Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan smes kedeng dengan menggunakan area bertahap dengan area tetap terhadap keterampilan smes kedeng. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes keterampilan bermain sepak takraw dari Ratinus Darwis dan Dt. Penghulu Basa. Berdasarkan tes awal (pre test) kemudian dimatchingkan secara match subyek dengan rumus AB-BA, sampel dibagi menjadi dua kelompok menjadi kelompok eksperimen 1 dan kelompok eksperimen 2. Masing-masing kelompok diberi perlakuan selama 16 kali tatap muka dengan frekuensi latihan 4 kali dalam 1 minggu. Setelah pemberian perlakuan selesai, selanjutnya diadakan tes akhir yang sama dengan pada saat pre test. Berdasarkan data tes akhir didapatkan hasil analisis data dengan rumus t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 95% alfa 5% dengan derajat kebebasan 19. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik diperoleh t hitung lebih besar daripada t table (to = 2.416 > ttab = 2.093). X kelompok eksperimen 1 (area bertahap) lebih besar dari mean kelompok eksperimen 2 (area tetap) ( X 1 = 17.25 > X 2 = 16.00 ). Ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan smes kedeng dengan area bertahap lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggunakan area tetap terhadap keterampilan smes kedeng dalam sepak takraw. This study aims to determine the effect of the difference between the exercise of kedeng smash using gradually and fixed methods of kedeng smash skill. The tests used in this study is a test of skill to play sepak takraw by Ratinus Dervish and Dt . Basa Penghulu. Based on pre-test result, the subjects was assigned into groups by using matching formula AB-BA, there are experimental group 1 and experimental group 2. Each group was treated in 16 sessions, with the frequency of exercise 4 times in a week. After administering the treatment is completed, the post test was conduct. Post test data analysed by the formula t test with 95% significance level alpha of 5% with 19 degrees of freedom. Based on the results obtained of to coeffisien is greater than t table (to = 2.416 > ttab = 2.093). X experimental group 1 ( gradually methods ) is greater than the mean of the experimental group 2 (fixed methods) ( X 1 = 17.25 > X 2 = 16.00 ). This study suggests that exercise for smash kedeng with gradual method is better than using a fixed method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa di MTs AL Asror Kota Semarang, Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan croos-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II MTs Al Asror Kota Semarang tahun pelajaran 2006/2007 yang berjumlah 183 siswa, dengan sampel 65 siswi yang diambil dengan tehnik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian adalah 1) timbangan injak, 2) mikrotoa, 3) Stopwatch, 4) Kuesioner. Data primer diperoleh melalui pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan, pengukuran tingkat kesegaran jasmani dan kuisioner. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan derajat kemaknaan (α) = 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang bermakana antara tingkat kesegaran jasmani dan status gizi dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Sementara itu status hemolglobin dan kebiasaan sarapan pagi secara signifikan berhubungan dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Ada hubungan yang bermakan antara kebiasaan makan pagi dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Asror Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan kepada MTS Al Asror Kota Semarang untuk meningkatkan upaya peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dengan memperhatikan variabel kesehatan seperti status hemoglobin dan kebiasaan sarapan pagi siswa. Kepada siswa, disarankan agar senantiasa sarapan pagi sebelum berangkat sekolah.Kata Kunci: tingkat kesegaran jasmani; kadar hemoglobin; status gizi; kebiasaan makan pagi; prestasi belajar siswaAbstract Research is motivated by low student achievment of the MTs Al Asror. Results showed that there was no significant association between level of physical fitness and nutritional status with students achievment. While the status of hemoglobin and breakfast habits were significantly related to student achievment. There was a significant association between eating breakfast with a grade 8 student achievment of the MTs Al Asror, Gunungpati, Semarang. Based on research results suggested to the MTs Al Asror, Gunungpati, Semarang to increase efforts to improve student achievment by taking into account variables such as health status and hemoglobin breakfast habits of students. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and know the effectiveness of tools developed to measure endurance athletes when kicking in Taekwondo. The approach used in this research is Research and Development (R & D) method. Research subjects were athletes and coach. The subjects of the study were athletes and experts. Taekwondo expert validation results are good with a total score above 83, Expert validation Electro one is good with a total score of 86, For the two Electro experts stated both with a total score of 85. And also from the results of small-scale trials I obtained data that the product has not been effectively used. In large-scale trials the product is declared effective and can be used to measure the endurance of the athlete when kicking. The conclusions of this study resulted in an athlete endurance sensor product during a kick in Taekwondo, And also this product can be used for measuring endurance athletes when kicking. For trainers and athletes it is recommended to try the product as a tool to measure the endurance of the athlete while kicking in Taekwondo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of fostering soccer sports achievement at SSB Putra Mandiri. This research uses a qualitative etnographic approach. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were administrators, coaches, and athletes. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation technique. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of soccer sports development in SSB Putra Mandiri is good enough, it can be seen from the aspects of pemassalan, nurseries, achievements, organizations, training programs, human resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as funding. There is no need for a dual position by the management. Optimizing sponsorship contributions for improving the welfare of SSB Putra Mandiri. The conclusion from the research is that the stages of fostering soccer sports achievements at SSB Putra Mandiri in Magelang City include the installation, nursery and achievement stages that have been going well, the management of the Putra Mandiri SSB organization has been running according to its main duties and functions and has an active role in coaching. football achievements, the training program at SSB Putra Mandiri is in good category.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect and test the ladder drill and ball feeling exercises on increasing dribbling ability. This type of research is a quantitative two pretest-posttest group design. The target of this study were students of SSB Galaxy U 13. The data analysis technique used the t test with a significant level of 5%. Research result; (1) value of t count (4,570> t table (2,262). Significance 0.000 < 0.05. It means Ho: rejected and Ha: accepted. There is an effect of ladder drill training on increasing dribbling. (2) the value of t count (4,709)> t table (2,262). Significance 0.000 < 0.05. It means Ho: rejected and Ha: accepted. There is an effect of ball feeling training on improving dribbling. The percentage increase in dribbling was obtained by ladder drill by 5,56%, while ball feeling exercise increased by 6,79%. It was concluded that the value of 5,56% < 6,79% hen the effect of ball feeling exercise was more effective than ladder drill exercise. Suggestions, coaches and athletes can use ball feeling training as a form of training program to improve dribbling abilities.

Abstract

Sport is no longer just a physical activity, but sport has been eyed to be used as a sector in the development of the economic industry. For example, in Banyuputih District, the community held a sports event aimed at helping the welfare of the people in Banyuputih District. With the volleyball event, people can sell to help their economy. The purpose of this study is to describe and examine the influence of the welfare of volleyball events in Banyuputih District on people's lives. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is expected to be able to describe conditions in the field in a more specific, transparent, and in-depth manner regarding observable speech, writing, or behavior of individuals, groups, communities, or certain organizations. The focus of the research in this study was to describe the impact of holding a volleyball event on the welfare of the people in Banyuputih District, Batang Regency. Researchers used observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on 6 villages in Banyuputih District showed that the influence of the volleyball arisan event had a major influence on the economy and social life of the community. Besides that, the volleyball arisan event also influenced the pattern of volleyball coaching in Banyuputih District.
