Abstract

Guru dikatakan sebagai agen pembelajaran (learning agent) karenaguru berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, pemacu, perekayasapembelajaran, dan pemberi inspirasi bagi peserta didiknya. Kompetensiguru sebagaimana UU Republik Indonesia nomor 14 tahun 2005 meliputi:1) kompetensi pedagogik, 2) kompetensi kepribadian, 3) kompetensisosial,dan 4) kompetensi professional melalui pendidikan profesi. Berdasarkanpenjelaskan di atas dan juga kompetensi guru yang telah tercantum padaundang-undang, maka seorang guru harus a) mengenal peserta didiksecara mendalam; b) menguasai bidang studi baik disiplinilmu (diciplinarycontent) maupun bahan ajar dalam kurikulum sekolah (pedagogicalcontent); c) menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang mendidik yaitumerencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran, mengevaluasi proses danhasil belajar, serta tindak lanjut untuk memperbaiki dan melakukanpengayaan, serta; d) mengembangkan kepribadian dan profesionalitassecara bekelanjutan dan berkesinambungan.Lesson study adalah salah satu kegiatan yang dapatmengembangkan profesionalitas seorang guru. Lesson Study (dalamterminology bahasa Jepang dikenal dengan Jugyokenkyu) adalah suatukegiatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, baik dalampembinaan profesi guru melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secarakolaboratif dan berkelanjutan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip kolegialitas danmutual learning, maupun dalam meningkatkan kualitas prosespembelajaran di kelas agar semua peserta didik mendapatkan kesempatanuntuk belajar bersama sesuai tingkat kemampuannya.Lesson Study merupakan suatu system kegiatan serta filosofinya.Oleh karena itu, jika ada tanggapan bahwa “LS adalah kegiatan kelompok’itu merupakan suatu kesalahpahaman. LS sebetulnya suatu kegiatan yangmeliputi penyusunan RPP (termasuk penyusunan silabus selama satutahun), melakukan open class (kegiatan pembelajaran), melakukan forumrefleksi (diskusi pasca pembelajaran), dan mengarsipkan catatan kegiatanpembelajaran

Abstract

T-2 toxin is a toxic and teratogenic mycotoxin produced by Fusarium tricintum which may contaminate cereal, seed, and food. The aim of this research is to find out the effects of T-2 Toxin on preimplantion embryos and fetuses of Swiss Webster mice. Pregnant female of Swiss Webster mice on 0 or 2 day of gestation was injected intraperitoneally with T-2 toxin at doses 0.05 or 0.10 mg/kg body weight (bw) and the dam was observed at 3.5 and 18 days of gestation. At 0 day of gestation, embryos were arrested at one to eight cell and uncompacted morulae stages (P < 0.01) compared to control, in both 0.05 and 0.10 mg/kg bw doses. The cell numbers of late blastocyst at all treated groups were decreased significantly compared to control. At 2 day of gestation, most of embryos were arrested on compacted morulae stage at dose 0.10 mg/kg bw (P < 0.01), the late blastocyst and its cell number were dose-dependently decreased. The live fetuses decreased significantly at all dose of T-2 toxin. No external malformation occurred in the fetuses. Results showed that T-2 toxin given at preimplantation stages inhibited development of preimplantation embryos as indicated by decreased number of live fetuses. Therefore, it was grouped as embryotoxic agent but those dosages did not cause malformation of the external appearance of Swiss Webster mice fetuses. Abstract

Polystyrene-graft-natural rubber was prepared by emulsion copolymerization using potassium persulfate and sodium dodecyl sulfate as an initiator and emulsifier respectively. Ratios of monomer styrene to natural rubber were 80:20; 60:40; 50:50, and 40:60 % (v/v). Grafting efficiency could be investigated by extracting the dried sample with methyl ethyl ketone and petroleum ether and then weighting the left over dried sample. The copolymers composition of the polystyrene-graft-natural rubber was obtained using 1H-NMR spectroscopy and  the occurrence of styrene-graft-natural rubber was identified by FTIR spectroscopy. Abstract

