Abstract

The internalization of Pancasila is carried out from an early age. This is related to the problems in the community of the fading of the noble values of the Indonesian state's guidelines for life. The final goal of this study was to find the methods used by Teachers in instilling Pancasila values in early childhood in kindergarten. Qualitative research methods are used to achieve this goal by making kindergarten teachers as informants determined through purposive techniques and Snowball sampling. Data was collected by placing researchers as the primary "tool" supported by interviewing, observation, and documentation techniques. The netted data was analyzed with miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis techniques. The results concluded that kindergarten teachers' level of knowledge and understanding about the types of learning methods in early childhood is quite good. Methods of planting Pancasila values used in some kindergartens in West Gunungsitoli Subdistrict include playing, telling stories, singing, conversing, demonstrations, role-playing, habituation methods, and tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing the social interaction of children with special needs in SLB Negeri Gunungsitoli. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique of determining the research subject is by using a purposive sampling technique. The research informants comprised 2 people, namely the Principal of the Gunungsitoli State SLB and 1 Gunungsitoli State SLB teacher. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification and confirmation of conclusions. This study uses the triangulation method to obtain a technique for measuring the validity of the data. It was concluded that the Gunungsitoli State Special School (SLB) presence was very meaningful, especially for Children with Special Needs (ABK), especially regarding social interaction with peers in their learning environment and the community. Teachers must carry out persuasive strategies, and spiritual and humanist approaches, both between teachers and students and between students. Social interaction between students can be well established, active communication is established, and the creation of a spiritual relationship that continues to grow and develop.

Abstract

Globalisasi merupakan era yang memasuki ruang lingkup dunia, dan mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan termasuk pola pikir dan perilaku sosial siswa. Budaya asing sangat mempengaruhi perilaku sosial siswa, terbukti semakin memudarnya nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui data tentang pengaruh globalisasi terhadap perilaku sosial siswa, menghitung besarnya keterkaitan globalisasi atas perilaku sosial siswa, mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh globalisasi terhadap perilaku sosial siswa di kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Alasa Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode yang di pakai yakni metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan untuk instrumen menggunakan angket tertutup dengan soal angket globalisasi dan soal angket perilaku sosial siswa. Hasil pengolahan angket pengaruh globalisasi sebesar 80,29% dengan kategori baik, hasil angket perilaku sosial siswa sebesar 79,55% dengan kategori baik. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat dinyatakan bahwa ternyata globalisasi dengan perilaku sosial siswa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kategori tinggi, responden siswa SMK Negeri 3 Alasa.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism has a strategic position in the success of student learning achievement. The research objectives are to obtain data, find out how much influence, find out whether there is an influence of civic education teacher professionalism on student learning achievement. The research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the population is class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Boronadu totaling 116, a sample of 22% of 116 as many as 25 people. The instrument is a closed questionnaire of teacher professionalism and learning achievement. Variable reliability test (X) output =0.752 and =0.396, then (0.752) > (0.396) output reliable. Variable (Y) (0.669)> (0.396) output valid. Reliability test of variable (X) =0.785 and =0.396 output reliable and variable (Y) is =0.836 and =0.396 output reliable. The output correlation coefficient test is 0.831 classified as high. The coefficient of determination test is 69 percent. Hypothesis testing = 7.165 and = 1.714 significant level of 0.05 or 5%, in the sense that the hypothesis Ha data is accepted.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems caused by the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) carried out in Simandraolo Village, Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City has not been implemented properly. This can be seen from several problems, namely: 1). There are still residents of Simandraolo Village who do not receive PKH who should be eligible to receive it. 2). There are families who do not have complete data. 3). There are still families who have not been data or verified data from the Social Service even though it is clear that the specific purpose of PKH is to reduce poverty. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach and with a total of 10 informants. The obstacles found include: 1). Some residents do not have complete data. 2). A small part has never been data by officers from the Social Service. 3). The process of collecting PKH assistance funds requires a distance from Simandraolo Village so that residents have to spend money on transportation. To overcome these various obstacles, the following efforts were made: 1). The Village Head and village officials work together with PKH Facilitators to recollect data if there are residents who have not received PKH who should be eligible to receive PKH. 2). For residents who have incomplete data, village officials facilitate to complete the data. 3). Village assistants or the Social Service always update data. 4). Village assistants routinely conduct home visits and PKH socialization activities. 5). As a community, they must provide original data to the Social Service and use PKH funds specifically for children's health and education.

