Abstract

Local governments should make policies related to market implementation that are closely related to economic aspects by focused on the orientation and behavior of consumer shopping in the industrial era 4.0. The style of shopping in the future in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 should be able to combine the style of online shop and physical shop. Both are complementary rather than replacing with regard to the concept of consumer satisfaction. This research aims to find out how much influence income redistribution, servicescape, festivalscape and experienscape have on efforts to prevent market failure. Research method with Kuantitative approach. The research sample of 200 traders in the Islamic market center Saporete Brebes obtained using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The results showed that there was a weak and insignificant influence on efforts to avoid the failure of the Saporete Islamic Sunday Market Center Brebes Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests on servicescapes, experienscapes, festivalscapes and income redistribution together.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal. Variabel penelitian ini adalah promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal dan sampel dengan jumlah 70 responden. Metode dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian adalah memakai kuesioner dengan memberikan kepada pelanggan Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal. Untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t serta uji korelasi determinasi namun sebelumnya harus mengujikan validitas dan reliabilitas terlebih dahulu datanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung untuk variabel X1 (3,541) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,995). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal, dibuktikan dengan thitung untuk variabel X2 (2.652) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,995). Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal. hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05 dan F hitung ( 12,443) lebih besar dari F tabel (3,132). Kata Kunci: Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel. The variables of this research are promotion, service quality ad purchasing decisions. The population of this research is all customers of Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel and a sample of 70 respondents. The method in collecting research data is to use a questionnaire by giving it to Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel's customers. To analyze the data in this study, using the classical assumption test, F test, t test and correlation test of determination, but first the validity and reliability of the data must be tested. The results of this study indicate that promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel, as evidenced by the t value for the X1 variable (3.541) which is greater than t table (1.995). Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel, as evidenced by the tcount for the variable X2 (2.652) which is greater than t table (1.995). Promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel. this is evidenced by a significant value less than 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 and F count (12.443) is greater than F table (3.132). Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur berapa tingkat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Banjarharjo. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana data akan diukur menggunakan skala likert. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunkan data primer yang berupa kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 86 pegawai Puskesmas. Dari hasil pengumpulan kuisioner, data akan diolah menggunakan bantuan aplikasi statistik yaitu SPSS versi 22, dengan analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari data tersebut menunjukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dibuktikan hasil uji F sebesar 9,422 dengan probabilitas 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan dalam uji T bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar 4,210 > t tabel 1,988 dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar 4.633 > t tabel 1,988. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai Abstract The purpose of this study is to measure the level of influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Banjarharjo mas health center. The method carried out in this study uses quantitative methods, where the data will be measured using a likert scale. The data collection in this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 86 employees of the Center for Public Health. From the results of the questionnaire collection, the data will be processed using the help of a statistical application, namely SPSS version 22, with descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. The results of the study obtained from the data showed that the variables of the work environment and work motivation simultaneously affected employee performance by proving the results of the F test of 9.422 with a probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, in the T test, the work environment variable affects employee performance with a calculated t value result of 4,210 > t table 1,988 and the work motivation variable affects employee performance with a calculated t value result of 4,633 > t table 1,988. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu agar peneliti mengenali bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan dan pengawasan terhadap kualitas kerja petugas lapangan di BPS Kabupaten Brebes. Lokasi penelitian adalah di BPS Kabupaten Brebes. Peneliti memakai metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk survei dan instrumen angket dalam bentuk pertanyaan atau kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan petugas lapangan di Kecamatan Brebes dan Kecamatan Bulakamba dengan jumlah 90 karyawan. Secara parsial variabel pelatihan terhadap kualitas kerja nilai signifikasi 0,020 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 2,386 > ttabel 1,662. Maka Ha dapat diterima dan HO ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan variabel pelatihan (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja petugas lapangan BPS Kabupaten Brebes. Variabel pengawasan dan kualitas kerja nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dengan thitung 5,588 > ttabel 1,662. Maka Ha dapat diterima dan HO ditolak. Artinya variabel pengawasan (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja petugas lapangan di BPS Kabupaten Brebes. Artinya semakin tinggi pengawasan maka dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Hasil pada penelitian ialah variabel pelatihan dan penawasan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja petugas lapangan di BPS Kabupaten Brebes.