Abstract

This research aims to analyze the internal and external factors that influence the development of the Pit-Stop Coffee business and formulate an appropriate business development strategy. Pit-Stop Kopi is one of the big coffee brands in Gresik City which has been operating since 2017 and has three branches. This research technique uses SWOT analysis. The research results show that there are 4 strength factors and 4 weakness factors in the internal factors owned by Pit-Stop Coffee, and there are 4 opportunities and 3 threats contained in the external factors owned by Pit-Stop Coffee. The right strategy for developing this business is to use an aggressive strategy, with several alternatives, namely maintaining product quality, maximizing sales through online food ordering applications, and creating social events to attract new customers. It is hoped that this strategy can increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the Pit-Stop Coffee business in the face of intense competition.

Abstract

This research aims to identify possible risks that arise related to human resource management and determine the level of impact of these risks on the Coffee Pit-Stop. Apart from that, this research is also intended to come up with suggestions for actions or efforts that can be made to minimize the risks that occur. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive data presentation and referring to the ISO 31000 standard guidelines. The research results identified five main risks, namely shortage of human resources, unclear responsibility and authority, low employee loyalty, inability to monitor employee performance, and a decline human resource competency. The main risk that must be addressed first is low employee loyalty by creating a positive and supportive work environment and offering career development opportunities. Other proposed actions include providing ongoing training and development programs, carrying out appropriate human resource planning, building effective communication between management and employees, and evaluating and reorganizing the organizational structure if necessary.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of consumer preferences on interest in purchasing coffee beverage products at Pit Stop Kopi KIG. Consumer preferences studied include price, menu variations, location and product attributes. This research uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. Data was obtained from 120 respondents who were Pit Stop Coffee consumers. The research results show that simultaneously, consumer preferences consisting of price, menu variations, location and product attributes have a significant effect on interest in buying coffee drinks. Partially, menu variations and product attributes have a significant effect on purchase intention, while price and location do not have a significant effect. The conclusion of this research is that Pit Stop Kopi needs to increase menu variations and maintain and improve product attributes to attract consumer buying interest. Future research can explore other factors that influence consumer purchasing interest and expand the scope of the sample to obtain more comprehensive results.
