Abstract

KAMMI is a student movement which emphasizes the values of Islam, therefore besides politics KAMMI also have a dakwah purpose, namely to urge people to return to the path of Allah. As with any social movement, KAMMI also has a goal to change the values that exist in the society, which makes the surrounding society to cling to the values of Islam kaffah. This phenomenon is commonly called the Islamization, namely the return to Islamic values. It is also felt in the area FISIP Undip, which is KAMMI exist there. From this, the researchers will try to investigate what role KAMMI the process of Islamization in Undip FISIP students, as well as how the Islamisation process can be happen.The purpose of this study to determine how the role of KAMMI as extra movement campus campus KAMMI againts process of Islamization in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Diponegoro (Diponegoro University), and how the process of Islamization that can happen. This study is a qualitative research. This type of research used in this research is descriptive analytic. Data retrieved through the interview process and document data KAMMI FISIP Undip, BEM FISIP Undip, and UPK FKMM.Based on this research, it is known that KAMMI role in the process of Islamization in FISIP Undip through several stages. The first is to strengthen the cadre, which is looking to be a cadre of potential students were then given the provisions of Islam that will be ready to plunge into FISIP student life can be exemplary role model for other students. The regeneration process is divided into formal cadre consisting of levels Daurah Marhalah (DM) 1 to Daurah Marhalah (DM) 3 to officially become a cadre KAMMI. There was also an informal cadre namely through the liqo or Halaqah. The channel is spread dakwah KAMMI today is through BEM FISIP Undip and also FKMM the container KAMMI in intra-campus institution. Although not optimal, but now has a chance KAMMI large enough to spread his message to the students FISIP Undip.Research has been done to provide information that in an effort to make the process of Islamization, KAMMI using the cadres to be syi'ar goes to students FISIP Undip. However, it is a process that is not optimal, it is because not strong KAMMI in strengthening organizations of intra-campus in FISIP Undip, it is deemed necessary because of the similarity of the organization's vision intra existing in applying Islamic values, then it will be easier to deploy Islamic values to students FISIP Undip the other, so that the process of Islamization is running better.

Abstract

Mikrokapsul pupuk urea merupakan salah satu inovasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan nutrisi oleh tanaman dan mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan karakterisasi mikrokapsul pupuk urea dan uji pelepasan urea dari mikrokapsul. Metode mikroenkapsulasi yang digunakan yaitu crosslink emulsi dengan kitosan sebagai bahan dinding mikrokapsul dan glutaraldehyde saturated toluene (GST) sebagai agen crosslink. Hasil uji SEM menunjukkan mikrokapsul urea terbentuk dengan permukaan kasar dan berbentuk agregat. Hasil difraksi sinar X menunjukkan bahwa mikrokapsul urea dengan dengan konsentrasi larutan glutaraldehid 10% memiliki sifat kristalin lebih tinggi dibandingkan larutan glutaraldehid 5%. Hasil analisa DSC menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan titik lebur pada mikrokapsul urea dengan penambahan larutan glutaraldehyd 10%. Uji release menunjukkan bahwa kumulatif release tertinggi didapat pada larutan kitosan 2% sebesar 39,43% dan larutan glutaraldehid 3% sebesar 34,79%.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman maka teknologi pun juga semakin maju begitu juga dalam evaluasi kondisi permukaan perkerasan jalan raya. Dalam metode PCI dibutuhkan waktu relatif lama dan ketelitian untuk dilakukan, tergantung pada banyaknya segmen yang diteliti. Pada tahun 2017 developer Infrasoft mengeluarkan perangkat lunak berbasis web untuk monitoring, pelaporan survey dan analisa kerusakan jalan yang dinamakan REMS (Road Evaluation and Monitoring System). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kondisi permukaan perkerasan jalan pada ruas jalan Prambanan – Pakem dengan metode PCI menggunakan lembaran form survey untuk mendapatkan data kerusakan lalu menghitung nilai PCI nya dan metode PCI menggunakan aplikasi REMS.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagi 30 segmen yaitu mulai dari STA 0+450 sampai STA 15+000. Evaluasi kondisi permukaan perkerasan menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI), dengan data yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan menuliskan hasilnya pada form yang tesedia. Sedangkan evaluasi PCI dengan menggunakan REMS hanya perlu menginput data kerusakan dan hasil analisisnya akan langsung tersedia pada website infrasoft.id.Hasil evaluasi kondisi permukaan perkerasan Jalan Prambanan - Pakem STA 0+450 sampai STA 15+000 menggunakan metode PCI Manual menghasilkan nilai sebesar 77.4  dengan kategori “Satisfactory”. Hasil perhitungan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Road Evaluation and Monitoring System (REMS) pada ruas tersebut didapatkan nilai sebesar 80.3 dengan kategori “Satisfactory”. Analisis perbandingan nilai kondisi PCI manual dan PCI REMS dari total 30 segmen, diperoleh 15 segmen yang mempunyai pesentase simpangan kurang dari atau sama dengan 1%. Hal ini disebabkan karena perbedaan keakuratan dalam pembacaan grafik (DV dan CDV) dan dalam metode PCI untuk pemilihan nilai CDV, dipilih dari nilai paling tinggi tetapi untuk PCI REMS diambil nilai dengan urutan pertama.

Abstract

Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is often presented with severe anemia. Currently, several centers in Indonesia use washed red blood cells (RBCs) to transfuse AIHA patients. However, washed RBCs are not widely available, causing a delay in therapy. We herein report two cases of pediatric AIHA who presented with severe anemia with hemoglobin level of 4.1 g/dL and 5.3 g/dL. Both patients were delayed for two and five days to be given blood transfusion because of the unavailability of washed RBC in Sorong General Hospital and Fatmawati Hospital and must wait to be referred to RSCM to receive washed RBCs. We conducted literature searches to review several articles that focus on AIHA transfusion management. AIHA is characterized by the production of autoantibodies directed against antigens on the surface of RBCs. RBC washing is not currently required in AIHA patients. It is also not widely available, takes a long time to process, and can cause a delay in emergency cases. Although RBC transfusion is not contraindicated in AIHA, its use should be limited to life-threatening cases of anemia with signs of cardiac and neurological compromises. In emergency cases, ABOmatched and Rhesus-matched RBCs can be safely administered if alloantibodies are reasonably excluded based on the previous transfusion and pregnancy history. ABO-matched and Rh-matched RBC transfusion is safe as AIHA’s transfusion management for patients with severe anemia with clinical symptoms.
