Abstract

In the context of Islamic education the leader has a strategic position. Leader as a skipper in determining where to go. Leadership in Islamic educational institutions is both a process and a key one. The role of the leader as the initiator in order to create cooperation among existing resources, in this case the process of influencing is the main task of a leader. The role of leadership in realizing superior education can be implemented through the accuracy given, the application of penalties and rewards to all stake holders, the commitment of leaders and the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructures or facilities that support the smooth process of Islamic education.

Abstract

The term Diversity management is something that needs to be discussed in the world of Islamic education management, because the discussion is closely related to the ability or inability of madrasah heads to create a conducive, safe and controlled atmosphere in Islamic educational institutions (madrasah) in the midst of Diversity / Diversity that naturally exists. Based on several definitions of management mentioned above, it speaks of a sense that is focused on certain parts, therefore, it is also necessary to write a more general definition of management which is a process consisting of a series of activities, such as planning, organising, mobilising and controlling/supervising, which are carried out to determine and achieve predetermined goals through the use of human resources and other resources. In the application of Diversity management is inseparable from the application of multicultural education in Islamic educational institutions (madrasas) so that all madrasa residents, especially madrasa students, respect each other, respect prices, mutual tolerance and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to determine extracurricular management to increase understanding of the UPTD holy book. South Labuhanbatu Regency State Elementary School. Methodologically, this research is interactive qualitative research with data collection techniques through document study, interviews and observations. The findings of this study reveal that planning carried out by the South Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office through deliberations/meetings. Organizing is done by developing and delegating tasks professionally and proportionally. It is necessary to delegate tasks so that each element can understand the function of the main tasks and functions because they feel that they have been entrusted with the task so that extracurricular management does not become chaotic and everyone works according to the tasks entrusted. The implementation is carried out by the Regional Government, in this case the South Labuhanbatu Regency Education Service, by providing guidance, direction, advice and motivation. In this case, the leadership always provides good guidance to all related elements, provides positive direction, provides constructive advice, and motivates all related elements, especially school principals and teachers, in carrying out their duties to always be kind. Meanwhile, supervision is carried out by the Regional Government, in this case the South Labuhanbatu Regency Education Service, by monitoring, supervising and evaluating the plans that have been implemented. In this case, the leadership always monitors the implementation of deviant plans. Leaders always evaluate things that are considered not on track. Leaders at every level always go directly into the field to see directly the existing objects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah ada  pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap peningkatan minat belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam di MAS Nur Ibrahimy Rantauprapat.             Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif guna mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden (siswa), dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling random yang teknik penentuan sampelnya berdasarkan secara acak dari jumlah populasi.             Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket (kuesioner) berbentuk pernyataan tertutup dengan 10 item pernyataan dan pengumpulan data studi dokumen berupa foto sebagai dokumentasi. Hasil Uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 0, 411 > 0,374 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap peningkatan minat belajar sejarah kebudayaan islam di MAS Nur Ibrahimy Rantauprapat. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Information And Communication Technology (ICT) terhadap Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Smk Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, baik secara Tes maupun Non Tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para Siswa Smk Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, waktu penelitian dari bulan November sampai April 2024 yang tidak dapat ditentukan jumlahnya. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus arikunto dengan jumlah 50 orang dan Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis Tes, Uji Validitas Tes, Reliabilitas , dan Uji hipotesis. Dari hasi uji validas dapat diketahui bahwa masing-masing item pertanyaan memiliki r hitung > dari r tabel (0.230) dan bernilai positif sehingga butir pertanyaan tersebut dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji Reliabilitas juga terlihat jika bahwa masing-masing variabel memiliki nilai cronbach alpha lebih dari 0.60 (a > 0.60), dengan nilai variabel X sebesar(0,769) dan variabel y sebesar(0,764) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel X dan Y adalah reliabel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Information And Communication Technology (ICT) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Smk Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,450 > 1,675 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Information And Communication Technology (ICT) terhadap Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Smk Negeri 1 Rantau Utara.. Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media on Islamic religious education subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, both through tests and non-tests. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, the research period was from November to April 2024, the number of which could not be determined. Determining the number of samples used the Arikunto formula with a total of 50 people and the analysis method used was the Test analysis method, Test Validity Test, Reliability, and Hypothesis Test. ‎ From the results of the validation test, it can be seen that each question item has a calculated r > r table (0.230) and has a positive value so that the question item is declared valid. Reliability test results can also be seen if each variable has a Cronbach alpha value of more than 0.60 (a > 0.60), with a value of variable X of (0.769) and variable y of (0.764) so ​​that it can be concluded that all variables Y is reliable.‎ The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media has a significant and significant effect on Islamic religious education subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. The results of the hypothesis test showed that tcount > ttable, namely 3.450 > 1.675, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that there was a significant influence between the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media on Islamic Religious Education Subjects at State Vocational High School 1 North Rantau.‎ Keywords: Information and Communication Based Learning Media ‎Technology (ICT), Religious Education Lessons

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak Dalam Membentuk Kepribadian Yang Berakhlakuk Karimah kelas X MAN Labuhanbatu.populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas X MAN yang berjumlah 286 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini angket yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dengan 15 soal untuk pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak dan 15 soal untuk Kepribadian siswa sehingga total angket berjumlah 30 soal.skor yang digunakan dalam angket adalah berkisar 1 sampai 5. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode diskusi qiro’ah dengan minat belajar bahasa arab siswa. Hal ini diketahui dengan melakukan uji analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menunjukan behwa nilai koefisien determasi (R2) sebesar 0,3282 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabell bebas (Pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak) terhadap variabel terikat (kepribadian yang berakhlakul karimah siswa) adalah sebesar 75%. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak,Kepribadian siswa ABSTRACT This research was conducted to find out how much influence Aqidah Akhlak learning has in forming a personality with good morals in class X MAN Labuhanbatu. The population of this research was class X MAN, totaling 286 students. In this research, the questionnaire used was a closed questionnaire with 15 questions for learning Aqidah Akhlak and 15 questions for student personality so that the total questionnaire was 30 questions. The score used in the questionnaire was in the range of 1 to 5. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence between the qiro'ah discussion method and students' interest in learning Arabic. This is known by carrying out a simple linear regression analysis test which shows that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.3282, which means that the influence of the independent variable (Learning Aqidah Morals) on the dependent variable (personality with good morals of students) is 75%.Keywords: Learning Aqidah, Morals, Student Personality
