Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online learning in physics subjects. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods and data obtained by providing evaluation and observation tests. The subject of this study was grade X as many as 18 students. To find out the effectiveness of online physics learning, an evaluation was carried out with an essay test of 5 questions and an observation sheet of 5 types of assessment. Then the results were analyzed by descriptive qualitative.  Based on the results of the analysis, 27.8% got the moderate category, 61.1% got low scores and 11.1% got the very low category. Then for the student activity assessment sheet, there is 14.5% student attendance, 13% of students pay attention to the teacher's explanation, 2.8% of students and do other activities actively during the learning process, and 15% collect assignments. Online learning is ineffective in pandemics. The cause of the low percentage is due to the many obstacles faced by students in participating in online learning, one of which is the lack of supporting facilities for online learning.Keywords: Effectiveness, Physics Learning, Online Learning, PandemicDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpf.v8.n2.202006

Abstract

Pembuatan sampel Ba0,2Sr0,8TiO3 (BST) telah dilakukan dengan metode reaksi fasa padat. Sampel disinteringpada suhu 900, 1000, dan 1100C dengan holding time selama 2 jam. Karakterisasi pada sampel dilakukan menggunakan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). Besarnya konstanta dielektrik diperoleh melalui pengujian dengan RLC meter. Berdasarkan analisa dengan perhitungan parameter kisi BST dengan suhu sintering 900, 1000, dan 1100C adalah a = b = c berturut-turut 3,913, 3,910, dan 3,915 nm. Nilai parameter kisi a = b = c menunjukkan struktur kristal berbentuk kubik. Ukuran kristal dan regangan kisi sampel dengan suhu sintering 900, 1000, dan1100C berturut-turut adalah 93 nm, 104 nm, 110 nm dan 1,58%, 1,51%, 1,49%. Pengukuran konstanta dielektrik (K) dilakukan pada rentang frekuensi 0,01 hingga 10 kHz. Nilai maksimum terdapat pada nilai frekuensi minimum. Nilai K sampel dengan suhu sintering 900, 1000, dan 1100C masing-masing sebesar 1388, 3299 dan 3870 pada frekuensi minimum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Assure Media Audiovisual terhadap sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Kecamatan Masbagik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan Single Factor Independent Groups Design. Populasi terdiri dari 201 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah 65 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data tentang sikap ilmiah siswa dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data hasil belajar sains siswa dikumpulkan dengan tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan MANOVA dengan SPSS 16.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama, sikap ilmiah siswa dari The Effects of AssureLearning Model Audiovisual Media secara signifikan lebih baik daripada mereka yang bergabung dengan model pengajaran konvensional (F = 15.847; p <0,05); kedua, hasil belajar sains siswa The Effects of AssureLearning Model Audiovisual Media secara signifikan lebih baik daripada mereka yang bergabung dengan model pengajaran konvensional (F = 39,123; p <0,05) dan ketiga, secara bersamaan, sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar sains dari siswa yang Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Assure Media Audiovisual secara signifikan lebih baik daripada mereka yang bergabung dengan model pengajaran konvensional (F = 31,207; p <0,05).

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) developing physics module based on scientific to improve student’s critical thinking competency, (2) knowing the appropriateness of physics learning module based on scientific. The research type that is used is the type of development research (Research and Development), and the model of module development that is used is 4-D (four D model) consisting of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate that is stated by Thiagarajan. The learning module based on scientific is arranged for the learning participants actively construct the concept, the law or principle through 5 stages of 5 M which are mengamati (observing), menanya (interviewing), mencoba (trying), menalar (reasoning), and mengkomunikasikan (communicating). The module is judged based on the appropriateness of material, media, and language and limited trials and wide trials to the student and the stage of spread in the MGMP forum. The data collection uses the questionnaire of necessity analysis, the form of module validation, the questionnaire of trial response (limited and spacious), the questionnaire of disseminate response, and the test of critical thinking. The results of the research are as follow: (1) physics module based on scientific to improve the student’s critical thinking competency having a characteristic which is learning the learning stage on the module is adapted with scientific learning stage in each of the stage and loads the test question of critical thinking, (2) the module is categorized feasible with the counting result (material expert, media expert, linguist, teacher, and colleague) showing the average value which is 85 >cut off 84. Also, it is supported by the student’s positive response and the disseminate result that is conducted in MGMP forum that categorizes that the module is very good. Based on the research it can be concluded that the physics module based on scientific to improve the students’ critical thinking competency that is developed is feasible to use as the source of physics learning source.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the experimental method compared to the demonstration method on student achievement in the sub-topic of measuring instruments in MTs. Mu'allimin NW Kelayu for the academic year 2021/2022. This research is using experimental method. The study population was all MTs students. Mu'allimin NW Kelayu class VII for the academic year 2021/2022, a total of three classes. The research sample was determined randomly using cluster random sampling technique and two classes were taken. One experimental class with the experimental method, namely class VIIC and one control class using the demonstration method, namely class VIIB. Data collection techniques for learning achievement with the test method. The analysis prerequisite test used normality and homogeneity tests. For normality test using chi-squared and for homogeneity test using Bartlet method. The research hypothesis was tested using a one-party t-test, namely the right side with a 95% confidence level. Based on the results of the calculations for the analysis prerequisite test, namely the normality test, it can be concluded that the two samples came from a normally distributed population because χ2count < χ2table, namely for the experimental class 8.689 < 11.070 and for the control class 8.422 < 11.070. As for the homogeneity test, it can be concluded that the sample comes from a population that is not homogeneous because χ2count > χ2table, namely 5.881 > 3.841. From the results of the analysis on hypothesis testing, it was found that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted because the price tcount > ttable was 1,926 > 1,707. Thus, it can be concluded that learning physics using the experimental method is more effective than the demonstration method on student achievement in the sub-subject of measuring instruments in class VII MTs. Abstract

