Abstract

ABSTRAKAtribut sebuah produk dapat menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam membeli sebuah produk. Preferensi konsumen dalam membeli rengginang lorjuk dipengaruhi oleh beberapa atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan karakteristik konsumen dan menganalisis atribut-atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam membeli rengginang lorjuk. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah Kamal. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskripitif kualitatif dan konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam membeli rengginang lorjuk adalah bentuk, harga, berat isi kemasan, jenis dan kemasan.Kata Kunci: Rengginang Lorjuk, Atribut, Konjoin.ABSTRACTAttribute of product can be used as consideration of consumer in buying product. Abstract

Abstrak Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM) saat ini sedang menggiatkan pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa dan perilaku berwirausaha serta wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Selain itu Pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional telah meluncurkan Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) untuk dilaksanakan dan dikembangkan oleh perguruan tinggi, termasuk di UTM. PPMW bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan, keterampilan dan jiwa wirausaha (entrepreneurship) berbasis IPTEKS kepada para mahasiswa agar menjadi pengusaha yang tangguh dan sukses menghadapi persaingan global. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kewirausahaan mahasiswa UTM. Variabel yang diamati terdiri atas ciri-ciri kepribadian wirausaha meliputi dorongan untuk berprestasi, rasa tanggung jawab, sikap terhadap resiko, percaya diri, menggunakan umpan balik, orientasi jangka panjang, kemampuan dan ketrampilan manajerial, dan sikap terhadap uang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dari 8 karakteristik jiwa kewirausahaan yang menjadi variabel penelitian hanya karakteristik berorientasi jangka panjang saja yang banyak di miliki oleh oleh responden dalam tahapan tinggi, yaitu 70%. Sedangkan ke 7 karakteristik jiwa kewirausahaan yang lainnya seperti dorongan berprestasi, rasa tanggung jawab, sikap terhadap risiko, rasa percaya diri, menggunakan umpan balik, kemampuan manajerial dan sikap terhadap uang sudah dimiliki oleh para responden meskipun pada tahap sedang. Hasil lain penelitian inin menunjukkan presentase mahasiswa UTM yang memiliki cita-cita untuk usaha mandiri (wirausahawan) hanya sebesar 36,2%. Sisanya sebesar 63,8% memiliki cita-cita sebagai pegawai, baik karyawan swasta mapun PNS. Kata kunci : karakteristik, jiwa kewirausahaan, wirausahawan, entrepreneurship Abstract Enterpreneurship education is becoming one main concern at University of Trunojoyo Madura. Through this education, it is expected to be a basic skill for the students to be an enterpreneur in their life, now and future.This policy is in line with the program launched by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture in term of Students’ Enterpreneurship Program. This program is conducted in all higher education institutions in Indonesia including University of Trunojoyo Madura. Students’ Enterpreneurship Program aims at providing some basic knowledge and skills of enterpreneurship based on science and technology to the university students in order to become a formidable and successful enterpreneur to face the global competition. There are only few students of University of Trunojoyo Madura utilize themselves to take advantages from the enterpreneurship education provided by the university as a good opportunity to become an enterpreneur. Based on the fact, the study is conducted to identify the characteristics of students’ enterpreneurship at University of Trunojoyo Madura. The variables observed consist of the characteristics of enterpreneurship. They are achievement impulse, sense of responsibility, attitude toward risk, self-confidence, the use of feedback, long-term orientation, managerial skills, and attitude toward money. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. Results of the study show that from the eight characteristics of enterpreneurship available in this study, there is only a long-term orientation owned by the respondents. It shows a high percentage in 70%. Meanwhile, the rest seven characteristics available such as achievement impulse, sense of responsibility, attitude toward risk, self-confidence, the use of feedback, managerial skills, and attitude toward money are also owned by the respondents although still in intermediate scale. Another result shows that there is only 36.2% of the students of University of Trunojoyo want to be an enterpreneur, while the rest, 63.8% of the students are interested in becoming an employee, either in private or government official. Abstract

Abstract

Sektor perikanan merupakan salah satu sektor riil yang potensial dan dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa komoditas hasil tangkap unggulan dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan agroindustri yang berasal dari komoditas hasil tangkap unggulan yang terpilih. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Location Quotient (LQ) untuk mengetahui komoditas hasil tangkap unggulan dan Analisys Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangannya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis LQ, ikan kurisi dan ikan cakalang merupakan komoditas unggulan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Tlanakan sedangkan hasil analisis AHP, kriteria modal menjadi prioritas pertimbangan utama dalam memilih alternatif agroindustri berbasis komoditas hasil tangkap unggulan, kemudian prioritas selanjutnya adalah kriteria sarana prasarana, teknologi, peluang pasar, kebijakan pemerintah, tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku.