Abstract

Leadership can be defined as an individual's ability to influence, motivate and enable others to contribute to the effectiveness and success of the Village. The essence of national development is basically the human being himself who is the center point of all development efforts and what will be built. Article 26 paragraph (2) of Law No. 6 of 2014 states that the Village Head is in charge of organizing the Village administration, implementing Village development, fostering the Village community and empowering the Village community. This research aims: To describe the leadership role of the Village head in realizing development in Tetehosi I Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District in 2023. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study reveal that the leadership role of the Village Head in realizing development in Tetehosi I Village is: being a facilitator of planned development, being a mobilizer to mobilize Village officials and the community, being a motivator to achieve a goal, running in accordance with established regulations. The constraints faced in realizing development are: first, budget absorption; this is related to the allocation of Village development because the Village has three Hamlets and a very large population of Tetehosi I with a total of 2,238 residents; second, not all community aspirations can be facilitated; third, Village funds in Tetehosi I are very limited (Village funds are not focused on development alone); fourth, lack of community participation; fifth, there are differences of opinion regarding the land / plot being built and lack of cohesiveness between communities. The efforts made by the Village Head in this case are the Village Head in carrying out his role as a facilitator, mobilizer and motivator, being a leader for the Village apparatus team, accepting all ideas or aspirations from various elements of the community; bringing the community closer if there are residents who have different assumptions or disputes during the course of development.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the ability of teachers in applying learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (Hots), the obstacles encountered by teachers and to know the efforts made by the teacher in overcoming obstacles in Applying Learning based on Hots in the State High School 2 Gunungsitoli. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The purpose of the use of a description approach is to find meaning that begins from the facts by performing observations recording all facts holistically scientifically with the observed problem. The research instrument used in this study was the researcher himself using his cell phones as a tool to record all the conversations, the results of images as real evidence, and a notebook that serves to record conversations with data sources or informants. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research and discussion concluded that: First, Teacher's Ability to Apply Higher Order Thinking Skills (Hots) in Higher High Schools (State Secondary Schools) is Ability in Preparing Learning Plans, Hots-driven Learning Design Ability, Asking Questions that Drive High Level Thinking, Supporting Students in Hots Thinking Processes, and Evaluating Hots Skills. Second, The obstacles faced by Teacher PPKn in Applying Higher Orders Thinking skills (HOTS) in high schools are The deep understanding of the concept of Hots learning material is still limited, The curriculum and evaluation are not supported, The time is limited because Hots Learning often requires longer time because it involves more in-depth thinking and complex, the availability of insufficient resources such as reading, learning materials, media or technology. Thirdly, the efforts made by Master PPKn in Applying Learning Based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (Hots) overcome the obstacles of providing training and development to teachers on Hots learning concepts and strategies, further providing learning resources and learning materials that support the application of Hots as well as monitoring and evaluation of implementation of learning Hots.