Abstract

This aim is to find out the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Bahari Internasional Mandiri Medan. The sampling technique used is the total sampling method because the population in this company is 51 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive method and quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that the variable occupational safety and health (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bahari Internasional Mandiri Medan Job satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bahari Internasional Mandiri Medan and the variables of occupational safety and health and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bahari International Mandiri Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work attitudes and leadership styles on employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office. A positive work attitude and effective leadership style are considered key factors in improving employee performance in an office environment. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniques and regression to measure the relationship between work attitude variables, leadership style and employee performance. The research results show that a positive work attitude has a significant influence on employee performance. Apart from that, an effective leadership style also has a positive contribution to employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office. These findings provide further understanding about the importance of creating a Leadership Style that supports positive work attitudes and implementing an effective leadership style to increase employee productivity and quality of performance. The recommendations of this research include the need to develop training programs to increase positive work attitudes and promote supportive leadership styles in the Belawan Customs and Excise Office Leadership Style. In addition, further research can be conducted to explore additional factors that may influence employee performance

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of the work incentives on employee performance. How does workload affect employee performance. How the incentives and workload affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the work incentives on employee performance. To know and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance. To know and analyze the influence of the incentives and workload on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 40 employees. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain the incentives variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Incentives and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is limited to Conflict and Work Stress, especially regarding the work targets implemented and also Work Stress given by PT. Telkom Witel Medan has not been able to improve Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the influence of Conflict and Work Stress on Employee Permormance at PT. Telkom Witel Medan. The pupose of this research is to determine the effect of Conflict and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Witel Medan. The population in this study was 40 employees. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The testing method uses SPSS. Based on the test results and analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of Conflict and Work Stress variables on Employee Performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on loyalty of Telkomsel Internet Data Package users in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UISU Medan. The population of this study were 160 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UISU Management. Study Program, sampling using the Slovin formula obtained a sample size of 62 samples and allocated to each stratum using the proportional random sampling formula, the data was analyzed using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the brand image variable has a significant effect on user loyalty while the price variable has no significant effect on user loyalty, brand image and price have a significant effect on user loyaltys performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasyarakat Desa Andalanbanyak mengeluhkan ketersediaan pupuk kimia seperti Pupuk Urea, Pupuk TSP, Pupuk ZA dan lainnya yang sering terbatas dan langka terutama disaat musim hujan. Desa Andalan memiliki sumber daya pertanian dan peternakan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembuatan pupuk organik guna mengatasi kelangkaan pupuk subsidi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan kelompok tani dan ternak tentang manfaat, cara pengelolaan dan teknik pembuatan pupuk organik yang berbahan kotoran sapi yang selama ini menjadi limbah di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan berupa ceramah, diskusi, dan demonstrasi menggunakan video tentang penggunaan dan pembuatan pupuk organik. Selain itu untuk mengetahui peningktan pengetahuan peserta digunakan pretest dan post test. Kegiatan penyuluhan telah dilaksanakan Balai Dusun, Dusun Gelumpang, Desa Andalan, Kecamatan Bayan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dimulai dengan jumlah peserta yang hadir, serta pertanyaan yang aktiv saat sesi diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pretest dan posttest menggunakan uji paired sample T-test diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan dengan nilai signifikasi (2-tailed)  yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Peningkatan pengetahuan naik sebesar 36.72% sesudah dilakukannya kegiatan penyuluhan dari sebelumnya 60.280. menjadi 97.00. Adanya kegiatan ini menambah wawasan peserta mengenai pupuk organik ini sehingga dapat mengurangi ketergantungan penggunaan pupuk an-organik. Para peserta berharap kedepannya aka nada pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik sehingga para peserta yang merupakan petani dan peternak ini bisa langsung memahami tahap-tahapnya. Kata kunci: limbah organik; penyuluhan; pupuk organik. ABSTRACTMany people in Andalan Village complain about the availability of chemical fertilisers such as Urea Fertiliser, TSP Fertiliser, ZA Fertiliser and others which are often limited and scarce, especially during the rainy season. Andalan Village has agricultural and livestock resources that can be used to make organic fertiliser to overcome the scarcity of subsidised fertiliser. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of farmer and livestock groups about the benefits, management methods and techniques for making organic fertiliser made from cow dung which has been a waste in the community. The method used is counselling in the form of lectures, discussions, and demonstrations using videos on the use and manufacture of organic fertiliser. In addition, to determine the increase in knowledge of participants, pretest and post test were used. Extension activities have been carried out at the Hamlet Hall, Gelumpang Hamlet, Andalan Village, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency. The results of the activity showed that the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity starting with the number of participants who attended, as well as active questions during the discussion session. Based on the results of pretest and posttest analysis using paired sample T-test, it is known that there is a significant increase in knowledge with a significance value (2-tailed) p=0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence on the knowledge of participants before and after counseling. The increase in knowledge increased by 36.72% after the extension activities from the previous 60.280 to 97.00. The existence of this activity adds to the participants' insight into this organic fertiliser so that it can reduce dependence on the use of inorganic fertilisers. The participants hope that in the future there will be training in making organic fertiliser so that the participants who are farmers and breeders can immediately understand the stages. Keywords: extension; organic fertilizer; organic waste.
