Abstract

Based on the constitution no. 36 in 2009 on Health in subsection 130 and 132, that are fully immunized is the government's obligation to provide as well as infant and child rights for Indonesia to obtain it. Based on data obtained from Liang Anggang Health Center Banjarbaru in 2014, from infant immunization coverage of 306 infants cumulative targets in 2014, immunized HB0 (93.1%), BCG (83.0%), DPT 1 / HB1 (84.5%), DPT 3 / HB3 (83.2%), Polio 1 (83%), Polio 4 (83.2%) and measles (84.2%). While the target of the complete basic immunization coverage is HB0 Banjarbaru health office (80%), BCG (95%), DPT/HB1 (95%), DPT / HB3 (90%), Polio1 (95%), Polio4 (90%) and measles (90%). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between level of education and occupation with mothers accuracy in fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants in the working area Liang Anggang Health Centers in 2015. This study is analytic survey research using cross sectional approach to the design of Chi square test. Sample were taken as many as 75 people using random sampling techniques. Results show the mother's education with basic education level of 30 people (40%), maternal employment status is not working as many as 45 people (60%), mother accuracy in meeting imunsasi schedule there are 53 people (70.7%). There was a corellation between maternal education to the fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants Liang Anggang Health Center working area 2015 by using the Chi-square test p value obtained (0,026) <α (0,05), and there was no corellation between maternal occupation with accuracy to fulfilling the basic immunization schedule in infants by using the Chi-square test p value obtained (0.379)> α (0,05). Expected to parents in order to increase knowledge about the importance of the provision of basic immunization of infants and improve compliance mother in immunization.

Abstract

Hepatitis B disease is liver cells inflammation or infection that caused by the hepatitis B virus. This can be acute or chronic and categorized as the most dangerous liver disease compared to other liver diseasebecause, hepatitis Bis a disease shows less obvious symptoms, it only shows a drops of yellow color on the eyes and the skin and followedby lethargic body. Hepatitis B virus can be found in the body fluids, such as blood, saliva, feces, urine, sperm, and vaginal fluid. In epidemiology,hepatitis B virus can be transmitted in two ways, vertically and horizontally. The disease can be detectedthrough an examination of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) which is a surface antigen of the hepatitis B virus. This research is aimed to know the factors that influence the incidence of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) reactive in maternity at the Hospital TK. III Dr. R Soeharsono Banjarmasin in 2017. This research use analytic methods in labour. Based on the results of the statistical tests on several variables by using the chi square, it showed that the age obtained a value of p is 0.003, the behavior obtained the value of p is 0.001, the job obtained on the value of p is 0,016, and the environment obtained value of p is 0.001 which can be concluded that these four variables have an effect on the incidence of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Reactive. Therefore, it is expected for the mother in order to reduce the use of sharp objects, household appliances simultaneously and it is expected for them to get the vaccine or treatment for Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Reactive.

Abstract

Workload is the number of types of work that must be completed by professional health workers in 1 (one) year in one health service facility. Planning for Human Resources (HR) needs can be done by calculating using the ABK Kes method. The medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru has 6 officers, consisting of 3 counter 1 officer and 3 counter 2 officers. All medical record unit officers often have other jobs. This causes the workload of the officers to be more. This study aimed to determine the workload and needs of Human Resources (HR) in the medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru. This research used a descriptive method. The results and conclusions of this study were the workload in the medical record unit at the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method was overloaded, meaning the workload was high. The need for Human Resources (HR) in the medical record unit of the Guntung Payung Health Center Banjarbaru using the ABK Kes method was 7 people, meaning that the Human Resources (HR) was still lacking, especially at counter 2 requiring the addition of 1 officer.

