Abstract

Time management has an important role in a project. With good time management projects can be carried out on time, quality, and cost. The potential that may occur if time management does not run well is a waste of costs, quality that does not meet consumer expectations, and completion time exceeding estimates. This study aims to analyze the time management applied by PT. Praja Vita Mulia in the construction project of the Four Seasons Jakarta Building. Descriptive qualitative analysis method is used to describing every element in time management, such as existing activities, activity sequences, duration estimation, scheduling, and project control. After describing clearly then made a comparison of the actual conditions with the existing theory. Sources of research data obtained through literature studies and field studies. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the time management applied to the development project has been going well so that every activity in the project can be completed on time without significant obstacles.

Abstract

Industrial engineering as a science emerges and develops to meet the need for skilled experts in managing production systems or industrial systems, which involve human components, materials, and machines or production facilities. Industrial engineering discipline also concerns the management of production factors by prioritizing the right location and social. The purpose of this study was to determine the flow of the production process, to find out the problem points of the product, and to provide suggestions for the work process to minimize the product using the Basic Seven Tools method. The results obtained indicate that the level of quality control at CV Sarana Sejahtera Tehnik is still minimal. Control that can be done is in the form of a more in-depth analysis of the source of the problem, by using the analysis of seven basic tools, it will be seen the shortcomings that lead to the achievement of the Dies Rack product.

Abstract

PT. Ichii Industries Indonesia is a dies stamping company that produces auto parts. PT. Ichii Industries Indonesia is related to the production process where the company's goal is to run the production process, PT. Ichii Industries Indonesia makes a good and correct production process in order to create quality products that can continue to be marketed and produced sustainably or do not stop production. Therefore it is necessary to know about the process of making good parts in accordance with the company's SOP. Abstract

PT. Ichii Industries Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of Manufacturing that produces car spare parts. PT. Ichii Industries Indonesia is related to the production process where the company's goal is to carry out the production process, PT. Ichii Industries Indonesia makes a good and correct production process in order to create quality products that can continue to be marketed and produced sustainably or do not stop production. Therefore it is necessary to know about the process of making good parts in accordance with work instructions or company SOPs. This study aims to determine the amount of Material handling costs in the production process of Bracket Roff Rail A parts. The method used in this study is General Analysis, General Analysis is a logical approach that facilitates the author in analyzing and finding the best solution for Material handling problems with steps precise and careful and detailed procedures. Based on research using the General Analysis procedure method that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Material handling cost is Rp. 88,095.99-/ meter. These costs are influenced by the use of semi-automatic machines and the use of gravity.

Abstract

Every business must have their own standards for the products they produce. The better the quality of the product, the more sales the product will sell. One way to improve product quality is to reduce the defects of the resulting product so that later it will produce a better product than before. Quail is a poultry that has been bred a lot because of high egg production, because it is still a medium business, it is still necessary to control the quality of food and nutrition obtained in order to improve the quality of quail eggs. It is done by using seven tools method, namely check sheet, histogram, scatter diagram, Pareto diagram, control chart, flow chart, and fishbone diagram. Data taken in 4 weeks showed that the number of eggs produced was 5953 along with defective eggs. Based on the data taken, there are 3 types of defective eggs, namely cracked, broken and soft shell. Based on the fishbone diagram, human factors also affect egg quality.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, machine maintenance management is an important aspect that determines the success and sustainability of a manufacturing industry. The development of information technology provides new opportunities for improving the performance of care management. Data management with the help of information systems will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of machine maintenance management activities every company needs fast information. So far, to monitor asset data in the form of computer goods, it still uses MS. Office (Excel) or manuals for data processing. The maintenance division is required to record and monitor each requested machine. The purpose of the research conducted is to design a well-integrated maintenance scheduling information system. In this study, an information system application was made using the Waterfall method which will facilitate the maintenance division in machine maintenance activities. The design of the information system is carried out until the stage of system development in the form of an information system program application. The information system application consists of a dabase system program that uses Visual Basic.Net, MySql. This machine maintenance information system is expected to be able to support the planning process of maintenance activities and make the repair process more effective, so as to increase machine productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make a decision support system for determining transportation and distribution routes, and to increase the level of efficiency and simplify the process of determining transportation and distribution routes. This research uses qualitative research. The results showed that 1) Decision support systems in determining distribution routes can be made using the fuzzy method. If the road conditions and traffic density on each road are not much different, then determining the route based on the adjusted speed is no different from determining the route using the closest route approach. 2) Travel time generated by fuzzy modeling can adjust to changes in road conditions and traffic density.
