Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model course review horay  terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran  matematika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Daarul Aitam Palembang dengan kelas VII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Desain yang digunakan dalam  penelitian  adalah true experimental dengan katagori posttest-only control design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan  teknik observasi dan  angket. Materi yang digunakan adalah materi bilangan. Hasil analisis statistik nonparametrik uji wilcoxon, diperoleh sig.hitung (0,024) < sig. (0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh  model course review horay terhadap motivasi belajar matematika Siswa SMP Daarul Aitam Palembang.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana peran budaya sekolah dalam pembentukan sikap disiplin siswa kelas X MAN 3 Kota Palembang. Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa penting untuk mengembangkan sikap disiplin seorang siswa di tengah perubahan zaman. Metode yang diapakai dalam artikel ini adalah studi kasus dengan teknik wawancara dan studi dikumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah bahwa dengan budaya sekolah yang baik dalam hal ini MAN 3 Kota Palembang menerapakan sistem boarding school maka dapat memberikan peran yang sangat berpengaruh dalam pembentukan sikap disiplin siswa.

Abstract

The use of some different methods, techniques, media, could cover students’ characteristics and students’ final result. One of those techniques is mind mapping. Mind mapping is brain approach technique that allows us to make some notes in a page. By using visual and graphic stimulation, mind mapping provides deeper images. The result of the study showed that: 1) there were 15 (56%) of 27 students from an experimental group/class V.1 were at fair category. 2) there were 16 (59%) of 27 students from control group/class V.3 were at fair category. 3) the comparing test after comparing t value was (to = 4, 8) and t table is (tt.ts.5% = 2, 01 dan tt.ts. 1% = 2, 68). It can be concluded that to is higher than tt; or 2, 01<4, 8<2, 68.  It means that there were a significant difference before implementing mind mapping technique and after implementing it (Ha accepted).

Abstract

Management of educational quality improvement is the integration of all function and processes within an educational organization in order to achieve continuous improvement of the quality of school outputs and services. The main objective is the satisfactions of the clients or customers. In the educational or school organization, there are three basic definitions of quality assurance, contract conformance, and customer driven. The application of TQM in the context of educational organizations is based on a framework that educational managers are able to make the process of improvement.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the religious development student trought the development of religious culture at SMA Negeri 16 Palembang. The result of the study showed that the implementation of coaching student’s religious through the development of religious culture at SMA 16 Palembang has been going well and programmed, both conducted by the school as an educational institution that is intact with the wisdom which relate to the development of the religious culture in school and community activities undertaken by Rohis (The Spiritual of Islam) as a kind of special school extracurricular activities shade other religious activities. This success can be achieved due to the efforts of the principal and the support of the entire school community by showing commitment each of which takes place together and support each other.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sarana yang berpengaruh dan penting bagi manusia, melalui pendidikan manusia bisa belajar mempelajari alam semesta demi mempertahankan hidupnya. Karena pentingnya pendidikan, Islam menempatkan pendidikan pada kedudukan yang sangat penting dan tinggi.Pentingnya pendidikan bagi manusia dapat kita ketahui dari sejarahnya. Pendidikan Islam mulai berkembang sejak masa Rasulullah, masa Khulafaur Rasyidin, masa Bani Ummayah, masa Bani Abbasiyah, hingga masa sekarang ini. Para ahli sejarah menyebut bahwa sebelum muncul sekolah dan universitas, sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal, dalam dunia Islam sesungguhnya sudah berkembang lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam non formal, diantaranya adalah masjid. Islam mengalami kemajuan dalam bidang pendidikan, terutama pada masa Dinasti Abbasiyah. Pada masa Abbasiyah, pendidikan dan pengajaran berkembang pesat di seluruh negara Islam hingga lahir madrasah-madrasah yang tidak terhitung banyaknya.