Abstract

One problem in hospitals is the low efficiency of the use of beds (TT). This study aims to determine the analysis of indicators (BOR, AVLOS, TOI and BTO) at the child’s room in improving health services at the BLUD RSU Ratu Zalecha Martapura in 2018. This study uses descriptive research methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The variables used in this study were inpatient daily census in child’s rooms, BOR, AVLOS, TOI and BTO and Barber Johnson charts, the research instruments used interviews and observation. This study uses triangulation data analysis techniques. Based on the overall results of the research on the efficiency of the use of beds in child’s rooms at BLUD RSU Ratu Zalecha Martapura in 2018 with a BOR value of 69%, AVLOS which was 3.3 days, TOI 1.47 days and BTO was 75.91 times. Barber Johnson's graphic in the child’s room at BLUD RSU Ratu Zalecha Martapura in 2018 has not yet fulfilled one intersection of four.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time of transition in the span of human life. Commencement of adolescence is marked by puberty. In adolescence there is a change not only in the sense of psychological but also physical changes. In the implementation of International on Population and Development (ICPD) in Cairo in 1994, which says that the State shall protect and promote the rights of adolescents to education, information and reproductive health services and reduce the number of pregnancies teenagers so as to encourage the government and NGOs to develop programs that are responsive to adolescent sexual and reproductive issues. on a preliminary study of 10 respondents to the interview that only (40%) young women who answered true regarding the definition of puberty and (60%) were more answered wrong, the young women who answered correctly on when the age of the onset of puberty (60%) and (40 %) were the other answered incorrectly, young women who answered correctly on the characteristics of puberty only (30%) and (70%) were the other answered incorrectly. The research objective to analyze the effect of health education to young women about puberty. The method used was Quation Experimental. The subjects were students of class VII as many as 80 people were taken by random sampling technique. Results obtained 75 votes (95%) good knowledge and 4 (5%) sufficient knowledge. It was concluded that value p = 0,000 <α (0.05), which means that there are differences in knowledge young women about puberty. It is suggested to educational institutions in order to meet the information needs of health knowledge that is appropriate to be able to equip students become mature children who are ready physically and psychologically.

Abstract

Medical record storage management needs to consider ergonomic aspects because it facilitates work procedures in achieving work efficiency and effectiveness. This study aimed to determine the spatial ergonomic aspects of the storage area for medical records at the Pelita Insani Martapura Hospital. It was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were three respondents, namely the main informant (two medical record storage officers) and the triangulation informant (the head of medical records department). The research instruments were room thermometer, meter, and lux meter. The results showed that the temperature of the medical records storage room was 29.1 ºC, making the medical record storage officers sweat quickly and often tired in working in the medical record storage room. The size of ​​the medical record storage room was 210.88 m². All informants felt that the room was narrow, and the obstacles in the room were the hampered mobility of officers in retrieving medical records. The distance between the shelves in the medical storage room at Pelita Insani Hospital, Martapura, was as follows: 37 cm and 39 cm in the north, 58 cm in the west, and 84 cm in the south. All informants felt that the distance between the racks slowed down the staff in retrieving and returning medical records and decreased the attendant’s effectiveness. The lighting of the medical record storage room used general lighting type lamps as follows: 51 lux in the north, 73 lux in the south, 103 lux in the east, and 107 lux in the west. The lighting in the medical record storage room was not synchronous because the use of the light bulb could not be evenly distributed as a whole in each room. All informants felt that the lighting in the storage room made them difficult to find medical record files on the storage racks and misplace the medical records. The spatial ergonomic aspects of medical record storage at Pelita Insani Martapura hospital did not facilitate work procedures to become efficient and effective.

Abstract

Puskesmas as the spearhead of public health services are required to always improve the quality of service delivery, both in the administration of primary health care management, clinical services, and primary health care program services. Accreditation is one of the efforts to ensure the quality improvement of primary health care services. Primary health care must compile medical records in accordance with the standards and criteria set by the first level health facility accreditation commission. It becomes a problem if the Puskesmas does not yet have human resources in the field of medical records, included the Karang Intan 2 primary health care. For this reason, primary health care need to increase the knowledge of its officers about managing medical record units and health information. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of officers in managing the medical record unit at the Karang Intan 2 primary health care. This method of community service activities is carried out by provided learning about medical records to three medical record officers, then continued with guidance and consultation as well as monitored and evaluation to ensure a change for the better in the management of the medical record unit at the Karang Intan 2 primary health care. The result of this activity was an increased in the knowledge and skills of the medical record unit officers.

