Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara Menggunakan Metode Bercerita Pada Siswa SMP Negeri 2 Semitau. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan upaya guru meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada materi kegiatan bercerita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah bercerita dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII. Hasil analisis penelitian data menunjukkan perolehan pada siklus I rata-rata nilai 75,5. Siklus II dengan rata-rata nilai 78,55. Persentase ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I adalah 81,05%, persentase ketuntasan belajar pada siklus II addalah 100%, persentase kenaikan ketuntasan belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah 19,5%. Metode bercerita lebih meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam keterampilan berbicara. Kata kunci : Berbicara, Kualitas Pembelajaran Berbicara, Metode Bercerita. Abstract: The title of the research is Increasing Skill Of Speak By Use Tell Method Of Students At SMP 2 Semitau. This study aims to reveal descriptions of teacher effort further improve the skill of students in tell story activity. The research method used was skill of speak in form action class research. The research sample is students in lower secondary school VII grade. The result of the analysis of the data shows the average score gains in the first cycle (75,5). The second cycle with the average score (78,55). The percentage of completeness in the first cycle only (81,05%), in the second cycle the percentage of completeness achieve (100%). The result obtained means the skill bye used tell method further enhance students specially in the tell story activity. Key words: Speaking, Quality of learn to speak, the tell methods.

Abstract

The public demand for public transparency causes government accounting to be important. The greater the funds managed by the government the greater the demand for financial accountability as a form of financial transparency in government. The purpose of community service is firstly to understand the understanding of UNJ's financial department employees for the government accounting system, secondly to ensure the socialization of regulatory changes in the financial accountability of the institution is well understood by the finance staff, the third is to find solutions to the limited human resources that understand Accounting system of the financial section in the process of preparing financial statements.Participants attendes this training as many as 26 people, namely the representatives of the Central Finance Staff and Faculty of the State University of Jakarta, the results of the implementation of an understanding of the new government regulations on the preparation of financial statements and increasing the skills of participants in government financial accountability. Abstract

The development of the implementation of financial accountability in government institutions, demands an increase in the number of human resources as executors of activities. Vocational secondary schools are government institutions that produce human resources that are ready to use are required to help fulfill these resources. Correspondingly, the government established a government accounting curriculum in vocational high schools in 2018. However, the constraints faced by vocational teachers in the accounting field, many still do not understand policy changes in government accounting, even though they are required to be able to teach government accounting subjects in the class. Responding to this, Jakarta State University as an educational institution is obliged to carry out community service to conduct training activities for vocational teachers in East Jakarta in an effort to increase the capacity to prepare government institutions for the government.

Abstract

Abstract A research article is a scientific paper that contains the results of research conducted by a person or a group of researchers. With many research articles, the quality of life in the community will be better. However, in Indonesia itself, the publication of research results is still relatively low. This is due to the difficulty of writing articles. This difficulty is often found in lecturers and students, especially those experienced by students on private campuses such as Muhammadiyah Palopo University, Nahdlatul Ulama University of Indonesia, and Al-Azhar Islamic University Mataram. This activity is one of the efforts to overcome these problems. With this activity, it is hoped that participants can be helped using Software that supports research, such as Grammarly and Mendeley. Abstrak Artikel penelitian adalah sebuah karya tulis ilmiah yang berisi mengenai hasil penelitian yang dilakukan seorang ataupun sekelompok peneliti. Dengan banyak nya artikel penelitian, kualitas hidup masyarakat akan menjadi lebih baik. Namun di Indonesia sendiri, publikasi hasil penelitian ini masih terbilang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya kesulitan dalam penulisan artikel. Kesulitan ini sering ditemukan pada dosen dan mahasiswa terutama yang dialami oleh mahasiswa di kampus swasta seperti Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia, dan Universitas Islam Al-Azhar Mataram. Kegiatan ini, merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan peserta dapat terbantu dalam menggunakan Software yang menunjang penelitian seperti Grammarly, serta Mendeley.
