Abstract

Kepala Sekolah butuh mengelola konflik ini supaya tidak merugikan proses pembelajaran. Kedudukan manajerial Kepala Sekolah sudah tumbuh dari semata- mata pengelola administratif jadi pemimpin yang mempunyai tanggung jawab lebih besar dalam membangun budaya sekolah yang inklusif serta efisien, tercantum menanggulangi konflik di antara anggota komunitas sekolah. Tata cara riset yang digunakan penulis merupakan deskriptif kualitatif yang mengacu pada uraian mengenai. Kedudukan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah Dalam Mengelola Konflik Di Sekolah Mts Hubbul Wathon ini bisa digolongkan ke dalam riset deskriptif kualitatif, karena informasi yang diperoleh lewat fenomena, pengamatan dan wawancara dari dinamika realita yang terjalin sebetulnya di lapangan buat setelah itu dideskripsikan. Dalam mengelola konflik di Sekolah MTS Hubbul Wathon, kedudukan manajerial kepala sekolah jadi kunci dalam menghasilkan area sekolah yang harmonis serta produktif.

Abstract

Abstract: The topic of this research is " The Role of Punishment for Female Students in Student Management (Case Study at Al Husna Islamic Boarding School)". This research aims to describe the application of discipline in the management of santri through educational punishment at the Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School, understand the stages of punishment given at school, and determine the factors that support or hinder the improvement of santri discipline through education. punishment. The location of this research is at the Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang Islamic Boarding School educational institution, which is an educational institution founded on April 17 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H and is one of the competent Islamic educational institutions. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research type and was descriptive in nature. The aim of giving punishment is to prevent children from repeating actions that are not permitted. The role of parenting is to warn female students not to repeat themselves and explain the reasons why this is not allowed. The punishment given to female students at the Al-Husna Islamic boarding school has been given evenly and in balance according to the area that the female student violated.Keywords: Student Management, Islamic Boarding School, Punishment Abstrak: Topik penelitian ini tentang “Peranan Punishment pada Santriwati dalam Manajemen Kesiswaan (Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Al Husna)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan disiplin dalam pengelolaan santri melalui hukuman pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna, memahami tahapan hukuman yang diberikan di sekolah, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat peningkatan kedisiplinan santri melalui pendidikan hukuman. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di lembaga pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang didirikan pada 17 April 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H dan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan islam yang kompeten. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian case study research (studi kasus) dan bersifat deskriptif. Pemberian punishment ini bertujuan agar anak tidak mengulangi perbuatan yang tidak diperbolehkan. Peran pengasuhan untuk memperingatkan santriwati agar tidak mengulangi serta menjelaskan alasan sebab akibat hal tersebut tidak di perbolehkan. Pemberian punishment pada santriwati di pondok pesantren al-husna sudah diberikan dengan merata dan seimbang sesuai bidang bagian yang di langgar santriwati. Abstract

The teacher is one of the main components in the world of education, to carryout the main tasks in education in charge of teaching and education. Without teachers, activities in educational institutions will not be able to run even educational and teaching activities will stop. Teachers are a central component in educational organizations, therefore the management and performance of teachers must be designed in such a way as to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. As a unit in teacher performance management. In simple terms, the main objective of this research is to describe teacher performance management at Hasanah Integrated Islamic Middle School, Kec. Kotarih, Serdang Bedagai Regency. While the specific objectives of this research are to describe: 1) Management of teacher performance planning, 2) Implementation of teacher performance management, 3) Supervision and evaluation of teacher performance management, 4) Opportunities and obstacles in the implementation of teacher performance management. This research method is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects are school principals, teachers, and stake holders in teacher performance management.

Abstract

This study, titled "The Principal's Managerial Strategies in Strengthening Students' Character Education within the Context of Religious Moderation at SMA Negeri 1 Lima Puluh," is motivated by the strong sense of tolerance and harmony among different religious communities within the school environment, despite the limited support for the character education program. The study aims to describe the principal's strategies in planning, implementing, organizing, supervising, and evaluating character education with a focus on religious moderation. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed, involving the principal, vice principals, and teachers as the main sources of information. The findings reveal that the planning strategy at SMA Negeri 1 Lima Puluh includes a vision, mission, character education focused on religious moderation, and collaboration between the principal and teachers. The organizational strategy applies a systematic approach involving annual planning to create an inclusive environment and ensure the program's relevance. Implementation is carried out in a structured and integrative manner, without specific strategies, yet remains aligned with the school’s vision and mission. Supervision and evaluation are conducted through regular meetings, scheduled evaluations, and disciplinary reporting, ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of the character education program. This approach reflects a commitment to strengthening students' character holistically and sustainably, consistent with relevant managerial theories.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Implementation of Educational Process Standards as a Manifestation of the Vision and Mission of MIS Hikmatul Salridho" which is based on the discrepancy between policies made by the central government and their implementation at the madrasah level. This is caused by several factors, including a lack of resources, be it competent teachers, adequate facilities, or sufficient budget. Teachers at MIS Hikmatul Salridho and the head and deputy head of the madrasah for curriculum serve as information sources for this qualitative research technique. Three methods are employed to gather data: documentation, interviews, and observation. The present study employs data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drafting as data analysis approaches. The research results revealed that (1) The availability of facilities and infrastructure at MIS Hikmatul Salridho was sufficient to accommodate all the existing romber, namely 11 romber. The facilities in each classroom are considered good enough to carry out the learning process. (2) The implementation of the learning process at MIS Hikmatul Salridho consists of planning, implementation and assessment stages. In its implementation, based on observations made, it was not fully implemented according to the RPP and lacking in classroom management, (3) The effectiveness of the learning process can be seen from student participation in learning and participation is not evenly carried out by students. Based on the research results above, the implementation of process standards must be managed well, apart from that, the head of the madrasah together with the Curriculum WKM must always carry out monitoring, and teachers should carry out learning in a structured manner to achieve learning goals.

Abstract

Performance is the level of success of a person or group of people in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as well as the ability to achieve the goals and standards that have been set. So in this case the teacher must have a number of competencies or master a number of knowledge, attitudes, and skills related to his field of work. A teacher's performance is a combination of abilities, efforts, and opportunities that can be assessed from the results of his work. The teacher has the most important responsibility, namely how to condition a fun learning environment so that it can arouse students' curiosity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach with the research subjects being the entire board of teachers at MAN 1 Batubara. The techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that teachers at MAN 1 Batubara use visual online learning media in their teaching and learning process. As well as work evaluations are still often carried out to improve teacher performance.