Abstract

In SNARS edition 1, it is known that medical record documents in paper or electronic form must be kept safe and confidential so they must be stored in a location that is protected from water, fire, heat, and other damage and protected from interference with access and unauthorized use. The purpose of this study was to determine the ergonomics aspect based on the National Standard for Hospital Accreditation (SNARS) Edition 1. The method used was observation and interviews with a descriptive type of research located at Tere Margareth General Hospital Medan in July 2020. The population in this study was the physical aspect. Ergonomics and medical records officers in the storage room as many as 2 people using the total sampling technique. is the storage room for medical record files at the Tere Margareth hospital that does not meet accreditation standards because there are still problems that occur related to room security which can be assessed based on the standard of ergonomic aspects. Ask the hospital to pay more attention to the state of the medical record storage room in order to meet the standard assessment elements of information management and medical records in SNARS Edition 1.

Abstract

A medical and health information recorder must have knowledges, skills, and behaviours which are the competencies of the profession. One of the medical recorder competencies is “registering for all the visits in health care facilities (registration for outpatient and inpatient)”. This reasearch aims to investigate the overview of students competencies of PIK Department batch 2018 in providing services for inpatient registration in STIKes Husada Borneo Laboratory. This research used descriptive qualitative method and was conducted on 56 students of STIKes Husada Borneo batch 2018. The sampling technique in this research was proporsiv sampling. Based on the results of the research, by using questionnaires and checklists, shows that the students’ knowledge of the competence and procedures for inpatient registration are; 3,5% good, 35,7% enough, and 60,7% less good, then the students’ attitude toward patients are good (98.2%) and less good (1.78%),and the students’ skills in inpatient registration are competent for 67.8% and not competent yet for 32.1%. So it can be concluded that the students’ competencies of PIK Department batch 2018 in providing services for inpatient registration in terms of knowledges, behaviours, and skills are not competent yet.

Abstract

Formulir informed consent sebagai bukti tertulis dan asas legalitas terjadinya transaksi terapeutik, di rumah sakit ditemukan formulir  tidak lengkap, dikarenakan dokter tidak bisa menjalankan informed consent secara adekuat. Petugas kesehatan Al-Khitan Madinah Banjarmasin dari Tahun 2016 tidak menggunakan informed consent, petugas pernah mendapat keluhan dari orang tua pasien pasca khitan seperti perdarahan akibat benang jahit lepas  serta lama sembuh, hal ini perlu ditindak lanjuti dengan informed consent  sehingga memberi perlindungan pasien dan petugas kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini mendesain formulir informend consent  pada kegiatan khitanan massal di Al-Khitan Madinah Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang informan. Instrument penelitian ini adalah wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aspek anatomi formulir informed consent sesuai dengan menggunakan kepala formulir (Heading), Judul formulir Nama  Rumah sakit  klinik / rumah khitan Al-khitan Madinah Banjarmasin, Alamat  Rumah sakit/ rumah khitan Al-khitan Madinah Banjarmasin, Nomor rekam medis,  pendahuluan (introduction), Informasi pokok yang menjelaskan tujuan dari penggunaan formulir yang bersangkutan, perintah (instruction) dan berisi instruksi yang jelas bagi pengisi untuk menuliskan data pasien nantinya. Aspek fisik formulir Informed consent sesuai dengan menggunakan tinta warna hitam, warna kertas putih, bahan kertas HVS, ukuran kertas F4  dan bentuk persegi panjang. Aspek isi formulir informed consent sesuai dengan menggunakan tanggal persetujuan/penolakan, identitas penanggung jawab pasien, identitas pasien, prosedur yang berhubungan dengan tindakan khitan, nama dan tanda tangan dokter yang memberikan tindakan serta nama dan tanda tangan penanggung jawab pasien. Perancangan desain formulir informed consent berdasarkan kebutuhan informasi pengguna meliputi aspek anatomi, aspek fisik dan aspek isi.
