Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) examine and analyze the influence of institutional ownership structure effect on corporate social responsibility disclousure, (2) examine and analyze the influence of managerial ownership structure effect on corporate social responsibility disclousure (3) test and analyze the effect on the profitability of the corporate social responsibility disclousure, (4) test and analyze the influence of tax aggressive  effect on corporate social responsibility disclousure. This research using secondary data financial stattement from 2010 until 2013 on BEI of South Sulawesi Province with population of 25 minning corporate and 12 corporate are sampled. This study uses multiple linear regression as a tool to analyze the data, and processed with statistical program SPSS 21.0. he results of this study show that, (1) institutional ownership has no effect on the corporate social responsibility disclosure.(2) influence the effect of managerial ownership on the corporate social responsibility disclosure. (3) Profitability has no effect on the corporate social responsibility disclosure (4) Tax Aggressiveness effect on  corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

Abstract

Research related to the Effect of Service Quality, Image, and Business Ethics on Patient Satisfaction and Loyalty at Hospitals in Makassar City. This research was conducted which aims to: (1) test and analyze the effect of service quality, image, business ethics on patient satisfaction, (2) test and analyze the effect of service quality, image, business ethics on patient loyalty, (3) test and analyze the effect satisfaction with patient loyalty, (4) test and analyze the indirect effect of service quality, image, and business ethics on patient loyalty through mediating patient satisfaction. This study uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to a total of 203 inpatients as samples from the total number of patients in 2018 totaling 69.337, data collection was carried out from December 2019 to January 2020. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with program assistance AMOS and SPSS. The results showed that (1) service quality, image, and business ethics had a positive and significant direct effect on patient satisfaction, (2) service quality, image, and business ethics had a positive and significant direct effect on patient loyalty, (3) satisfaction has a positive and not significant direct effect on patient loyalty, (4) an indirect relationship of service quality, image, and business ethics, through mediation satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on patient loyalty. This means that the provision of good quality services, the application of the hospital's image, and the application of ethical behavior will have a direct role in patient satisfaction and loyalty. Patient satisfaction does not significantly affect patient loyalty due to the existence of a system of tiered referral system which makes it impossible for patients to directly choose the hospital, except in an emergency. Quality of service, image, and business ethics through satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on patient loyalty. This shows that patient satisfaction is not able to mediate to have a significant influence on patient loyalty.

Abstract

The study collected primary data from 131 respondents via questionnaires and used the entire population as a sample. The study lasted three months, from April to June 2021. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) motivation is positively influenced by leadership, organizational culture, and competence. (2) While leadership has a positive but not statistically significant effect on performance, organizational culture, competence, and motivation all have a positive and statistically significant impact on performance. (3) While leadership and competence have a positive and significant effect on motivational performance, organizational culture has a positive but insignificant effect on motivational performance. This means that while leadership and competence have been shown to increase the motivation of the State Civil Apparatus, leadership alone has not been shown to increase performance, while good organizational culture, competence, and motivation have been shown to increase performance. On the other hand, leadership and competence have been shown to increase performance through motivation, whereas organizational culture, competence, and motivation have been shown to increase performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhinya.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dalam hal ini adalah Staff Keuangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Jenis dan Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Balanced Score Card. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Balanced Score Card (BSC) dan menganalisis Return On Investment (ROI) Profit Margin dan Current Ratio diperoleh data angka mendekati -1 artinya bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang tidak maksimal.

Abstract

Kuring tofu factory in Makassar / Gowa (South Sulawesi Province) is one of the home industries producing tofu from soybean raw materials that has been pioneered since 2017. The form of the curing tofu business is still very simple, the tofu production process is still simple, not yet regulated according to ideal needs. Likewise, special clothing equipment for production and packaging employees is not standard. The marketing system is still simple, market reach is still limited. In service activities by the UMI Makassar lecturer team funded by DRPM RISTEK-BRIN on the PKM (Community Partnership Program) scheme aims to help develop partners in the Makassar Kuring tofu factory business group to be more economically independent, improve their thinking and innovation skills. Service activities undertaken are to help deal with two main priority issues, namely: (1) Production Problems, which are related to production methods based on hygienic principles of the product, including production space management; (2) Marketing management issues. From the results of these service activities, increased partner empowerment, in this case increased production system arrangements, increased marketing reach, and finally increased turnover from sales of tofu preservative products from three million rupiahs per day to four point five million rupiahs per day (increased to 50%).   Keywords: Kuring tofu, production, marketing management, increased turnover.   ABSTRAK. Pabrik “Tahu Kuring” di Makassar/Gowa (Sulawesi Selatan) merupakan salah satu home industry yang meproduksi tahu dari bahan baku kedelai yang dirintis sejak tahun 2017. Bentuk usaha tahu kuring ini masih sangat sederhana, proses produksi tahu masih sederhana, belum tertata sesuai kebutuhan ideal. Begitu pula perlengkapan pakaian khusus untuk karyawan produksi dan pengemasan belum standar. Sistem pemasaran masih sederhana, jangkauan pasar masih terbatas. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian oleh tim dosen UMI Makassar yang dibiayai oleh DRPM RISTEK-BRIN pada skema PKM (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat) bertujuan membantu mengembangkan Mitra kelompok usaha pabrik tahu kuring Makassar untuk dapat lebih mandiri secara ekonomi, meningkatkan skill ketrampilan berfikir dan berinovasi. Aktifitas pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah membantu dalam penanganan dua permalahan prioritas utama yaitu: (1) Permasalahan produksi, yaitu yang berhubungan metode berpoduksi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip higienitas produk, termasuk penataan ruang produksi; (2) Permasalahan manajemen pemasaran. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak pada adanya peningkatan keberdayaan mitra, dalam hal ini adanya peningkatan penataan system produksi, peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran, dan pada akhirnya peningkatan omzet dari hasil penjualan produk tahu kuring dari tiga juta rupiah perhari menjadi empat koma lima juta rupiah perhari (meningkat menjadi 50%).     Kata kunci: Tahu kuring, produksi, manajemen pemasaran, kenaikan omzet.

