Abstract

Background of this research is that children rarely play traditional games and children more often play modern games, one of which is playing gadgets. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Desa Honggosoco RT 03 RW 01, while the reseach subjects are 5 children aged 10-12 years and 5 parents. This study aims to analyze the interest of children aged 10-12 years in traditional gemes in Desa Honggosoco, and analyze factors influencing the interest of children aged 10-12 years toward traditional games in Desa Honggosoco. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation, and recording. The results showed that some of the children had interest criteria that were less interested in traditional games, but there were still children who had interested criteria and were very interested. Factors that affect the interest of children who have the criteria of less interest are lack of attention, lack of curiosity, family, and the environment. Factors that affect the interests of those who have interest criteria are good concentration of attention and family, while for children who have high interest criteria, children are very interested, namely good concentration of attention, needs, family, and environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the principal's academic supervision and school culture have on the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Demak Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods, the research sample includes 114 elementary school teachers at 41 public elementary schools in Wonosalam District, Demak Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a type of simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses correlation data analysis techniques, multiple linear regression. The results showed that the principal's academic supervision and school culture influenced the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers as much as 42.7%. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the principal's academic supervision and school culture on the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of learning mathematics during the online learning process and the obstacles in using the whatsapp group application in fourth grade elementary school students.This research is a qualitative research with the type of narrative research which was carried out in SD 2 Mlati Lor, Kota District, Kudus Regency. The subjects in this study were 6 students, 3 boys and 3 girls. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research obtained are that online learning using the Whatsapp Group application at SD 2 Mlati Lor runs well according to the applicable educational standards.The results showed that all educational units were on average in online learning using the Whatsapp Group Application. The results of learning mathematics at SD 2 Mlati Lor during online learning are good, as indicated by the complete score of all students. There are obstacles in the use of Whatsapp Group as a learning medium at SD 2 Mlati Lor, namely signal interference, lack of motivation, inadequate facilities, difficulty in understanding the material, full mobile memory and too many tasks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Kepala Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup dalam mewujudkan Sekolah Dasar adiwiyata di kabupaten kudus. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. penelitian ini menggambarkan sebuah objek atau subjek sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan yang bertujuan untuk membuat kesimpulan yang sesuai fakta. Peneliti mendeskripsikan dan memprediksi sesuatu hal yang di dapat sesuai fakta di lapangan. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, jenis sumber data yang berupa manusia dalam penelitian pada umumnya sebagai responden. Posisi sumber data yang berupa manusia (narasumber) sangat penting perannya sebagai individu yang memiliki informasinya. Pada penelitian ini, teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif, dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung, dan setelah selesai pengumpulan data dalam periode tertentu. Pada saat wawancara, peneliti sudah melakukan analisis terhadap jawaban yang diwawancarai. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan media pembelajaran smart booklet yang diterapkan di di kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar pasca new normal pandemi COVID-19 sebagai sarana meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa; (2) Mengembangkan  media pembelajaran smart booklet yang diterapkan di kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar pasca new normal pandemi COVID-19 sebagai sarana meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa; (3) Menguji efektifitas penggunaan media pembelajaran smart booklet yang diterapkan di kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar pasca new normal pandemi COVID-19 sebagai sarana meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa; (4) Mengetahui validitas media pembelajaran smart booklet yang diterapkan di kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar Pasca new normal pandemi COVID-19 sebagai sarana meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian RnD yang bertujuan untuk mengembangan media pembelajaran Smart booklet untuk Sekolah Dasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro dan guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pada uji t paired sampel t test B diperoleh sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Karena 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum menggunakan smart booklet dan sesudah menggunakan smart booklet. Maka penggunaan media pembelajaran smart booklet efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of learning resources that can support learning during the learning process, both face-to-face and independently, which causes a decline in student learning outcomes. This study aims to design and analyzing the effectiveness of blended learning-based science learning modules on sound material to improve learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students. This study is a research and development (R D) by Borg and Gall, with an operational test design using a pretest-posttest control group design. There are 33 students in an experimental class and 31 students in a control class in grade IV. The results showed the module is valid and effective with good criteria, for the experimental class with pretest results of 53.5 and posttest of 71.5 with n-gain of 0.47 medium criteria. Meanwhile, in the control class, pretest results were obtained of 53.1 and posttest of 61.8 with n gains of 0.19 low criteria. Compared to the control group, the experimental group saw a greater improvement in learning outcomes in the test of the materials' efficacy. The blended learning module created for this research can be used as a resource for both students and educators to help them reach their educational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: 1) pengelolaan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan menuju adiwiyata, 2) pengembangan model pengelolaan sekolah berwawasan menuju sekolah adiwiyata, 3) pengembangan model pengelolaan sekolah berwawasan menuju sekolah adiwiyata di Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research Development Borg and Gall yang meliputi pengumpulan informasi, pengembangan produk awal, evaluasi ahli, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba produk, produk akhir. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata di Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Demak mencakup 4 komponen adiwiyata, namun pengelolaannya belum memiliki desain bagan pengelolaan yang jelas dan belum menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen sekolah yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisaisian, pelaksanaan dan pemantauan. Pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk bagan pengelolaan sekolah dengan mengintegrasikan tahapan-tahapan kegiatan yang mengacu pada fungsi manajemen, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan serta pemantauan evaluasi yang dikombinasikan dengan 4 komponen adiwiyata: pelaksanaan kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan, kegiatan berbasis partisipatif, pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan dan pengelolaan sarana pendukung ramah lingkungan. Desain model pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata terbukti sangat layak untuk digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi teori dan konsep pengelolaan sekolah, validasi ahli desain model dan validasi praktisi lapangan pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata berturut-turut 80,00%, 87,50%, dan 83,33%, dengan proporsi sebesar 83,61%. Kelayakan produk juga dilihat berdasarkan hasil ujicoba lapangan yang menunjukkan respons guru sebesar 91,67%. Peneliti menyarankan agar model pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata dapat diujicobakan di seluruh sekolah di tingkat kecamatan dan kabupaten. Diharapkan desain model pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata dapat dikembangkan oleh sekolah secara mandiri sesuai karakteristik sekolah. Peneliti menyarankan agar model pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata dapat diujicobakan di seluruh sekolah di tingkat kecamatan dan kabupaten. Diharapkan desain model pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata dapat dikembangkan oleh sekolah secara mandiri sesuai karakteristik sekolah. Peneliti menyarankan agar model pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata dapat diujicobakan di seluruh sekolah di tingkat kecamatan dan kabupaten. Diharapkan desain model pengelolaan sekolah adiwiyata dapat dikembangkan oleh sekolah secara mandiri sesuai karakteristik sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of School-Based Management and democratic principal's leadership on the performance of classroom teachers in the Public Elementary Schools of Gugus Kartini, Sub-District of Kota Kudus. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a causal research design to determine the relationship between independent variables (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The independent variable is School-Based Management and the democratic leadership of the principal, and the dependent variable is the performance of classroom teachers. The research was conducted in 3 SD Negeri Gugus Kartini, Kudus City District. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive percentage analysis, prerequisite analysis, and statistics with regression, correlation, determination of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results found that there is a significant effect of School-Based Management on the performance of classroom teachers, with R = 0.381 and the effect at 14.5%. There is a significant effect of democratic principal's leadership on the performance of classroom teachers, with R = 0.260 and the effect at 6.8%. There is a significant effect of School-Based Management and democratic principal's leadership on the performance of classroom teachers, with R =  0.483 and the effect at 23.4%.
