Abstract

ABSTRACT The activity was carried out to put to use of the urine cattle bali with fermented technology. The activity of community servece was ccaried out at Dauh Yeh Cani village, Badung regency, on Suturday, 4 August 2007. The participants from the farmers group at Dauh Yeh Cani village. The demo plots was carried out at KUBE KMM. The material of a demo plots i.e. a removal by product (urine) with feces and than its were fermented.. The products made from the activity were liquied fertilizer organic (clean governunt). The participants were curious to follow all the activities and hope for the team Unud be able to came again with a news information.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Strategy analysis in improving the welfare of fishing communities (study of Kuala Tungkal fishermen". Strategy analysis is a process to help fishermen achieve their goals. The problems in this research are (1) what is the strategy to increase the income of fishing communities? (2 ) What is the condition of the economic welfare of the fishing community in Kuala Tungkal? This research aims to find out the strategies of Kuala Tungkal fishermen to improve the welfare of the fishing community. The research method used is a qualitative method through primary data then the tools for data collection used are interviews, observation, and documentation Data analysis is qualitative descriptive by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui peran BUMDes dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan (2) mengetahui peran BUMDes dalam memberdayakan masyarakat. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada ketua BUMDes Benaung Indah, Kepala Desa serta warga Desa Air Balui. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan BUMDES Benaung Indah dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat telah diwujudkan dengan adanya unit-unit usaha yang ada didalamnya seperti unit usaha simpan pinjam, jasa sampah, dan perdagangan. BUMDes juga membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat desa Balui sehingga mengurangi pengangguran. Selain itu BUMDes Benaung Indah sudah memberikan pembagian keuntungan untuk menambah Pendapatan Asli Desa Balui. Faktor Pendukung BUMDes Benaung Indah dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Balui yaitu potensi berkembangnya Desa Balui di sektor ekonomi cukup tinggi karena terletak di daerah Indragiri Hilr yang memiliki potensi perkembangan perdagangan yang cukup baik dan sumber daya manusia yang mendukung sedangkan faktor penghambat diantaranya BUMDes belum maksimal dalam melakukan sosialisasi program program BUMDes kepada masyarakat, belum maksimal dalam pengembangan bisnis dan ekonomi, masyarakat masih berpikir dalam lingkup banjar sehingga belum maksimal dalam mendukung program BUMDes, memerlukan dukungan seluruh unsur masyarakat baik adat maupun dinas, sumber daya manusia potensial yang dimiliki desa lebih memilih bekerja di instansi lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and promotion on the decision to purchase at MSMEs by Pak Dj Khas Jambi. As the goal is to find out the quality of products and promotion of the decision to purchase by Mr. Dj Typical Jambi. The research method used in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods and the data analysis method uses t-test, f-test, R Square test, Multiple Linear Regression. The sample in this study were 85 respondents who were taken from some of the people in the city of Jambi. The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Promotion (X2) is also very significant on purchasing decisions. Based on the F Test the of Product Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) simultaneously have the same on Purchase Decisions (Y).

