Abstract

 The world of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is developing dynamically. This is a challenge for the education sector to produce critical, creative, innovative, communicative human resources who can collaborate, collaborate, and be confident. Therefore, education must be able to answer these challenges. ICT-based learning (Information Communication Technology) is a medium or learning aid that can be used in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. One of ICT-based learning through e-learning scorative, namely active learning media that involves students directly through applications by utilizing the ADDIE system. E-learning socrative that can be used in practical learning. In this study specifically used in language learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences before and after the application of e-learning socialization in language learning and the learning process. The study was conducted at IKIP Siliwangi with a sample of 25 students of the Indonesian language study program. The research method uses a quasi-experimental type one group pretest-posttest design with data collection techniques through tests and observations. The results showed that the language learning process was effective and enthusiastic. The results of the average test stated there were differences before and after the application of e-learning system in language learning with an average initial test score of 55.04 and final test 62.48.

Abstract

Healthy lifestyle which was impleted by the Indonesian people, pushing up demand for organic vegetables products. Cultivation of oganic vegetables can be classified as local potential as serve as a source of economic local. The role of organic vegetables farmer groups in the local economic development is needed as a place to learn, solution of the problems cropping and product marketing media. The transition farming systems and farmer’s understanding of organic vegetables become a major problem in the cultivation of organic farming. The purpose of this research is identify the role of the farmer organic vegetables is an effort to local economic development and the strategy of local economic development through the role of farmer groups. This study use qualitative methods. The result of this research showed in the cultivation of organic vegetables requires the role of farmer groups in each stage of production and marketing of products. The farmer groups provide problems solution the cultivation of organic vegetables at each regular meeting between members of farmer groups. The farmers who did not join the farmer groups will have difficulty in marketing the product and the selling price of organic vegetables is unstable. The existence of farmer institutions will make it easier for governments and other stakeholders to facilitate and provide reinforcement to the farmers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of motivation, compensation and kaizen culture had on the performance of PT. Yamaha Manufacturing Asia. The research sample was 98 people at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia and data collection techniques using online questionnaires through the Google Form application with random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 statistical program. The results of this study;(1) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with tcount = 6.177 > ttable 1.661 and the contribution is 0.456, so that H1 is accepted; (2) Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance with tcount = 1.126 < ttable 1.661 and the contribution is 0.067, so that H2 is rejected; (3) Kaizen culture has an effect on employee performance with tcount = 6.164 > ttable 1.661 and the contribution is 0.476, so that H3 is accepted; The conclusion of this study is that the motivation and kaizen culture variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance while the compensation variable partially has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The era of industrial revolution 4.0 in the education sector is not enough only with old literacy but it requires three types of literacy, namely data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy. Therefore, the learning process carried out must be appropriate and following industrial conditions 4.0. One of them is in evaluating learning. Evaluation is carried out to make decisions about the quality of learning that has been carried out, so learning evaluation activities need to use information technology and computers (ICT). It is only through social media e-learning that can be utilized in language learning. This research encourages the improvement of the quality of language learning that uses e-learning media as a learning evaluation medium. The research method used to solve the problem is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the research techniques used were tests and questionnaires. The research was conducted in the Siliwangi IKIP environment with a sample of thirty-three students. Based on the results of the study through tests and questionnaires it was found that 72.2% of language learning evaluations through e-learning media went well, effectively and could be used appropriately.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of data from the observations in the form of evaluation data of Vocational School students, amounting to 20 students experiencing difficulties in learning to write anecdotal texts because the teacher did not involve students so students were less active and not motivated to learn. The study was made aimed at overcoming the problem, researchers used the mind mapping method in the hope of increasing the ability of students in learning to write anecdotal texts. This study uses a quasi-experimental design by designing a comparison of control group design with pretest-posttest data collection techniques. Based on the research the results of the average pretest score were 74.45 and posttest was 80.95. So the conclusion is that the application of mind mapping methods is very effectively applied in learning to write anecdotal texts because of the results of the comparison which shows an increase in value.

Abstract

This research is in the background of the results of observations and evaluations that students do in writing, especially in writing explanatory texts by observing an image. Students still find it difficult to determine the structure of general statements, the sequence of cause and effect, and interpretation. The problem in this study is, how can the example non-example method be understood by students so that there are differences before and after using the method? Based on observations that have been made in class XI, students have difficulty writing the explanatory text. This study uses a pre-experimental method with a one group pre-test post-test design approach used by researchers by conducting an initial test before being given treatment so that it can be seen significantly the comparison of the values that have been carried out. The researcher took a sample of 30 students in class XI. Data sources obtained from students of class XI are in the form of initial test questions and final tests. Based on the results of the data that have been treated there are differences before using the Example Non Example method, namely the initial test (pretest) obtained an average value of 60 after using the Example Non Example method of the final test (posttest) of 80. So, it can be concluded that it has happened changes after being given learning by using the Example Non Example method in writing explanatory texts.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to describe a method implementation puzzle game for can produce the text of the story of fantasy, describing the use of the method of envelopes of puzzle on the text of the story of fantasy and explain difficulties in learning to write text fantasy stories using the method of games of puzzle. This research uses research methods pre-experimental design because design is not yet is circling in earnest and there are still variables that come into effect on the dependent variable. Research subject and location are learners Class VII MTS. Yamisa . The population of this research is the entire learners Class VII MTs Yamisa with a sample of learners class VIIA MTS. Yamisa that amounted to 27 students. The technique of data collection by using the techniques of tests and nontes. Test techniques in the form of writing text descriptions and nontes techniques in the form of observation. The results of the research at this stage pretes obtained average value 64, 04 while after getting treatment method using game puzzle (post-tes) obtained the value average 84, 04. Based on the results obtained showed that the method puzzle game can be used to be able to produce and regenerate the kreativitfantasy story writing text us on in class VII.

Abstract

Fiction in literary works in the form of essays or experiences that can be devoted to an article using interesting language, not standardized. Poetry, one of the forms of fiction, contains implicit meaning. Poetry can motivate writing lovers, especially readers who are interested in knowing the meaning of the implicit meaning of a poem through analysis. Based on the previous explanation, the author was interested in conducting a study, namely analyzing the poem by Heri Isnaini entitled "Stamps" using the semiotic approach. This study aims to (1) analyze the poem semiotically, (2) describe the results of poetry analysis entitled "Stamps" ( 3) describe the main issues on the theme of the poem. The method of description is the method used in this study, namely telling or describing the contents of the poem analyzed. Stamp poetry is analyzed and discussed semiotically to find out about the meaning and signs of the language so that the hidden meaning of the poem can be clearly revealed. The results show that the poem means something textually, stamps that are likened to humans. Therefore, the image of the stamp can be likened to a pair of figures that are likened to a stamp, where the stamp remains loyal to the worn envelope and has even turned yellow. Yellowing in the poem can be described by someone who is no longer worthy an old and unattractive figure.