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui Implementasi pendidikan Karakter Bagi Warga Binaan pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II B Kota Gunungsitoli , (2) meneliti faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter, dan (3) mengetahui upaya dari hambatan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah warga binaan dan petugas pemasyarakatan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Kota Gunungsitoli berjalan sesuai tujuan pemasyarakatan. pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan jasmani, rohani, intelektual dan kemandirian, (2) faktor pendukungnya adalah warga binaan taat dan tertib; kerja sama dengan pihak ketiga; kebijakan wajib diikuti warga binaan. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya motivasi sebagian warga binaan; sarana prasarana dan anggaran terbatas; pemasaran sempit, dan (3) solusi dari hambatan adalah memberikan pengusulan cuti dan pemberian sanksi terhadap warga binaan ketika ada yang melanggar peraturan dan dimasukan ke selker; memotivasi warga binaan; mengajukan proposal ke Kantor Wilayah Hukum dan HAM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kecenderungan Terjadinya Depresi Pada Generasi Z akibat Kemajuan Media Internet Di Kecamatan Sirombu Kabupaten Nias Barat Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Adapun tujuan penggunaan pendekatan deskriptif adalah menggambarkan proses dari pelaksanaan penelitian yang diawali dari observasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri dengan menggunakan handphone sebagai alat untuk merekam semua pembicaraan, hasil gambar sebagai bukti nyata, dan buku catatan yang berfungsi untuk mencatat percakapan dengan sumber data atau informan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, kecenderungan terjadinya deperesi diakibatkan karena penggunaan internet dalam waktu panjang yang membuat kecanduan sehingga dapat mengakibatkan beberapa penyakit diantaranya penderita merasa lelah, tidak bisa tidur dan emosional yang tidak Stabil, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kecenderungan terjadinya depresi pada generasi Z ini.. Kedua ciri-ciri seseorang yang depresi akibat kemajuan media internet yaitu merasa lelah, gangguan tidur, gangguan mental, dan kerusakan motorik otak yang membuat penderita syndrom atau kecanduan mengakses internet, dapat mengakibatkan depresi yang ditandai dengan gejala, emosional, kelelahan sepanjang hari, dan mengakibatkan penderita adikasi internet tidak mau bergaaul dengan teman sebayanya mereka hanya focus dan lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu dalam mengakses internet. Ketiga, upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya depresi akibat kemajuan media internet yaitu membatasi waktu dalam mengakses internet, mencari hobi baru, melakukan pemeriksaan kepada dokter, tetap aktif secara sosial dengan keluarga dan teman dilingkungan setempat, selanjutnya orag tua juga harus berperan dalam mencegah terjadinya adikasi internet yang semakin membawa dampak buruk bagi seorang remaja dan kalangan masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru PPkn dalam pembinaan etika sopan santun siswa di kelas X melalui pembelajaran PPkn di SMA Negeri 2 Onohazumba tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. adapaun tujuan pengguanan pendekatan deskriptif adalah menggambarkan proses dari pelaksanaan penelitian yang di awali dengan observasi. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian itu sendiri dengan menggunakan handpone sebagai alat untuk merekam semua pembicaraan, hasil gambar sebagai bukti nyata dan buku catatan yang berfungsi untuk mencatat percakapan dengan sumber data atau informa. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan pertama, pembinaan etika sopan santun cukup berkesinambungan dengan baik antara bapak dan ibu guru serta siswa. Pelaksanaan pembinaan etika sopan santun terhadap peserta didik diajarkan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan di sekolah maupun melalui proses pembelajaran melalui mata pelajaran PPKn dengan mataeri pembinaan etika sopan santun, hal ini juga mempunyai pengaruh dalam pembentukan moral peserta didik yang semakin menjadikan lebih taat dan bisa bertangung jawab atas perbuatannya masing-masing dan mendapat nilai etika serta nilai religius sehingga dapat menjadikan pribadi peserta didik yang lebih baik kedepannya. kedua, adapun kendalan dalam pembinaan etika sopan santun melalui pembelajaran PPKn yaitu karakteristik siswa yang berbada-beda, kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang perilaku sopan santun dan kurangnya penanaman etika sopan santun di lingkungan keluargan yang berperan. ketiga upaya selama melakukan penelitian adapun temua yang di peroleh melalui wawancara yaitu hambatan atau kendala dalam pembinaan melalui pembelajaran.