Abstract

Understanding supplier performance is very vital to ensuring a well-functioning of apple agro-industry supply chain network. It will help the process of potential supplier sevaluation and selection, it is also improving both the performance of firms and its suppliers. The purposes of this research are to evaluate the performance and select the potential of apple supplier. The results of this study are as follows: categories (drivers) priority for the evaluation of apple supplier performance are price (0.406), quality (0.335), delivery (0.130) and services (0.070). Based on that categories, the selection of potential of apple supplier sequentially areSupplier A (0.429), Supplier C (0,316), Supplier D (0.129) and Supplier B (0.125). Hopefully, the apple agro-industry can determine the best of suppliers in fulfilling their raw material.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kewirausahaan mahasiswa Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM) dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa UTM. Dengan adanya pendidikan kewirausahaan diharapkan mahasiswa memiliki jiwa wirausaha serta wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan digunakan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha dan memberikan bekal pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa supaya dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan setelah lulus nanti. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif dan analisis diskriminan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik jiwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa UTM mayoritas bercita-cita sebagai wirausaha sebesar 17% dan sisanya sebesar 83% bercita-cita sebagai PNS, dosen, jurnalis dan lain-lain. Sedangkan dari 8 variabel yang memiliki perbedaan yakni variabel efikasi diri, akses terhadap modal, latar belakang pendidikan dan latar belakang orang tua yang berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa UTM karena memiliki nilai sig 0,05.  ABSTRACTThe purposes of the study are to determine the enterpreneurship characteristic of students in University of Trunojoyo Madura and the factors that influence the enterpreneurship intention of students in University of Trunojoyo Madura. By the existance of enterpreneurship course, students are expected to have a spirit of enterpreneurship and will become the place for students to apply the enterpreneurship skills. Education on Enterpreneurship occurs for triggering the enterpreneurship interest and knowledge to students for establishing their own fields of job after graduating. Analysis method used is qualitative descriptive and discriminant analysis. The result of study shows that the characteristic of students’ enterpreneurship spirit who aspire to be enterpreneurs are 17%, Government officials, lecturers, journalis and etc are 83%. Further, the 8 variables that mostly have differences are self efficacy, capital access, background of study and family background variables. It is stated because the 8 variables above influences the students enterpreneurship intention on sig value 0,05.

Abstract

This research aimed to result entrepeneurship model for islamic students. In order to achieve that, it was expected to gain basic competencies needs map that should be owned by student. This research was held at Islamic Boarding School An-Nafi’iyah, Kampak Village, Kecamatan Geger of Kabupaten Bangkalan. Research result shown that 68.7% of students has low achievement urge, 22.4% include as medium category and the rest as much as 9.0% include as high category. Meanwhile, seeing from the sight of working ethic shown that 52.2% students has low working ethic, 22.4% include as medium category and 17.9% include as high category. There are 67.2% students in low enthusiasm, 22.4% others are in medium category and as much as 10% include as high category. There are 55.2% students in low innovative spirit, 29.9% are medium category and the rest as much as 14.9% are high category. Entrepeneurship education model was arranged based on students entrepeneurship spirit characteristic. Entrepeneurship education was purposed on three aspects, namely characters, concept, and skill.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara pengekspor terbesar kelapa sawit di dunia. Pada industri hulu kelapa sawit diolah menjadi 2 produk yaitu minyak kelapa sawit (Crude Palm Oil/CPO) dan inti sawit (Palm Mill). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses produksi CPO dan nilai tambah dari kelapa sawit menjadi CPO. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PKS Aek Torop, dengan populasi semua karyawan PKS Aek Torop dan sampel yang dipilih secara sengaja (Purposive sample). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis nilai tambah Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pengolahan kelapa sawit menjadi CPO terdiri dari 7 stasiun yaitu stasiun jembatan penerimaan buah, perebusan, pemipilan, press, pemurnian minyak, pengolahan inti, dan pembangkit tenaga. Sedangkanhasil analisis nilai tambah Hayami menunjukan bahwa produksi CPO mampu memberikan nilai tambah sebesar Rp 485,79 dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp 447,69.

Abstract

The consumer behavior analysis in the purchase of a product is influenced by the attributes attached to the product. This study aimed to describe the consumer’s characteristics and analyze the attributes that influence consumers in buying ledre. The research was conducted in two places, Toko Moro Seneng at Padangan Village and Toko Dadi Tresno at Bojonegoro City. The sampling method was done by using accidental sampling, with 30 respondents. The data analysis used descriptive and conjoint analysis.
