Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mendeskripsikan tentang penanaman nilai karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif akan dianalisis atau disimpulkan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pencatatan dari guru dan kepala sekolah dalam penanaman nilai karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mengklasifikasikan, menggabungkan, menafsirkan, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam penanaman nilai karakter siswa adalah sebagai: 1) Pengajar, 2) Pembimbing, dan 3) Mengarahkan, dan 4) Mengembangkan wawasan pemahaman siswa tentang karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab, 5) Berpartisipasi mengerakkan siswanya untuk mematuhi peraturan sekolah, 6) Memberikan contoh kepada siswanya untuk disiplin baik di sekolah maupun lingkungan masyarakat. Kedua, 1) karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab siswa sudah ada pada diri siswa dari awal siswa mendaftar di sekolah, 2) Mengadakan sosialisasi, 3) Diarahkan, 4) Direalisasikan. Ketiga, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam penanaman nilai karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab ialah: 1) Lingkungan siswa, 2) Teman sekolah, 3) Masih ada guru terlambat datang ke sekolah, dan 4) Guru tidak masuk kelas hanya memberi tugas kepada siswa.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the dominant factors that is important in formal education. To improve the quality of education, one of the requirements is to improve the quality of educators, namely teachers. Teachers are part of a system that largely determines education. There are many things that improve a teacher's performance. One of them is teaching experience. With this teacher can have various kinds of skills, expertise and abilities needed in teaching and learning activities. Likewise, it will also be discussed with further education about teacher competencies. The time used by the teacher when teaching is still lacking in discipline, it can be seen that the compilation of class hours has begun, the teacher is still late in class. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of teacher teaching experience with professional competence in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire, and documentation. The questionnaire was used by researchers to see how the teaching experience and competence of professional teachers is. The data analysis technique in this study used a t-questionnaire to seek knowledge about teaching experiences with PAI professional teacher competencies in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang or not. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between teaching experience with professional competence using the formula "product moment conversations" in Microsoft Excel, namely t-table 10.4157≥0.8597. Then the alternatives received in other words contained between the significance of teaching experience with PAI's professional competence at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang.

Abstract

Parenting patterns of polygamy parents in educating children's morals (case study in V Jemenang Village, Rambang Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency). The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the parenting style of polygamy parents in educating children's morals (case study in Jemenang V village, Rambang Dangku district, Muara Enim Regency)? as well as what are the obstacles faced by polygamy parents in educating children's morals (case study in V Jemenang Village, Rambang Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency). The purpose of this study was to determine how parenting practices of polygamy parents in educating child morals in V Jemenang Village, Rambang Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency and to find out what are the obstacles faced by polygamy parents in educating child morals in V Jemenang Village, Rambang Dangku District, Muara District Enim. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis in this study uses data analysis from Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification of data (conclusion drawing or verification). Based on the results of the study show that First, many ways or patterns of parenting that are used by parents who practice polygamy in educating children is the authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting, Second, the obstacles faced by parents who polygamy in educating child morals are , lack of economy so that the time between parent (father) and child is reduced, so that the lack of communication between child and parent, the sharing of affection so that the lack of affection felt by the child, parental attention is lacking so that the child falls into wrong promiscuity, and the rigors of the ego children have that makes it difficult for parents to educate children.

Abstract

Higher education is a place for students to learn to prepare for the future, within the college there is an organization which is one of the places for students to develop their potential. The title of this research is the Effect of Student Activity in Organizing Against the Learning Discipline of PAI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Students. This study aims to find out: how active students are in organizing, how student learning discipline is and is there an influence of student activity in organizing student discipline in Islamic Education study programs. This research is descriptive in nature which means the researcher wants to describe or give an objective picture by giving questions to respondents so that they get the answers they need. This study uses a quantitative approach. The poulasi in this study were 2018 Islamic Religious Education students who were active in organizing. The analysis in this study using statistical figures and scores processed by the process of moving data into the form of distribution tables, then calculating the correlation index between the two variables with the product moment correlation technique. The results of this study indicate that the activeness of students in organizing into the medium frequency category with a percentage of 67.3%, while the discipline of learning into the medium frequency category with a percentage of 67.3%. Then the results of this research that the effect of student activeness in organizing learning discipline has a significant effect with a correlation coefficient of 0.623 and has a comparison value greater than the coefficient of the table (r table) that is equal to 0, 265 at a significant level of 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to 1). Knowing how to apply the Ganze Method (global method) in class II SD Negeri 8 Banyuasin II Muara Sungsang Village 2). Knowing how the reading quality of students before the Ganze Method (global method) was applied in class II SD Negeri 8 Banyuasin II Muara Sungsang Village 3). Knowing how significant the application of the Ganze Method (global method) is in improving the reading quality of students in grade II SD Negeri 8 Banyuasin II Muara Sungsang Village.The type of research used in this research is experimental research using a Posttest-Only Control Design. This study uses a quantitative approach. Furthermore, the data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. And the data analysis technique used the t-test.The results of this study are 1). The experimental class showed that after the Ganze Method (global method) was applied in improving the reading quality of students, the results showed that there were 3 students or (19%) in the high category, 11 students (69%) in the medium category, and 2 students or (12 %) with low category. 2). From the results of the reading scores of students in the control class who did not apply the Ganze Method (global method) in improving the reading quality students, the results showed that there were 2 students or as many as (12.5%) classified as high, 12 students or (75%) classified as moderate, and 2 students or as many as (12.5%) is low. 3). There is a significant difference between the reading quality of the experimental class students who apply the Ganze Method (Global Method) and the control class that does not apply the Ganze Method (Global Method) with the results of the t-test hypothesis: (t0 = 13.61) and the size of "t" listed in the table the value of "t" (tt.ts.5% = 2.14 and tt.ts.1% = 2.97). Because t0 is greater than tt, namely 2.14 <13.61> 2.97, the proposed null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between the Ganze Method (Global Method) in improving the reading quality of grade II students at SD Negeri 8 Banyuasin II, Muara Sungsang Village.

Abstract

This study discusses the Implementation of Islamic Religious Education Through Outbound Activities in the Bukit Siguntang Indonesian Nature School in Palembang. This research is motivated by PAI learning activities that still look monotonous and lack innovation. Outbound types of games that must be adjusted to the subject matter as well as outbound games that can eliminate the seriousness of learning. The purpose of this study is to be able to know the Implementation of Islamic Education through Outbound activities at the Indonesian Nature School in Bukit Siguntang Palembang and the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors. The type of research used is Field research or Field Research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method used is the Miles and Huberman analysis method using the Stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that: the implementation of Islamic Religious Education through outbound activities at the Indonesian Natural School in Bukit Siguntang Palembang was through three stages, namely the planning phase, the implementation phase, and the reflection stage. The planning stage starts with lesson plans and weekly plans. The implementation stage begins with the division of groups, the explanation of game procedures, and the process of carrying out activities. At the reflection stage, students learn from outbound activities. Supporting factors are (1) the school environment (2) enthusiastic students (3) complete equipment. While the inhibiting factors are: (1) weather conditions (2) time (3) the state of students