Abstract

Growth and development of the scientific tradition in the archipelago go hand in hand with the entry and development of Islam in the archipelago. In this case a lot of theories that spoke of the beginning of the arrival of Islam in the archipelago region. In general, the theories associated with shipping lines and trade relations between the Arab world with East Asia. The island of Sumatra, for example, because of its geographical position, since the beginning of the first century AD has become the foundation of trade between nations and traders who came to Sumatra.Since the initial development of Islam, education top priority Nusantara Muslim community. In addition because of the great importance of education, interests Islamisation encourage Muslims in the teaching of Islam in spite of the simple system, where teaching is given with halaqah system conducted in places of worship some sort of mosques, prayer rooms, and even in the homes of scholars. The need for education to encourage people adopting Islam in the archipelago and transfer of religious and social institutions that already exist in Islamic educational institutions in the archipelago. Muslims in Java transfer Hindu-Buddhist educational institutions into boarding schools, the Muslims took over surau in Minangkabau as a relic of indigenous local communities into Islamic educational institutions, and so are the people of Aceh by transferring public institutions meunasah as Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The cultivation of moral values ​​in Islamic Education learning becomes an effort in facing various challenges in this millennial era. The purpose of strengthening moral values ​​is to guide and foster students to be better persons and be able to have good morals, which are in accordance with Islamic values. As regards moral values, the role of educators in cultivating moral values ​​is very crucial. It is to prepare students’ positive attitude to face the millennial era. There are several supporting factors in cultivating students’ moral values ​​in SMA 2 Rejang Lebong. They are the existence of support and collaboration from the school, cooperation between teachers and parents, and the fulfillment of the school’s facilities and infrastructure. On the other hand, there are some factors that obstruct the cultivation of moral values that are influenced by the students’ selves and peer relations. This research is qualitative research, qualitative research aims to examine the conditions of natural objects and emphasize understanding the in-depth meaning of a symptom. Data were collected through interviews (direct and indirect), observation, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out how to instill moral values ​​in learning Islamic religious education to face the millennial era and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for planting moral values ​​in learning Islamic religious education facing the millennial era in SMA Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong.

Abstract

Communication is one of the effort to instill character in students in the world of education. The method of delivery through the Malay Communication Perspective is one of the effective efforts in communicating to the community, especially students. One of these methods is contained in the Taj as-Salatin manuscript by Bukhari Al-Jauhari, which was studied by the research team in this journal. In the book of Taj as-Salatin discusses ethics, politics, and government which are often found in character education. Character education can be divided into four categories, namely character education in relation to Allah SWT, oneself, fellow human beings, and the environment.

Abstract

Pendidik mempunyai tujuan agar materi pelajaran yang disampaikan dapat dipahami oleh seluruh siswa yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka seorang pendidik harus mempunyai banyak metode untuk mencapai tujuan itu, metode proyek (Project Method) memiliki prosedur yang diterapkan secara berkelompok dengan menghadapkan siswa pada masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Masalah yang akan diteliti dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran  IPA sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan metode Proyek  di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Pangeran Aji Menanga, lalu apakah ada pengaruh penerapan metode proyek terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPA di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Pangeran Aji  Menanga Kec. Semendawai Barat Kab. OKU TIMUR.Skripsi ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field research) yakni menjadikan siswa dan siswi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Pangeran Aji Menanga menjadi subyek penelitian. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 223 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 orang siswa kelas IV yang terdiri dari 12 orang laki-laki dan 31 orang perempuan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis dalam skripsi ini adalah menggunakan t tes untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penerapan metode proyek (Project Method) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Persentase motivasi belajar siswa sebelum diterapkan metode Proyekada 6 orang siswa  14 % tergolong tinggi, 29 orang siswa  67 % tergolong sedang, dan 8 orang siswa  19 %  tergolong rendah. Sedangkan motivasi belajar siswa  sesudah diterapkan metode Proyekadalah 9 orang siswa 21 % tergolong tinggi, 27 orang siswa 63 % tergolong sedang, dan 7 orang siswa 16 % tergolong rendah. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan rumus t tes adalah nilai perhitungan t-tes lebih besar daripada t-tabel, baik pada taraf 5% maupun 1% dengan rincian 2,02 < 14,04 >2,69 yang berarti Ha diterima danHo ditolak. Maka kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakni terdapat pengaruh  motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan metode proyek (Project Method) pada mata pelajaran IPA di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pangeran Aji Menanga Kecamatan Semendawai Barat Kabupaten OKU TIMUR.
