Abstract

This research is underpinned by some related problems of the scientific approach application of formulated based on the 2013 curriculum, especially the scientific approach of problem based learning in the Islamic Education of VII grade students at SMPN 1 Ngaglik Yogyakarta. The problem to study in the research is the planning, application, and evaluation of scientific model approach of problem based learning in the Islamic Education learning process. This research was conducted qualitatively through descriptive approach. The research is targeted towards the Islamic Education teachers of SMPN 1 Ngaglik as the research subjects. The research object is the implementation of scientific model approach of problem based learning of the Islamic Education learning process. The data were analyzed through interactive model of Miles and Huberman comprised of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. The research reveals that (1) The learning implementation of Islamic Education at VII grade of SMPN 1 Ngaglik is already based on the syllabus of and Lesson Plan determined by Permendikbud of Indonesian Republic Number 22 Year 2016, (2) The Learning implementation of Islamic Education at VII grade of SMPN Ngaglik has met the standardized scientific model approach of problem based learning in that teachers have implemented the learning stages as written in the scientific model of problem based learning comprehensively. However, it turns out that (3), the evaluation used has not met the criteria of authentic assessment of 2013 curriculum since the Islamic Education teachers of VII grade students of SMPN Ngaglik did not conduct journal assessment.

Abstract

Religious character is the value of human attitudes that are closely related to God, personal, fellow human beings, their environment, and freedom formed based on behavior, emotions, and actions based on religion, rules, and community habits. General proficiency requirements (SKU) are a scout training method used either through exams or tests so that participants can get skills according to their needs and get signs of general proficiency. Based on the facts in the field, it shows that there has been a decrease in the religious character of the scout members of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang both, such as when carrying out scouting activities there are still quite a lot of members who leave their religious obligations such as prayer, this incident has shown that the religious character of the members has decreased while the religious character is the initial foundation in preventing evil acts and a good religious character are the beginning of building a good character.This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using data collection techniques such as documentation, interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis, testing the correlation coefficient, and calculating the coefficient of determination.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of syarat kecakapan umum requirements (SKU) scout on the religious character of scout members of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang based on the results of a simple regression analysis obtained thit> TTAB or 11,991> 2,024, it can be concluded that the accepted hypothesis is Ha and Ho. rejected. The effect of variable X on variable Y is 77.4%, which means it has a high influence and the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Prejudice and claims of universities as centers and seeds of radicalism emerged after the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) released its research results. Although it needs to be tested methodologically, the research presented by BNPT creates a "politics of fear" after explicitly mentioning that seven well-known state universities are exposed to radical ideology.This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach to data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses domain analysis techniques with data reduction steps, data display, and verification. The data validity test was conducted through credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test.After conducting research on radical understanding, it shows that there are seeds of potential for radicalism that occur among students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, even though they do not join organizations with radical views. Based on the data obtained regarding indicators of religious moderation, it was found that some students had very low understanding of national commitment, openness/tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodated local culture. UIN Raden Fatah Palembang's Policy in Composing Curriculum, 1) Strengthening character education through Citizenship Education and Pancasila Education, Islamic Religious Education, Character Education, Multicultural Education, 2) Religious student organizations (Ormawa) are ready to become agents of moderation through the National Wirakarya Camp, 3) PBAK, Iftitah Lectures, Public Lectures, and Seminars in Strengthening Religious Moderation in Higher Education, 4) Established a Religious Moderation House at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

This research discusses "Internalization of Islamic Educational Values in the Implementation of SUSCATIN (Bride-to-Be Course) at KUA Institute of Tulung Selapan District Ogan Komering Ilir District." This research aims to find out the internalization of Islamic educational values in the implementation of SUSCATIN (Prospective Student Course) for prospective brides before entering into domestic life. This type of research belongs to qualitative research models. For this research will analyze the Application of Islamic Education Values in the Implementation of SUSCATIN (Bride-to-Be Course) at the Kua Institute of Tulung Selapan Subdistrict. The data obtained can be used as a foundation and first tool as the main basis for the implementation of research in the field. Because this study discusses secondary data. Researchers are also looking to understand information more deeply by using the theoretical foundation as a guideline. The result of this research is the values of Islamic education given during the implementation of SUSCATIN (Bride-to-be Course) are the value of creed, sharia values, and ethical-moral values. The value of faith (belief) is directly related to Allah SWT (Hablun min Allah), such as helping the bride-to-be prepare herself ahead of the wedding by covering psychological and spiritual religion. Then the value of Sharia (experience) is the implementation of the creed of horizontal relationship with humans (hablun min nanas), such as helping the bride-to-be understand the function and role of the wife in the husband and husband the wife. And the last is the value of ethical morals (horizontal verticalhorizontal-vertical) which is the application of faith and muamalah, such as helping brides-to-be to be more mature in jumping to conclusions to marry and helping couples to understand more about the true picture of marriage.

