Abstract

One of the causes of character education crisis on the children today is because almost all parents give the responsibility to educate their children completely to the schools. On the contrary, the schools are overburdened with the academic curriculum while in the society „job creation‟ (steady job) is more demanded. Thus, the charater education for the children is then abandoned. The character education can be implemented through SESOSIFIT approach (spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, and fitrah). Parents, teachers/counselors, and community leaders should have to provide guidance and counseling services for the students by inserting the SESOSIFIT values as the moral-religious teaching. They should also have to motivate students by teaching them that any activities they do are part of the worship, and improve the quality of paith and peity. Besides, in providing guidance and counseling, problematic student/client can also solve his/her own problems based on the guidance from the holy Quran, and the prophet tradition with the guidance to find the clues him/herself.Keyword:spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, fitrah, guidance and counseling

The curriculum used is the Ministry of Education / Ministry of Religion curriculum that is collaborated with the cottage curriculum. There are few obstacles in the implementation of the curriculum, there are still teachers who do not yet understand about K13. The implementation of curriculum evaluation at Darul Aliyah Madrasa Amien Taluk Labak further showed the peculiarities of a cottage-based madrasa. In the reception of Darul Amira Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah employees prioritizing alumni with the reason that it is easier to be fostered, so that sometimes it is not in accordance with the required competencies, while Al Azhar Kandangan One-Roof Madrasah Aliyah sometimes has difficulty getting employees in accordance with the required competencies. Guidance and development as well as compensation for employees in Darul Amien Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah is good enough, while in Al Azhar Kandangan One-Stop Islamic Madrasah, employee development and development is almost never done and compensation given is still somewhat less suitable for work, for example: no there is overtime pay for overtime employees. The management of students in Darul Amien Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah has been very good and really shows the peculiarities of a cottage-based madrasa, while Al Azhar Kandangan One-Roof Islamic Madrasahs still lack the typical cottage-based madrasa. Suggestion: 1. Both madrassas can increase collaboration with Trustees supervisors and outsiders, to increase the competence of teachers about K13. 2. Both madrassas can open as much employee acceptance as possible to obtain competent personnel as needed. 3. One-Roof Aliyah Madrasah Al Azhar Kandangan Al-Azhar Kandangan One-Stop Islamic Madrasah can improve employee coaching, development and assessment more intensively to improve employee competency and pay more attention to compensation to encourage employees to work optimally.

Abstract

Actinomycetes are Gram positive bacteria that have been detected in diverse ecological niches. Their member species are known to be a main source of various bioactive compounds. The discovery of Actinomycetes from diverse and unexplored resources has also been linked to increased opportunities to obtain novel bioactive compounds. Insect nest material is being investigated as a new source of novel antimicrobial producing Actinomycetes, which could be harnessed for therapeutic potential. A total of 10 Actinomycetes isolates were collected from the nest of Nasutitermes sp. in Pananjung Pangandaran Nature Reserve. These isolates were evaluated for antimicrobial activity against the challenge bacteria (Eschericia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Serratia marcescens) and fungi (Fomitopsis palustris, Fusarium oxysporum, Trichoderma viridae) by dual culture method. The result revealed that several isolates were active against fungi and bacteria. Isolate Pn-TN2 showed the highest level of antibacterial inhibition and the highest antifungal inhibition with Inhibition Rate value more than 80%. By morphological and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis strongly suggested that the isolate Pn-TN2 belonged to Streptomyces prasinopilosus. We suggested that termite nest is a potential source of bioactive strains of cultivable Actinomycetes for future biotechnological needs.