Abstract

Dalam Mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VI Makassar dan Menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana program pembelajaran para pegawai dengan menggunakan konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia yang akurat terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VI Makassar. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VI Makassar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : secara parsial pendidikan, budaya kerja, tanggung jawab berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VI Makassar. secara simultan pendidikan, budaya kerja, motivasi kerja dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VI Makassar. pendidikan berpengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VI Makassar. Jika Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VI Makassar mampu mengarahkan pegawai di dalam meningkatkan pendidikan, budaya kerja, motivasi kerja dan tanggung jawab, maka akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja mereka. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh penelitian terdahulu yang menyimpulkan bahwa dengan pendidikan, budaya kerja, motivasi kerja dan tanggung jawab berperan di dalam menunjang peningkatan prestasi kerja para pegawai. Abstract

In determining the distribution as an entrepreneur, he must select the distribution channel in his business, and one of them is using the Shopee digital application, creating a page on Facebook, and many other digital accesses that can be used; the aim is to reach more potential customers to see the products being sold, making it easier for prospective customers to see. Customers can contact us online and make transactions easier for customers and entrepreneurs. This research aims to determine the role of distribution channel marketing in increasing customer satisfaction. To find out how service innovation quality increases customer satisfaction. Mapping article use 20 of manuscript form scopus databased index. The proposition in this mapping are H1: Distribution channel marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing consumer satisfaction. H2: Service innovation quality has a positive and significant effect on increasing customer satisfaction.H3: The distributor channel marketing variable has the most significant influence on increasing consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar; 2) Untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar; 4) Untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai ; dan 5) Diantara variabel kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja, variabel manakah yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 157 orang pegawai dari lima bidang. Dengan menggunakan probability sampling, peneliti menggunakan sampel acak sederhana atau simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel yakni 24 orang atau 15% dari populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar; 2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan 5) Variabel disipilin kerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai jika dibandingkan dengan variabel motivasi dan kompetensi pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar. This study aims: 1) To analyze how much the influence of competence, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of Education Department employees of Makassar City; 2) To analyze how much the influence of competence on the employee performance; 3) To analyze how much the influence of motivation on the employee performance; 4) To analyze how much the influence of work discipline on the employee performance; and 5) Among the variables of competence, motivation, and work discipline, which variable is more dominant in influencing the performance of Education Department employees of Makassar City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of Education Department of Makassar, with the total number 157 employees from five fields. By using probability sampling, the researcher used simple random sampling to obtain a sample of 24 people or 15% of the population. The findings show that: 1) Competence, motivation, and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Education Department employees of Makassar City; 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance; 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance; 4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance; and 5) Work discipline is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance when compared to the motivation and competence variables of Makassar City Education Department.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital melalui websites terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (2) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital melalui social media terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (3) menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital melalui email marketing terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 Customer CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar yang melakukan pembelian unit secara online atau melalui digital marketing. Data diuji dengan menggunakan analsis regresi linear berganda melalui alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pemasaran digital melalui websites berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (2) pemasaran digital melalui social media berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (3) pemasaran digital melalui email marketing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. This study aims to: (1) test and analyze the effect of digital marketing through websites on increasing sales at Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (2) test and analyze the effect of digital marketing through social media on increasing sales at Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (3) test and analyze the effect of digital marketing through email marketing on increasing sales at Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. The sample used in this study is 40 CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar customers who purchase units online or through digital marketing. Data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS analysis tools. The results showed that: (1) digital marketing through websites had a positive and not significant effect on increasing sales at Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar. (2) digital marketing through social media has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales at Ciputra Tallasa JO Makassar.