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pengawasan, Kualitas Kerja AbstractThe purpose behind this research is for researchers to recognize how the effect of training and supervision on the quality of work of field officers at BPS Brebes Regency. The research location is at BPS Brebes Regency. Researchers used a quantitative approach in the form of surveys and questionnaire instruments in the form of questions or questionnaires. The population in this study were field officers in the District of Brebes and District of Bulakamba with a total of 90 employees. Partially, the training variable on the quality of work has a significance value of 0.020 <0.05 and a tcount value of 2,386 > ttable 1,662. Then Ha can be accepted and HO is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the training variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work of BPS field officers in Brebes Regency. Variable supervision and quality of work sig. 0.000 <0.05 with tcount 5.588 > ttable 1.662. Then Ha can be accepted and HO is rejected. This means that the supervision variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work of field officers at BPS Brebes Regency. This means that the higher the supervision, the better the quality of work. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga tiket, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara melakukan observasi dan membagikan kuesioner secara langsung maupun online kepada pengunjung Desa Wisata Hutan Mangrove Pandansari Brebes. Data tersebut selanjutnya akan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi analisis data statistic atau diolah dengan SPSS 22.Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel harga tiket, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan hal ini dilihat dari hasil uji F yaitu sebesar 15.548.dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05. Dalam uji t pada variabel harga tiket berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar thitung 2.690 > ttabel 1.660. Variabel Fasilitas juga berpengaruh secara sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar thitung 3.546 > ttabel 1.660. Dan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar thitung 3.363 > ttabel 1.660.Kata Kunci : Harga Tiket, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pengunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of ticket prices, facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. The method used in data collection is by observing and distributing questionnaires directly or online to visitors to the Pandansari Mangrove Forest Tourism Village, Brebes. The data will then be processed using statistical data analysis applications or processed with SPSS 22.The results of this study state that the ticket price, facilities and service quality variables have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable, this can be seen from the results of the F test, which is 15,548 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. In the t-test, the ticket price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which is equal to tcount 2,690 > ttable 1.660. Facility variable also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely tcount 3,546 > ttable 1,660. And the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at tcount 3.363 > ttable 1.660.Keywords : Ticket Prices, Facilities, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resources have a very important position in running the wheels of the organization, the success of an organization will not be separated from how competent its human resources are. Efforts to improve employee performance include paying attention to several factors, namely the work environment, work motivation and work discipline. In this study, researchers had the opportunity to carry out research on CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 40 employees of CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. Determination of the sample in this study, using a simple random sampling method (random sampling). Data collection tools in this study were primary data, secondary data, questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis, with the help of SPSS 17. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have an effect simultaneously on employee performance such as which is shown by the significance level of F <α (0.000 <0.05) and Adjusted R-Square of 0.467. This means that the contribution of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline is 46.7% while the remaining 53.3%. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.083, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.001, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.968.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence factors, organizational support factors, management support factors on employee performance (case study at grand dian hotel). This study used a saturated sampling technique, a sample of 128 respondents of Grand Dian Hotel employees was used. This research method is obtained from a questionnaire (primary). The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the hypothesis test of the stimulant statistical test (F test) and the t statistical test (t test). The results showed that the variable of individual competency factors did not have a significant effect on the performance of Grand Dian Hotel employees. The variable organizational support factor has a significant effect on the performance of Grand Dian Hotel employees. The variable management support factor has a significant effect on the performance of Grand Dian Hotel employees. Variables of individual competence factors, organizational support factors, management support factors simultaneously together on the performance of Grand Dian Hotel employees.

Abstract

Astra Motor Brebes 1 is a motorbike dealer that sells Honda motorbike products and provides Honda motorbike service in Ketangungan. This research has the main objective to determine the influence of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at Astra Motor Brebes 1. The method used is quantitative research. The population of this study is the same as the sample size, namely 60 respondents who are employees of Astra Motor Brebes 1. The data collection technique for this research is by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. Then the data collected was processed using SPSS 26. The results of the study showed that partially motivation had a positive effect on employee performance, namely the calculated t value was 5.930 > t table 2.005 and the sig value. (0.000 < 0.05). Partial compensation has no influence on employee performance, namely t count 1.976 < t table 2.005 and the sig value. (0.053 > 0.05). It is known that Motivation and Compensation simultaneously influence employee performance by 0.525 or 52.5%.