Abstract

This research was conducted among the people of Suka Makmur Village, Muaro Jambi Regency, among whom work as farmers and traders. In the lean season, they still have to fulfill their daily needs, such as clothing, food and shelter. Apart from that, they also have to save and invest to meet future needs. This research aims to: (1) find out strategies for managing family finances in an Islamic way in creating a sakinah family. (2) knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the people of Suka Makmur Village, Muaro Jambi Regency in managing family finances in an Islamic manner in creating a sakinah family. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. Determining the research subjects was purposive and used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the Islamic family financial management strategy in creating a sakinah family in the Suka Makmur Village community, Muaro Jambi Regency has carried out financial planning such as managing family finances, savings, investment and zakat. Meanwhile, the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the people of Suka Makmur Village, Muaro Jambi Regency in managing family finances in an Islamic manner in creating a sakinah family. Supporting factors are faced such as instilling mutual respect, providing support to your partner or family, and having a good personality such as being frugal. Meanwhile, factors such as wasteful nature, lack of communication, and economic problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh literasi halal dan kemasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk umkm halal di kecamatan rimbo ulu, kabupaten tebo.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Jenis data yang di gunakan pada penelitia ini meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability . Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan di penelitin ini adalah observasi, interview (wawancara), kuesioner (angket) serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan disimpulkan beberapa hal berikut ini. Pertama, Literasi halal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk UMKM Halal di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu Kabupaten Tebo. berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa variabel literasi halal memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel. Hal tersebut dapat berarti bahwa Ho1 di tolak dan Ha1 diterima. Kedua, Kemasn produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk UMKM Halal di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu Kabupaten Tebo. berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa variabel kemasan produk memiliki nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel. Hal tersebut dapat berarti bahwa Ho2 di terima dan Ha2 di tolak. Ketiga, Literasi Halal dan Kemasan Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk UMKM Halal di Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu Kabupaten Tebo. berdasarkan hasil uji f diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai F tabel.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation that must be carried out by every Muslim for his property and objects with the rules that have been determined in Islamic law. Mapun Baru Village has a large potential for zakat mal, therefore in order to maximize its potential it requires good management and a good strategy to increase public awareness in carrying out zakat mal payments. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the strategy carried out by BAZDES in raising public awareness to pay zakat mal, 2) find out the causes of reduced public awareness to pay zakat mal. The research method used by researchers is qualitative. The type of data used by researchers is primary data and secondary data. With this research method, researchers see the object of research directly by conducting field observations and conducting interviews with BAZDES administrators, people who pay zakat, people who pay zakat directly to mustahik, and people who do not pay zakat mal. Furthermore, secondary data such as data, journals, and books related to research. The results of this study were 1) strategies implemented by BAZDES management in the form of socialization, cults after congregational prayers and after yasinan, and working with preachers when giving lectures. 2) the cause of the low public awareness to pay zakat is in the form of knowledge of people's understanding that is still minimal about the scope of zakat mal.

Abstract

The background of this research is the implementation of zakat on the breeding of swallow's nests in the village of Srimulyo, Tungkal Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, whose practices are not yet in accordance with Islamic regulations. This type of research is field research using descriptive qualitative methods. This research was conducted in Srimulyo Village, Tungkal Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, using a normative and sociological approach, using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that the implementation of zakat on the breeding of swallow's nests in Srimulyo Village, Tungkal Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province has quite a large potential for zakat. However, this was not implemented because it had various obstacles in its implementation, such as: swallow nest breeders did not pay zakat because they lacked literacy about swallow nest zakat, there was no amil zakat institution that socialized it to the village, some of them paid zakat with a rate of 2, 5% follows the zakat property which is paid once a year. Even though the rate they should spend on the results of breeding swallow's nests is 5% each time a sale is made of total net income. On the other hand, it turns out that there are still many breeders who are reluctant to pay zakat, there are also those who do not recommend giving zakat at all.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on service users at PT. Pawnshop Sharia Sarolangun short market. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection methods namely interviews, observation and documentation and using data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study are employees and customers who are involved. The results of this study indicate that the covid-19 pandemic has had little impact on service users at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun, this is because during the covid-19 pandemic many people were less stable in the economy which was caused by several policies set by the government in order to eradicate the spread of the covid-19 virus. PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun provides the best possible effort to provide good service and in accordance with health procedures that have been established during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the several dimensions that have been described, namely security, service quality, guarantees provided and employee responsiveness which is always paid attention to by PT. Sharia Pegadaian Pasar Singkut Sarolangun.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the income of traders around the Muaro Jambi Temple Attraction. This research using quantitative descriptive methods aims to systematically describe the facts or characteristics of a particular population or a particular field factually and meticulously. The population used in this study was 30 traders who were active in Muaro Jambi Temple. The results of the capital study affect the income level of traders in Muara Jambi Temple, the results of partial testing showed significant results stating that there was a significant influence between the capital variable (X1) on income (Y). the length of the undertaking affects the level of income of the trader. partial testing states that there is no significant effect of the Variable Length of Business (X2) on the income of (Y) traders. time allocation affects the level of income of traders. partial testing stated that there was no significant influence of the Time Allocation variable (X3) on the income of (Y) traders in Muaro Jambi Temple. there is a significant influence between the variables of Capital (X1) on income (Y). there is no significant effect on the variable Length of Business (X2) on revenue (Y). there was no significant effect of the Time Allocation variable (X3) on revenue (Y).