A carboxymethyl cellulose-graft-poly(acrylic acid)/montmorillonite superabsorbent polymer composite (SAPCs) or hydro gel was prepared by graft-copolymerization among carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), acrylic acid (AA), and montmorillonite (MMT) in aqueous solution. In this research, factors influencing water absorbency or swelling ratio of the hydro gel such as reaction of temperature, concentration of benzoylperoxide (BPO) initiator and concentration of methyl bisacrylamide crosslinker (MBA) were studied. As fixed variable were used time of reaction is five hours and speed of mechanic agitation is 300 rpm. Hydro gel acquired the highest equilibrium water absorbency of 126.56 g/g when ratio of AA to CMC is 10 : 1; 2.5 wt% BPO; 3.75 wt% MBA; and 10 wt% MMT was incorporated. In this experiment the hydro gel PAA Absorb commercial was used as standard that has equilibrium water absorbency of 123 g/g. The graft-copolymerization reaction mechanism, morphology, and thermal stability of the composites were also investigated by FTIR, SEM, and TGA, respectively. FTIR spectra showed –OH of CMC participated in graft polymerization with AA. Dalam penelitian ini telah dipelajari faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan hidro gel dalam menyerap air seperti suhu reaksi, konsentrasi inisiator benzoil peroksida (BPO), dan konsentrasi pengikat silang metil bisakrilamida (MBA). Variabel tetap yang digunakan adalah waktu reaksi 5 jam dan kecepatan pengadukan 300 rpm. Hidro gel hasil penelitian memberikan serapan air atau swelling ratio tertinggi 126,56 g H2O/g hidro gel pada kondisi operasi yaitu rasio AA terhadap CMC adalah 10 : 1, konsentrasi BPO 2,5% w/w, MBA 3,75% w/w, dan MMT 10% w/w. Hidro gel PAA Absorb komersial digunakan sebagai standar dengan kesetimbangan penyerapan air123 g/g. Mekanisme reaksi kopolimerisasi cangkok, morfologi, dan kestabilan panas dari SAPCs dipelajari melalui analisa FTIR, SEM, dan TGA. Hasil spektra FTIR menunjukkan gugus fungsional –OH dari CMC berperan aktif dengan AA. Penggunaan CMC dan MMT dalam proses kopolimerisasi cangkok telah memberikan kestabilan panas yang lebih tinggi pada material hidro gel.Kata kunci : CMC-g-poli(AA)/MMT, superabsorben polimer komposit, hidro gel, BPO, MBA

Abstract

Preparation of hybrid coating material from modified epoxy polyurethane (ETP) and silan (Si) has been done. Epoxy and polyurethane were modified with silan using γ-Glisidoksil propil trimetoksisilan (GPTMS) and γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (γ-APS) and also dibutyltindilaurate (DBTL) as catalyst. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) characterization indicated that the hybrid coating material has been formed. The results of the analysis of NCO percent and conversion rate of isocyanates (α) also verified that the ETP-Si hybrid coatings have been formed. The addition 30% of silane as Si-O group indicated the rest of NCO percent was the lowest for hybrid coating material with polyurethane concentration of 5% and 10. The composition of ETP5% - Si 30% was the optimum composition from the ETP-Si hybrid coating material based on the mechanical analysis.Key words: hybrid coating, polyurethane, epoxy, silane, ETP – Si

Abstract

Vegetable oil-based polyurethanes were synthesized using castor oil (CO) as feedstock, which were characterized by their environmental friendly and renewable properties. Aiming to compensate for shortcomings of these materials, a series of polyurethane/polyhedral octaphenylsilsesquioxane (OPS) hybrids with different OPS contents were prepared by physical mixing in the solutions. Thereafter?chemical structure?morphology and thermal properties of hybrids were characterized through Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA), tensile test techniques and static contact angle. The results show that the hybrid polyurethanes display both enhanced glass transition temperatures (Tg), initial decomposition temperature (Td5) and tensile strength with low OPS contents. While with high contents?these values decline with the severe aggregation of nano-particles as shown in the SEM images. Meanwhile, the hybrid polyurethanes displayed enhanced surface hydrophobicity as the contact angle with water revealed