Abstract

Abstrack. Based on observations that have been carried out during the regular attendance of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang for 40 days in Kutaraya Village, Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir District, many community activities are based on religion. One of these religious activities is the recitation activity which was followed by a group of women in the Kutaraya village. The implementation of this activity takes place at Al-Hikmah Mosque every Monday and Tuesday. Until now there are 22 housewives who become members of the study. The core of this activity is the implementation of Qur'an learning activities, where each individual is taught the science of reading the Qur'an. This is what later made us feel interested to study further. This research is motivated by the high enthusiasm of mothers to keep learning to read the Qur'an, so that the method of tahsin was chosen as an effort to help the process of Qur’an learning in this study group. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques, namely, direct communication and document study. The results of this study indicate that the tahsin method has proven to be effective in increasing the ability to study. Indicators that the program is effective can be seen in several ways namely; 1) Organizing good material; 2) Effective communication; 3) Mastery and enthusiasm for the subject matter.

Abstract

The zuhud values ​​in the book Irsyadul 'Ibad that will be discussed by this researcher are moral values. These zuhud values ​​will lead us to the true zuhud, because they teach us how to be obedient and have faith in Allah SWT by carrying out all orders and leaving all His prohibitions and behaving or having good character. Thus we will understand the nature of the world and the hereafter. Then there will be motivation / encouragement from within us to prioritize the hereafter rather than the world just to get the pleasure of Allah SWT. May Allah SWT instill in our hearts the zuhud nature and make us as people who prioritize the hereafter over the world. The type of research used is library research. The research technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, namely identifying, describing, analyzing, and compiling descriptive explanations of the content of zuhud values ​​in the book of Irsyadul 'Ibad. The results of the study are zuhud values ​​in the book of Irsyadul 'Ibad, namely sincerity, care, patience, tawadhu, courage and hard work. Morals have a very important role in human life to form characters and souls that believe and fear Allah SWT, study and practice religious teachings in the life of the nation and state. Therefore, moral values ​​must be instilled in humans from an early age.

Abstract

Prejudice and claims of university as center of radicalism seeds appeared, after The National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) released that it was successful to create "scared politics" because it was found that there were seven universities which have radical understanding. The purpose of this study was to know Radicalism seeds among of university student and efforts to de-radicalize religious understanding through religious moderation for UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students. This research used qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed methods) through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation technique. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model for qualitative data and descriptive statistical analysis for quantitative data. The results showed that there were potential seeds for radicalism that occur among 1590 new students (MABA) batch 2021 at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang who had a very low understanding of national commitment, open-minded/ tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodated local culture. The efforts to inculcate religious moderation to de-radicalize religious understanding were: 1) State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang’s Policy in Curriculum Preparation, 2) Religious Student Organizations (Ormawa ) lead to become moderation agents through National Wirakarya Camps, 3) PBAK, Iftitah Lectures, Public Lectures, and Seminar on Strengthening Religious Moderation in Higher Education, 4) Establishing a house of religious Moderation at State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

Umat Islam di Indonesia tidaklah utuh, terdapat tradisi, pemahaman dan amalan religiusnya banyak ragamnya, yang merupakan manifestasi dari keimanan Islam yang dianutnya. Pemahaman agama akan mendorong bangkitnya organisasi keagamaan, serta menjadi kelompok agama tertentu yang membedakan dirinya dari kelompok pemahaman lainnya. Organisasi kemsyarakatan atau Ormas dapat muncul dengan pemahaman tentang agama, kegiatan keagamaan, kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial, atau ambisi tertentu politik. Latar belakang umat muslim di Indonesia dapat direpresentasikan oleh umat muslim dibeberapa tempat yang memiliki ciri hubungan sosial antar Non-Muslim, seperti ras, ideologi agama, dan budaya. Tradisi adat dan budaya lokal tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan bermasyarakat. Salah satu nya di Desa Sungai Duren masih terdapat berbagai acara adat yang masih dilaksanakan sampai sekarang. Acara Viaraa, Melemang dan Sedekah Dusun merupakan beberapa contoh tradisi yang masih dilestarikan. Masyarakat Desa Sungai Duren masih menjalankan tradisi tersebut dan pantangan- pantangan nya. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode wawancara dan studi dokumen. Peneliti mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan tradisi lokal kepada masyarakat dan para pemuka agama di Desa Sungai Duren. Selain itu, digunakan juga studi lapangan dengan cara mengamati proses pelaksanaan tradisi tersebut. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tradisi atau budaya lokal yang dilaksanakan tersebut masih menggunakan Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan acara tersebut. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kolerasi antara agama dan budaya lokal di Desa Sungai Duren. Agama dan tradisi memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain. Tradisi tersebut bertujuan untuk membawa kebaikan bagi desa dengan izin Allah. Menurut masyarakat setempat, tradisi tersebut hanyalah serangkaian acara yang bertujuan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah
