Abstract

Masinis sebagai orang yang bertugas dalam mengoperasikan kereta api serta sebagai pemimpin perjalanan kereta api memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar. Tuntutan pekerjaan yang besar maka akan menimbulkan stres dan akan berdampak pada performansi masinis. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas apakah tugas masinis dapat memicu stres dan mempengaruhi performansi masinis. Penelitian dilakukan selama lima kali dinasan berturut-turut pada setiap tingkatan masinis. Tingkat stres masinis diukur berdasarkan aktivitas amilase dalam air liur menggunakan alat Cocoro Meter, dan performansi masinis diukur berdasarkan tingkat kecepatan reaksi masinis. Sedangkan berkaitan dengan faktor pemicu stres di luar dinasan masinis, pengukuran dilakukan secara subjektif menggunakan NIOSH General Job Stress Questionnaire. Hasil dari penelitian ini, stres dapat mempengaruhi performansi namun performansi yang dipengaruhi stres dapat membaik atau memburuk, kemudian terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan faktor pemicu stres pada setiap tingkatan masinis. Kata kunci: Masinis, stres, performansi ABSTRACT Machinist as a person in charge of the train and operate as the leader of rail travel have a great responsibility. Great job demands will cause stress and will have an impact on performance machinist. This study discusses wheter the task machinist can trigger stress and affect the performance of the driver. Research conducted over the course of five consecutive times at each level machinist. Stress level machinist measured by salivary amylase activity using the cocoro meter tool, and machinist performance is measured based on the level machinist reaction time speed. Whereas with regard to the triggers of stress factors outside railroad machinist work, measurements are made subjectively using the NIOSH General Job Stress Questionnaire. The results of this study, stress can affect performance, but performance can be influenced stress better or worse, then there are similarities and differences in the factors triggering stress at every level machinist. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether or not there is an increase in results student learning by applying drill methods on economic subjects to students class XI IPS 1 SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. The method used in the study this is an experimental method with quantitative research. Data source inside this study was IPS 1 XI class students and the population in this study amounted to 27 students from the XI IPS 1 SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. Data obtained with using data colletion techniques in the from of interview, observation sheet (check list) and test sheets in the form of writing items question, validity and reliability. Based on data analysis techniques using the t-test Paired Sample t test is the value of the count for student learningoutcomes is -9,635 with probability (Sig.) 0,000. Because the probability (Sig.) 0,000 < 0,05, then Ho is rejected and Ha be accepted. This means that there is a significant increase in the implementation of the drill method towards the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS 1 SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. Based on the results of the processing, it can be concluded that the application of teh drill method make a significant influence on student learning outcomes on subjects economy in class XI IPS SMA Santun Unan Pontianak.Keywords: (Application, Drill Method, Economic Subject)

Abstract

Monitoring the developing fetus will make it easier to detect any abnormal symptoms of fetus growth. Monitoring is done by measuring and estimating the age and weight of the fetus. Average fetal weight at a certain gestational age refers to pregnancy statistics. A fetus that is too big or too small can cause severe problems for the delivery process and the baby's development. The process of monitoring the estimated age and weight of the fetus can do by measuring up to bids of the fundus. In order to facilitate the process of monitoring and providing information for pregnant women in graphic form, an information system that can be accessed easily is needed. A system that records fetal development and provides easy-to-understand information about fetal development for pregnant women: therefore, the development of fetal development monitoring applications is essential. Therefore the development of the fetal development monitoring app became important. It is hoped that pregnant women will find it easy to record and monitor fetal development with a fetal development monitoring application. A method for measuring the development of fetal weight do by using fetal biometric measurements through uteri height. The developed applications also provide accessible graphic information regarding the development of the fetus.
