Abstract

The teaching of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at SMP Negeri 2 Gemolong, Sragen Regency, has implemented the method of teacher exemplarity as an alternative to enhance the effectiveness of the learning process. The survey results indicate that 69.1% of students stated that their teachers always relate IRE lessons to their daily lives. Furthermore, observations of the teachers revealed that they have successfully applied the method of teacher exemplarity in IRE instruction. The effectiveness of this approach is evident from the fact that 75% of students have achieved or surpassed the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) set by the school. Thus, the method of teacher exemplarity can be considered as an effective alternative to enhance the teaching and learning of Islamic Religious Education in the school. Additionally, SMP Negeri 2 Gemolong can serve as a pilot project for strengthening students' character.

Abstract

Pekerjaan besar bagi bangsa Indonesia adalah aspek pendidikan yang belum mampu memberikan hasil seperti yang diinginkan. Terutama dalam keseimbangan hasil belajar sesuai tujuan pendidikan yaitu mencapai kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Imam Al Ghozali adalah sember inspirasi atas pemikiran-pemikiran tentang konsep Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemikiran-pemikiran Al Ghozali dalam prinsip mengajar. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-eksploratif. Sumber data primer berasal dari buku Imam Ghozali “Ihya’ ‘ulum Ad Dien”. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen lain yang berkaitan dengan fokus penelitian seperti jurnal, buku-buku, atau artikel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis). Analisis dilakukan dengan pembahasan yang mendalam terhadap isi yang tertulis pada sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip mengajar menurut Al-Ghozali adalah: 1) guru memiliki perasaan kasih sayang terhadap siswa; 2) sifat jujur dan tekun dalam belajar; 3) kewibawaan guru dan sifat tawadhu’ siswa; 4) guru memiliki dan menghormati ilmu yang luas; 5) proses pendidikan harus bertahap; 6) guru memahami kemampuan siswa; dan 7) memantau dan mendampingi siswa.

Abstract

This research on the book Al Akhlaqu lil banaat aims to see how much influence it has on the morals of female students at the Al Islam Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School, Sragen. The method used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative method. The results of this study are that the implementation of morality in Islamic boarding schools is carried out in several ways, namely habituation, regulations and threats of sanctions, as well as non-formal regulations in the form of adab towards teachers. Meanwhile, the morals possessed by the female students in all aspects, namely the morals towards Allah, the morals towards teachers and friends, all of them received good ratings. However, there were conflicts and backbiting activities that led to bad judgment. Whereas in the influence of the book Al Akhlaqu lil banaat it shows that activities based on interest in reading books have an influence or found coefficients above 0.3 in all aspects (Akhlaq to Allah, Akhlaq to teachers and Akhlaq to friends). But it lacks a correlation between the value of report cards and the morals of Santriwati, namely the values of the report cards and the morals to God (0.160), the morals to teachers (0.126), and the morals to friends (0.035). This low coefficient indicates a lack of appreciation of values during learning, and the orientation of the female students is only towards the meaning of the reading in the book Al Akhlaqu lil banaat which is in Arabic only.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of muamalah fiqh learning in strengthening entrepreneurial values in Al-Islam Darul Falah Sragen Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results showed that muamalah fiqh learning can effectively strengthen entrepreneurial values among students. Muamalah fiqh learning encourages students to have a better understanding of the principles of Islamic business ethics and provides a strong foundation for the development of entrepreneurial skills. In this regard, the role of teachers is crucial in delivering muamalah fiqh material in a way that is interesting and relevant to the daily lives of students.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the application of the Tahsin and Tahfidz learning models as an effective method for improving students' memorization skills at SD Islam Amanah Ummah Surakarta. Memorizing ability is an important aspect of Islamic religious education, which involves memorizing verses of the Qur'an and prayers. The research method used was classroom action research involving students at SD Islam Amanah Ummah Surakarta as research subjects. The application of the Tahsin and Tahfidz learning models is carried out in several stages which include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In addition, research instruments in the form of rote tests and participatory observations were used to collect data about students' memorization abilities before and after the application of the learning model. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' memorization ability after applying the Tahsin and Tahfidz learning models. This can be seen from the increase in the average score of students' memorization tests and their active participation during the learning process. Students also showed a more positive inclination towards learning the Islamic religion and a passion for continuing to improve their memorization skills. In conclusion, the application of the Tahsin and Tahfidz learning models is effective in improving students' memorization skills at SD Islam Amanah Ummah Surakarta. This model can be used as a useful alternative in the context of Islamic religious education in other schools. It is suggested that further research be conducted to broaden the scope of this research and measure the long-term impact of implementing this learning model on students' memorization abilities.

Abstract

The fading of the character of the nation's children is shown by the increasing actions that have an impact on the destruction of our own nation, such as brawl, murder, rape, and others. This shows that education objectives are not optimal. Whereas the government has drafted a Law on National Education System related to the basis and function of education which refers to the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila, even long before the government designed character education, KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari had first discussed about character education in his works, both in the book Adab al-‘Alim wa al-Muta‘allim or other books and treatises. Based on the above background, the focus of the problem in this study is the study of KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari about character education in the book Adâb al-Âlim wa al-Muta'allim is relevant to character education values listed in the National Education System Law. This research method uses a qualitative research model with a literature study approach, while collecting techniques data from various literatures in the form of scientific books, journals, and articles. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive narrative. The results of this study are as follows: KH. Hasyim Asy'ari about character education in the book Adâb al-Âlim wa al-Muta‘allim is relevant to the National Education System. This was indicated by the character values conveyed by him in his works in accordance with the character values listed in the National Education System.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is an attempt to adapt the learning process in class to meet the individual learning needs of each student. The adjustments in question are related to interests, learning profiles, student readiness in order to achieve increased learning outcomes. The author finds that differentiated learning is able to help students achieve optimal learning results, because the products they will produce are according to their interests. Through differentiated learning activities, all students' learning needs are accommodated according to their interests or learning profiles. Furthermore, the authors found that there were four (4) differentiated learning components, namely: content, process, product, and learning environment. Differentiated learning processes can also provide ample space for students to demonstrate what they have learned so that differentiated learning indirectly encourages student creativity. In addition, because creativity will continue to develop, differential learning is an approach that is highly recommended to be applied in learning so as to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives.
