Abstract

This study discusses: 1. How is the concept of an education development system in the field of student affairs leading to superior madrasas in MTs. Muallimin UNIVA Medan? 2. What are the aspects of developing the education system in the field of student affairs towards superior madrasas in MTs. Muallimin UNIVA Medan?This study uses a naturalistic qualitative approach. The term naturalistic shows that the implementation of this research does occur scientifically, as it is, and cannot be manipulated by circumstances and conditions, emphasizing natural descriptions. By this nature, the involvement of researchers is required directly at the research location.The research results show that: The concept of developing a quality system in the field of student affairs was carried out at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muallimin UNIVA Medan, which was designed by the head of the Madrasa by referring to government regulations, the statutes and bylaws of the Alwashliyah organization, and referring to the needs of madrasah stakeholders, deputy head of the madrasah section students are responsible for student management, as well as assisted by the person in charge of each self-development program for students, teachers and other staff through direct instructions from the head of the madrasah which have been carried out in accordance with established procedures. Planning regarding student management is prepared on the basis of madrasah capabilities and meets the needs of students and the demands of the times. Aspects of developing the education system towards superior madrasah include: a) fostering the learning process of students related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom b) fostering extracurricular and intracurricular student activities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muallimin UNIVA Medan, c) evaluating the results of student activities that carried out at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muallimin UNIVA Medan carried out directly by the head of the madrasa and WKM in the student affairs sector and assisted by teachers and other staff, with the aim of ensuring the implementation of the student planning program that has been carried out, and monitoring deviations that occur.

Abstract

Secara umum kepercayaan diri siswa masih ada bahkan banyak yang masih rendah, rendah nya rasa percaya diri siswa di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti pola asuh, sekolah, teman sebaya, masyarakat dan pengalaman. Sehubungan dengan itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran wali kelas dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas V (lima) di MIS Muhajirin Kec. Medan Polonia dan Bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat wali kelas dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas v (lima) di MIS Muhajirin kec. Medan Polonia. Untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas, teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Reduksi Data, Display Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Dilihat dari sifatnya, maka sifat dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu suatu jenis penelitian yang menghasilkan temuan-temuan yang tidak diperoleh oleh alat satistik atau alat-alat kuantifikasi lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran wali kelas dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas V (lima) di MIS Muhajirin Kec. Medan Polonia, di mana ketika berada di sekolah wali kelas adalah orang tua siswa, maka sebagai wali kelas , wali kelas harus bisa membaca dan paham dengan keadaan dan mental setiap siswanya sehingga wali kelas bisa membentuk dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dengan beberapa metode yang di gunakan oleh wali kelas untuk siswa nya. Namun kepercayaan diri siswa tidak sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab atau tugas wali kelas, beberapa faktor yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat wali kelas dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa seperti lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan keluarga, teman sebaya dan dari peserta didik itu sendiri

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of parenting style, the relationship between parenting style and the success factors of parenting style in learning the Qur'an for early childhood. This study used a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation, as well as triangulation and data analysis. The results of the study show that the role of parents is very large in the obligation to care for and maintain the survival of their children, as well as meeting the basic needs of children, both physical-biomedical (asuh), emotional/love needs (love), and the need for mental stimulation. Therefore, parenting style is very strongly related to the achievement of children's Al-Qur'an learning. however, the implementation of parenting itself is inseparable from the factors that influence it, namely the personality of parents, similar parenting patterns, religion, environment, education, gender, social status, child's ability, and situation. This research is expected to contribute to parents in determining parenting according to the situation and condition of the child.
