Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational culture factors on improving the performance of members of the Dairi Regency General Election Commission (KPU). This research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to members of the Dairi Regency KPU as respondents. The research results show that organizational culture factors, such as shared values, norms, and symbols contained in the KPU work environment, have a significant positive influence on the performance of KPU members. The organization's success in creating an inclusive, transparent, and public service-oriented culture plays a key role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the general election process in Dairi Regency. Understanding and implementing organizational values, such as integrity, professionalism, and active participation in the decision-making process, forms the basis of a positive organizational culture. Norms that support teamwork, fairness, and accountability also make a significant contribution to the performance of KPU members. This research provides recommendations to the Dairi Regency KPU to strengthen and maintain a positive organizational culture. Increasing understanding of shared values, increasing member participation, and implementing norms that support effective and transparent work are expected to improve the KPU's performance and the quality of general elections in the region. The implications of this research can also be applied to similar institutions to strengthen aspects of organizational culture to achieve better organizational goals

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan Return On Asset dan Return On Equity. Adapun jumlah sampel yang akan di teleliti dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3. Yang di jadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang di ambil dari tahun 2018-2020  pada PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Maka panulis menyimpulkan Return On Asset (ROA) pada PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk pada tahun 2019 mengalami penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya 2018 sebesar 1,27% dan pada tahun 2020 mengalami kenaikan dari tahun sebelumnya 2019 sebesar 0,95%, Fluktuatif ini disebabkan oleh total asset yang meningkat pada tiap tahun nya dari tahun 2018-2020 yang tidak di ikuti oleh laba bersih.  Return On Equity (ROE) pada PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk pada tahun 2019 mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya yaitu tahun 2018 sebesar 6,11%, peningkatan ini disebabkan oleh total ekuitas yang meningkat secara signifikan  dibandingkat dengan laba bersih, dan pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan secara signifikan dari tahun sebelumnya yaitu tahun 2019 sebesar 6,79%, penurunan ini disebabkan oleh laba bersih yang menurun secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan total ekuitas yang meningkat. Berdasarkan rasio ROA dan ROE pada PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk menunjukkan kurang efektif dalam kinerja keuangan dapat dilihat dari kedua rasio tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work attitudes and leadership styles on employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office. A positive work attitude and effective leadership style are considered key factors in improving employee performance in an office environment. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniques and regression to measure the relationship between work attitude variables, leadership style and employee performance. The research results show that a positive work attitude has a significant influence on employee performance. Apart from that, an effective leadership style also has a positive contribution to employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office. These findings provide further understanding about the importance of creating a Leadership Style that supports positive work attitudes and implementing an effective leadership style to increase employee productivity and quality of performance. The recommendations of this research include the need to develop training programs to increase positive work attitudes and promote supportive leadership styles in the Belawan Customs and Excise Office Leadership Style. In addition, further research can be conducted to explore additional factors that may influence employee performance

Abstract

One critical commodity in Indonesia is crude palm oil, or CPO. In order to boost palm oil sales, this research use SWOT analysis to identify the most effective marketing methods. Things like assessing possibilities in the market, creating marketing strategies, designing marketing programs, and coordinating marketing activities are essentially the focus of the company's marketing strategy. This study combines primary and secondary sources to provide a descriptive account of the phenomena under investigation. Using the IFAS and EFAS matrices, a number of tests are conducted, including SWOT analysis tests. According to the study's findings, the x-axis of the SWOT diagram is the IFAS matrix value of 0.06, and the y-axis is the EFAS matrix test result value of 1.12. When the IFAS and EFAS matrices are applied to the SWOT diagram, the findings show that the company's internal factors are strong in area I. Based on the SWOT analysis, PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan has an aggressive approach that aims to build on current strengths while also improving and maintaining them. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at State Electric (PLN PERSERO) ULP Perbaungan. To find out the effect of communication on employee performance at State Electric (PLN PERSERO) ULP Perbaungan, to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on employee performance at the state electricity company (PLN PERSERO) ULP Perbaungan. The population and sample in this study were 69 people. Data collection technique use data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this research show that work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Purchasing decision-making represents a crucial aspect of consumer behaviour prior to the act of purchase. The decision to purchase is made subsequent to an evaluation of the array of available products or services. Online shopping sites appear to offer a convenient and expedient means of fulfilling consumer shopping desires. E-commerce is a commercial activity conducted via the Internet, offering a diverse range of products to consumers. The objective of this research is to ascertain the process by which consumers make purchasing decisions in the context of e-commerce. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. This research is situated in the city of Karawang. The informants are four students enrolled in a management studies programme at Buana Perjuangan Karawang University who utilise the e-commerce application on a regular basis. The data was collected through the use of interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis was conducted by categorising the data into two distinct groups: primary data obtained from direct interviews and secondary data derived from relevant articles. The findings of the study indicate that discount promotions, free shipping promotions, prices, and product quality play a significant role in influencing consumers' online purchasing decisions in e-commerce. The consumer buying decision-making process encompasses five stages: the introduction of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchasing decisions, and the post-purchase behaviour stage. It can be concluded that students frequently utilise e-commerce platforms to fulfil their needs and desires.

Abstract

This examination means to decide the impact of skill, work fulfillment and authoritative responsibility to some degree and, at the same time, representative execution at the Medan Moderate Expense Administration Office. The examination was led at the Medan Halfway Expense Administration Office, Jalan Sukamulia Number 17A Medan, with a population of 122 individuals and an exploration test of 55 individuals. Information assortment was completed through meetings, polls and documentation. Using version 24 of the IMB Statistics for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program, multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. In view of the consequences of the examination, it was found that skill significantly affected the exhibition of the Medan Moderate Duty Administration Office workers. This was upheld by the consequences of the investigation of t count > t-table (3,529 > 2,008) at n = 55 at an importance level of 95%. Work fulfillment significantly affects the exhibition of Medan Moderate Expense Administration Office representatives; this is upheld by t count > t-table examination (2,035 > 2,008) at n = 55 at an importance level of 95%. Hierarchical responsibility meaningfully affects the presentation of Medan Middle Expense Administration Office workers; this is upheld by t count > t-table examination (2,833 > 2,008) at n = 55 with an importance level of 95%. The worth of F-count > F table (22.284 > 2.79) states that together, there is a positive and huge impact of skill, work fulfillment and hierarchical responsibility on the presentation of representatives of the Medan Middle of the Road Expense Administration Office.