Abstract

Corrosion is a natural phenomenon causing degradation value and function of material. The use of paints and polymer coatings is the most popular method to protect material against corrosion. Polymer coatings used was an epoxy-based organic resin and polyurethane. Generally, those coating materials were used separately. This study carried out the modification of epoxy with polyurethane in order to obtain coating materials as a combination of epoxy and polyurethane. Expectedly, the chemical reaction between epoxy coating-material and polyurethane could improve the characteristics of the obtained coating materials. Synthesis of polyurethane-modified epoxy with 1,4-butanediol as the polyol (ETP-BTD) was conducted by reacting epoxy resin, tolonate and 1,4-butanediol simultaneously at 50 oC for 30 min with dibutyltindilaurate as catalyst. Functional group analysis of ETP-BTD was performed by Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR), tensile strength by Ultimate Testing Machine (UTM), adhesion by ASTM D4541 Portable Pull-off Adhesion Testers, water vapor transmission rate by ASTM E96 Desiccant Method and thermal stability was studied using Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). The FTIR analysis results showed that there are urethane bonds at 1716-1690 cm-1. These results showed that modification of epoxy using polyurethane increased the tensile strength and adhesion, and also decreased the water vapor transmission rate of epoxy. Keywords: epoxy, modification, polyol, polyurethane, 1.4-butanediol

Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran materi  Arthropoda untuk meningkatkan kemandirian mahasiswa  dan meningkatkan CTS dengan menggunakakan pendekatan Studen-Centered Learning. Pengembangan perangkat  menggunakan  pengembangan model ADDIE, perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan terdiri dari 1) RPS 2) Bahan Ajar 3) Lembar kerja mahasiswa 4) Evaluasi hots. Pengembangan perangkat mengunakan hasil validasi ahli dan uji terbatas. Hasil pengembangan berupa 1) Pengembangan perangkat perangkat dengan kategori valid dan layak digunakan 2) Hasil keterlaksanaan  RPS  menggunakan pendekatan SCL dengan kategori cukup baik dan respon mahasiswa terhadap langkah-langkah RPS positif dan mengacu pada keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan kategori N-gain 0,73 dengan nilai tinggi. 3)Pengembangan pada Bahan Ajar dengan kategori baik,  4)  LKM didesain sederhana  untuk meningkatkan keterrampilan berpikir kritis, 5) Alat evaluasi   mengacu pada soal hots. Pelaksanaan penelitian secara hybrid learning dengan memadukan kegiatan online dan offline, kegiatan, perkuliahan secara online menggunakan Whatsapp, GcR dan Zoom, dan kegiatan perkuliahan secara offline dilaksanakan mahasiswa dengan mengakses bahan ajar dan instruksional yang ada di dalam GcR secara mandiri. Perangkat pembelajaran materi Arthropoda berbasis Student-Centered Learning dapat digunakan di masa pandemi untuk  meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa.

Abstract

Blumea balsamifera D.C, Croton tiglium L, Metroxylon sagu Rottb,and Fagraea racemosa Jackwere used as traditional anti-fertilty of Dayak people in Central Kalimantan. These study are to find out the potential plant as anti-fertility on Swiss Webster (SW) mice. Extracts of Blumea balsamifera D.C, Croton tiglium L, Metroxylon sagu Rottb andFagraea racemosa Jack were administered by gavage at the dose level of 0.26 mg/kg body weight (bw) to female of SW mice for 8 days to examined of estrous cycle.To determine of anti-fertility were administered by gavage of 0.26 mg/kg bw of plant extract to female SW mice and mated with normal male of SW mice. Estrous cycle were analyses every day for 9 days and reproduction display were examined at 15 days after fertilization. The result showed, that estrous cycle are inhibited on estrus and metestrus phase for all of extract traditional plant. Reproduction display showed decrease in the number of live fetuses, number of corpus luteum and body weight of the dam mice treated. The decrease in the corpus luteum further and fetuses attributes antifertilty effect of extract to inhibited foliculogenesis. Out of four extracts tested, Blumea balsamifera D.C extract seems to be more potent in anti-fertility activities compared with other extract of traditional plant. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of tax intensification and tax extensification on tax revenue in the covid-19 pandemic era at the Mojokerto Primary Tax Service Office. The independent variables in this research consist of tax intensification and tax extensification. While the dependent variable in this research is tax revenue. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The type of data in this research is secondary data, time series data as much as 60 months for 5 years, from January 2016 to December 2020. The results of this research show that partial tax intensification has a significant effect on tax revenue in the era of the covid-19 pandemic, while partial tax extensification has no significant effect on tax revenue in the covid-19 pandemic era at the Mojokerto Primary Tax Service Office. However, tax intensification and tax extensification simultaneously have a significant effect on tax revenue during the covid-19 pandemic at the Mojokerto Primary Tax Service Office