Pembuatan sampel barium stronsium titanat (BaxSr1-xTiO3) telah dilakukan dengan metode solid state reaction. Variasi komposisi mol Ba(x) untuk pembuatan sampel adalah x=0,4;0,3 dan 0,2. Sampel di-sintering pada suhu 1100oC dengan holding time 2 jam. Karakterisasi sampel dilakukan menggunakan peralatan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) untuk mengetahui tingkat kekristalan dan ukuran kristal dari sampel. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui besarnya konstanta dielektrik menggunakan RLC-Meter.  Berdasarkan analisa dengan software GSAS, parameter kisi BaxSr1-xTiO3 yang sintering pada suhu 1100°C untuk x=0,4 adalah a=b=c=3,947 nm. Parameter kisi a=b=c=3,947 nm untuk x=0,3, dan parameter kisi a=b=c=3,939 nm untuk x=0,2. Nilai parameter kisi a=b=c menunjukkan struktur kristal berbentuk kubik. Ukuran kristal berturut-turut untuk x=0,4;0,3 dan 0,2 adalah 65 nm, 66 nm dan 69 nm. Ukuran kristal semakin besar seiring dengan meningkatnya penambahan Sr. Pengukuran konstanta dielektrik (K) dilakukan pada rentang frekuensi 1 kHz. Nilai K sampel dengan x=0,4;0,3 dan 0,2 masing-masing sebesar 265, 277 dan 307.

Abstract

Sampel Barium Stronsium Titanat (BaxSr1-xTiO3) dan Stronsium Titanat (SrTiO3) telah dibuat  dengan menggunakan metode solid state reaction. Mikrostruktur sampel telah dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan teknik difraksi sinar-X (XRD). Sampel disediakan dengan variasi suhu yang berbeda yaitu pada suhu 1000oC dan 1100oC dengan waktu tahan selama 2 jam. Karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan dengan meningkatnya suhu sintering maka intensitas puncak difraksi semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Material ferroelektrik Barium Strontium Titanat (BaxSr1-xTiO3, BST) dan (SrTiO3, ST) dengan variasi komposisi Barium dan Stronsium (x<0,5) telah dibuat menggunakan metode reaksi fasa padat. Sampel dicetak dalam bentuk bulk (padatan) kemudian di-sintering pada temperatur 1100oC dengan holding time 2 jam. Karakterisasi sampel dilakukan Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur morfologi bulk barium stronsium titanat (BaxSr1-xTiO3) dan stronsium titanat (SrTiO3).

Abstract

 Pembuatan sampel Ba0,1Sr0,9TiO3 telah dilakukan dengan metode solid state reaction. Sampel di-sintering pada suhu 900oC dan 1000oC. Uji kekristalan dilakukan dengan instrumen X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). RCL Meter untuk mengetahui besarnya konstanta dielektrik. Berdasarkan analisa dengan perhitungan, parameter kisi BST dengan suhu sintering 900°C adalah a=b=c=3,908 nm. Parameter kisi a =b=c=3,909 nm untuk sampel BST dengan suhu sintering 1000°C. Nilai parameter kisi a=b=c menunjukkan struktur kristal berbentuk kubik. Karakterisasi kekristalan yaitu semakin tinggi suhu sintering maka ukuran kristal akan semakin besar. Ukuran kristal dan regangan kisi sampel dengan suhu sintering 900 °C, dan 1000 °C masing-masing sebesar 65 nm, 67 nm dan 0,91%, 0,84%. Untuk konstanta dielektrik (K) dilakukan pengukuran pada rentang frekuensi 0,01 hingga 100 kHz. Nilai K sampel dengan suhu sintering 900 °C, 1000°C masing-masing sebesar 4479, 8720 pada frekuensi 0,01 kHz.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to obtain an overview of the numeracy literacy skills and self-efficacy of the tenth grade students of IPA MAN IC Lombok Timur in realistic mathematics learning (PMR). This research is a design research that develops Local Instruction Theory (LIT) in collaboration between researchers and teachers. This design consists of three phases, namely preliminary design, teaching experiment, and retrospective analysis. The research was conducted at MAN IC Lombok Timur with 24 students in class X IPA-2 consisting of 7 male students and 17 female students participating in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data was collected by means of tests (pre-test and post-test) of numeracy literacy and non-test (documentation studies, observations, self-efficacy questionnaires, and interviews) in analyzing students' self-efficacy levels in PMR. The results showed that students' numeracy literacy skills at PMR had increased significantly and students' self-efficacy levels were at a moderate level.
