Abstract

It is no secret that this coronavirus has paralyzed people’s economies in various sectors, especially in the property sector. But slowly now, we are entering an era called the new normal era. Digital marketing is currently an effective strategy that can be utilized by business people, especially property business people, to stay connected with customers online without having to meet face to face. Business people can take advantage of digital media platforms, both web-based and social media. This research aims to: (1) test and analyze the influence of digital marketing via websites on increasing sales in the new normal era at CitraLand Ambon. (2) testing and analyzing the influence of digital marketing via social media on increasing sales in the new normal era at CitraLand Ambon. The sample used in this research was 40 respondents, and these respondents were CitraLand Ambon customers who purchased units online either through social media or websites. The data was tested using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS analysis tool. Research results show that: (1) digital marketing via websites has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales at CitraLand Ambon. (2) digital marketing via social media has a positive but not significant effect on increasing sales at CitraLand Ambon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital melalui websites terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (2) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital melalui social media terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (3) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital melalui email marketing terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 Customer CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar yang melakukan pembelian unit secara online atau melalui digital marketing. Data diuji dengan menggunakan analsis regresi linear berganda melalui alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pemasaran digital melalui websites berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (2) pemasaran digital melalui social media berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (3) pemasaran digital melalui email marketing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. Abstract

Net Profit Margin (NPM) merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Indikator ini berguna untuk menyediakan informasi bagi manajemen perusahaan mengenai efisiensi berdasarkan perbandingan antara laba bersih dan penjualan bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Net Profit Margin pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari dokumen dan hasil wawancara, serta melakukan analisis net profit margin pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Makassar melalui Aplikasi Sidatu Miciko menunjukkan bahwa jenis usaha mikro mendominasi UMKM di Kota Makassar. Usaha mikro ini memiliki modal usaha sampai paling banyak Rp 1.000.000.000 (satu miliar rupiah). Jenis UMKM yang mendominasi adalah Kuliner (164 pelaku usaha), Campuran (152 pelaku usaha), dan Fashion (57 pelaku usaha). Peningkatan net profit margin dilakukan melalui inisiatif pelaku UMKM dan dukungan pemerintah melalui inkubator UMKM Kota Makassar. Dukungan tersebut meliputi pendampingan legalitas produk seperti pengurusan IMB dan Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HaKI), pelatihan digital produk, pendampingan visibilitas produk, dan pelatihan tata kelola keuangan UMKM.
