegaran jasmani pada siswa SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng dalam ketegori sedang.

Abstract

The role of sport is becoming more and more important. Because sport not only plays a role in improving the physical fitness of a nation, but sport also plays a role in shaping human character, which in turn will bring glory to the name of a nation. All sports play an active role in Sisea, including takraw. The problem of coaching sepak takraw athletes is homework for sepak takraw coaches and coaches in South Sulawesi. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in Sila Football Learning Outcomes through the Problem Based Learning Method. Using a type of classroom action research approach by taking research samples from SMA 13 Bone students and obtaining data from giving 2 cycles as well as the results of evaluations of the results of learning about soccer. In conclusion, motivation and seriousness in participating in the student learning process through the problem based learning learning model has proven to be effective and able to increase learning outcomes as well as student motivation and seriousness. This can be seen from the increase in student motivation and seriousness as well as the increase in soccer learning outcomes so that completion reaches 82% in the cycle second.

Abstract

The aim is to determine the effect of drill and box jump training methods on leg power in the smash back attack in men's volleyball. Experimental research uses a quantitative approach, sample of 20 people and data collection through observation, interviews and test instruments. Results (1) significant effect of drill training on leg power in the smash back attack, Pretest results for the Drill training method were 152 and the Posttest were 201 with a difference of 55, while the Pretest for the Box Jump training method was 153 and the Posttest was 175 with a difference. 30, the calculated t value is 3.665> t table 2.145 and the significant value is 0.005 < 0.05 with a time difference of 4.90 seconds. (2) significant effect of box jump training on leg power in the smash back attack as shown by the calculated t value of 2.703> t table 2.145 and a significant value of 0.024 <0.05 with a time difference of 2.20 seconds. (3) box jump training is more effective than drill training on leg power in the smash back attack as shown by the calculated t value of 2.257> t table 2.048 and a significant value of 0.037 < 0.05 with a time difference of 2.60 seconds.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: (1) The influence of arm muscle power on overhead passing ability, (2) The influence of balance on overhead passing ability, (3) the difference in more effective influence between arm muscle power and balance Enrekang students. Experimental research with the research design used, namely pretest-posttest. The population used in this research was class XI UPT SMAN 10 Enrekang students with a total of 20 students. Sampling used the proportional sampling technique. The group division in this research is ordinal pairing. For the arm muscle power training group and the balance training group. The research results show that: (1) There is an influence of arm muscle power on students' volleyball passing ability with a calculated t value of 12.555 > t table 1.833, and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, (2) There is an influence of balance on volleyball passing ability with t calculated value 9.043 > t table 1.833, and significance value 0.000 < 0.05, (3) There is a difference in the influence of arm muscle power and balance on students' volleyball passing ability with t calculated value 1.936 > t table 1.734 and sig. 0.085 > 0.05, the difference in the posttest mean value is 1.00.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh latihan handgrip terhadap kemampuan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis, (2) Pengaruh latihan push up terhadap kemampuan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis, (3) perbedaan pengaruh yang lebih efektif antara latihan handgrip dan latihan push up siswa kelas 9A MTs Ma’Had Hadits Al-Junaidiyah Biru. Penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu pretest-posttest. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 9A MTs Ma’Had Hadits Al-Junaidiyah Biru dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Penarikan sampel menggunakan Teknik sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh handgrip terhadap kemampuan smash bulutangkis siswa dengan nilai t hitung 6,972 > t tabel 2,145, dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, (2) Terdapat pengaruh push up terhadap kemampuan smash bulutangkis dengan nilai t hitung 2,666 > t tabel 2,145, dan nilai signifikansi 0.026 < 0.05, (3) Latihan handgrip lebih efektif daripada latihan push up terhadap kemampuan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis pada Siswa Kelas 9A MTs Ma’Had Hadits Al-Junaidiyah Biru, ditujukan dengan nilai t hitung 5,190> t tabel 2,048 dan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05.
