Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan konstruksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya Kepuasan Kerja dan kombinasi Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya memperhatikan Kepuasan Kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perusahaan harus secara efektif memantau dan mengelola kepuasan kerja karyawan serta menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan situasi untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan memberikan panduan bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perhatian terhadap Kepuasan Kerja menjadi penting, dan manajemen harus mengintegrasikan pendekatan kepemimpinan situasional untuk mencapai hasil kinerja yang lebih baik. Studi ini tidak hanya membantu dalam memahami dinamika di balik kinerja karyawan tetapi juga memberikan panduan praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi yang efektif. Perusahaan konstruksi dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawannya melalui pendekatan Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Situasional yang tepat. Temuan penelitian ini memperjelas bahwa untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal, perhatian yang seimbang terhadap kepuasan kerja dan strategi kepemimpinan situasional sangatlah penting. Penelitian ini juga membuka wawasan baru tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut dapat diintegrasikan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik

Abstract

This research aims to find out how successful application use is and what factors influence the successful use of online shopping applications. This research uses quantitative methods. Users of online shopping applications in Jabodetabek were given a questionnaire via Google Form as part of the data collection method used in this study. Users of online shopping apps made up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method used to choose the study's sample. In this study, a sample of one hundred respondents was used. The two types of data analysis are statistical analysis and demographic analysis. The results of the conducted research support the notion that the presence of online shopping applications is beneficial, and that user perceptions play a significant role in the success of an application's use. Respondents can shop online with convenience and utility thanks to the services offered by online shopping applications. User satisfaction with net benefits is the most significant factor, according to the path coefficient and t-test values. This indicates that consumers are happy with the online shopping app and are inclined to accept the advantages it provides. Consumers believe that an element that can raise the net benefit value of online shopping applications is user satisfaction. According to the path coefficient and t-test values, service quality is the factor that has the least impact on users' perceptions of its usefulness. This indicates that consumers believe the usefulness value they perceive from online shopping applications cannot be enhanced by the quality of those services. So, improvements need to be made so that the success of using the application increases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the complex relationship between inequality and income levels, as well as between education and wage inequality. The analysis will employ a random sample from the population, gathered through surveys and observations. With a sample size of 100. Data analysis uses regression. These findings suggest that other factors may also play a role in determining inequality trends and the need for a more contextual approach in formulating effective economic policy. The analysis highlights the complexity of labor market dynamics in the relationship between education and wage inequality. The findings reveal that factor such as the population's educational structure, the quality of education, and unobservable factors, in addition to the level of education itself, influence the effect of education on wages. Overall, the results of the analysis show that education has a very important role in determining income distribution and economic equality. Increased education can reduce wage inequality between individuals with different levels of education, with several contributing factors including improvements in the quality of the workforce, greater opportunities for individuals to obtain qualifications that suit labor market needs, and changes in the way society and the labor market.
