Abstract

MPLS is a work plan that was given by IETF to repair work performance of IP network. Label switching label using forwarding mechanism which has connection oriented characteristic make this technology become routing technology for future guarantec QoS with better service level. This is supporting using a protocol signals for TE-MPLS to maximize network performance balancing the network stressing with distribution that fixed on classes, queuing, and traffic schedule. This research is an analysis of TE-MPLS mechanism to design MPLS network with RSVP-TE daemon that is called emulator MPLS. This analysis used generating 2 different kinds of protocol traffic, UDP, and TCP. The measurement could be concluded that there was an efficience of MPLS network in group joint of protocol UDP network about 18,6 % for channel that is similar with traffic 2 KBRS, 3,4 %, 1,5 %, and 5,6 % for channel similar with traffic 4,8 and 16 KBRS for flow variation of MPLS network data increase 464,2 %, 479,5 %, 518 %, and 2638,5 % for each channel. The time that was needed for TCP protocol transmition of MPLS network showed efficiency 2,9 % and bit rate of MPLS increase about 0,66 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status keberlanjutan usaha budidaya rumput laut K.alvarezii di perairan Indari Kecamatan Bacan Barat Propinsi Maluku Utara. Pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada petani rumput laut (sebanyak 30 orang). Data-data keberlanjutan budidaya rumput laut terdiri atas: data dimensi ekologi, dimensi teknis, dimensi ekonomi/kelayakan finansial, dimensi sosial budaya, dan dimensi kelembagaan. Analisis keberlanjutan budidaya rumput laut K.alvarezii dengan menggunakan Rapfish (Rapid Appraissal for Fisheries) untuk mengevaluasi keberlanjutan dari perikanan secara multidisipliner.  Hasil analisis dari RAP-RL menunjukkan bahwa nilai indeks keberlanjutan pada dimensi ekologi sebesar 82.67% (status berkelanjutan baik), dimensi teknis sebesar 76.36% (berkelanjutan baik), dimensi ekonomi/kelayakan finansial sebesar 44.57% (kurang berkelanjutan), dimensi sosial budaya sebesar 73.19% (berkelanjutan baik), dan dimensi kelembagaan sebesar 55.07% (cukup berkelanjutan). Sedangkan nilai indeks keberlanjutan multidimensi sebesar 50.53% (status cukup berkelanjutan). Kata Kunci: budidaya rumput laut, berkelanjutan

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi media digital pada mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Biologi di era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pemilihan responden menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jumlah responden penelitian 240 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2015-2021. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar angket. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang meliputi individual competences framework. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi pada kategori use (technical skill) 63.33% di tingkatan medium dan 36,67% di tingkatan advanced. Tingkat literasi media digital mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi pada kategori critical understanding 0.4% berada pada tingkatan basic, 80% pada tingkatan medium, dan 19,59% pada tingkatan advanced. Sedangkan untuk kategori communicative abilities 1.25% berada di tingkatan basic, 80% di tingkatan medium, dan 17,9% berada di tingkatan advanced. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat literasi media digital mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi ditinjau dari individual competences framework sebagian besar masih berada pada tingkatan medium. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rujukan dalam penentuan kebijakan institusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi media digital pada mahasiswa. Abstract This study aims to determine the digital media literacy level of students in the Biology Education program in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. This research is quantitative descriptive research, using a survey method. Selection of respondents using a random sampling technique. The number of research respondents was 240 people who were active students of the 2015 – 2021 class. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis which included the individual competencies framework. The results showed that students of Biology Education in the category of use (technical skills) were 63.33% at the medium level and 36.67% at the advanced level. The digital media literacy level of Biology Education students in the critical understanding category is 0.4% at the basic level, 80% at the medium level, and 19.59% at the advanced level. Meanwhile, for the category of communicative abilities, 1.25% is at the basic level, 80% is at the medium level, and 17.9% is at the advanced level. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the level of media digital literacy of Biology Education students in terms of individual competencies framework is mostly still at the medium level. These results can be used as a reference in determining institutional policies to improve students’ digital media literacy skills.

Abstract

The Lhoksukon sub-district office is a government agency that provides services to the community. Good service must be supported by professional, responsible, and competent employees, able to understand and carry out their main duties and functions in accordance with the given field. - Move in and take care of letters of recommendation. The reason is that some people who take care of incoming and outgoing letters of recommendation complain that they have to wait a few days to get a letter at the Lhokukon sub-district office. The approach used by the author in this study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The first step in optimizing public services at the Lhoksukon District Office is to utilize technology, namely the use of social media as a forum for managing incoming and outgoing letters and letters of recommendation. This is intended so that the services provided by the apparatus are maximized and can reduce management time to be faster, moreover the costs needed by the community will be more efficient, one of which is the cost of looting transportation between villages and community homes to the Lhoksukon Sub-District Office, North Aceh Regency. Barriers to the implementation of public services in Lhoksukon District, among others, residents do not understand population administration, lack of village employees, low Human Resources (HR), lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of electronic devices, because of public service standards.
