Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Rakit Kulim sub-district, Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Regarding the objectives of this study, three hypotheses were formulated, namely leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, from 76 questionnaires distributed to the village government apparatus of the Rakit Kulim sub-district and all of them returned. To test the hypothesis, regression analysis was carried out using SPSS version 17.00. Before testing the hypothesis, testing the validity, reliability and classic regression assumptions is carried out. This study shows that leadership, competence and information technology have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.

Abstract

This final project discusses the comparison of the financial performance of state-owned banks and private banks based on financial ratios in the 2015-2019 period. The financial ratios used consist of CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO, ROA, ROE, and LDR. The data used in this study were obtained from published financial reports for 2015 to 2019 published by the respective banks. After passing the purposive sample stage, 4 state-owned banks and 9 private banks were obtained as samples in this study. The results of this study explain that there are differences in the financial performance of state-owned banks and private banks as measured by financial ratios. State-owned banks have better performance in terms of ROE, ROA, CAR ratios, while private banks have better performance in terms of NPL, BOPO, LDR ratios.

Abstract

Embroidery crafts are one of the riches of Indonesian traditional culture. Embroidery is a decoration made on cloth with a sewing needle and thread. This embroidery training was attended by the As-Salam Orphanage young women. Community service activities in the field of embroidery skills training on the introduction of basic stitching to decorate fabrics to improve skills in the city of Pekanbaru. This is closely related to skills education that can be used in everyday life and entrepreneurship, namely decorating cloth. The method of implementation is through outreach and training approaches. The results of the activities felt by the training participants were that they could get to know the basics of embroidery skills and in the end they could have the skills to increase activity and productivity and it was hoped that it would increase family income. By providing the As-Salam Orphanage with knowledge and skills regarding basic stitching in embroidery, it can be concluded that in this Community Service activity, it is necessary to carry out repeated exercises to produce better work.

Abstract

The cake making business is a home-based business that is widely practiced by people in Pekanbaru. The large demand for cakes is a promising business opportunity. The conditions of intense competition require cake-making businesses to be active in making breakthroughs and innovations, so that their products remain in demand by consumers. The cake-making business as a small business also experiences various obstacles, including low turnover and production capacity, as well as weakness in the marketing aspect, especially in distribution channels for its products. This community service activity is carried out on cake-making entrepreneurs in West Sidomulyo Pekanbaru. This activity aims: 1) cake-producing entrepreneurs can run their business professionally, creatively and innovatively, 2) expand the market for their products, 3) increase their production capacity, 4) increase their expertise and skills in making sponge cakes. Activities in this service include training in marketing management, entrepreneurship, and preparation of financial reports). Based on the implementation and evaluation of the results of activities, it can be concluded that cake-producing entrepreneurs can run their business professionally, creatively and innovatively, and there is an increase in production capacity due to increased demand from customers.

Abstract

Research aims to understand the factors that cause credit problems and efforts to overcome the credit so that it runs safely on the relaxation of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tuanku Tambusai credit. Data comes from primary data, namely efforts to solve non-performing loans and secondary data, namely the number of admins of credit sections, books, articles, websites, research results related to the problem studied. Researchers collect data with interviews, observations and documentation. The findings in the study that the settlement of non-performing loans by negotiating with the extension of the credit term, the reduction of the rate, the reduction of principal arrears of credit and the addition of credit facilities are in accordance with OJK Regulation No.11 of 2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis laporan keuangan sebagai alat untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan pada koperasi jaya makmur. Koperasi ini berkedudukan di Kecamatan Krinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau. Koperasi Jaya Makmur didaftarkan pada Dapartemen Koperasi Dan Pembinaan Pengusaha Kecil Provinsi Riau dengan Badan Hukum. Dalam menjalankan koperasi perlu adanya landasan yant baik dan efisien. Untuk menjalankan, koperasi perlu adanya manajemen keuangan yang sangat baik dan efisien. Berdasarkan dari hasil yang didapatkan dapat diihat kondisi pemasukan sangat kurang sedangkan pada pengeluarannya cukup banyak, hal ini dapat dilihat pada SHU (Sisa Hasil Usaha) koperasi tersebut. Dengan adanya perubahan pada keuangan koperasi menandakan bahwa koperasi tersebut berjalan, tetapi kurang efisien. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada Koperasi Jaya Makmur Desa Kumbara Utama Kabupaten Siak, dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2021 mengalami perubahan yang tidak terlalu kondusif dari yang menyebabkan kondisi koperasi tidak sehat. Hal ini disebabkan karena kondisi keuangan koperasi menglami penurunan setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

Saat ini, siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi yang dapat diaplikasi dilapangan. Kompetensi yang perlu dimiliki siswa adalah pencatatan transaksi keuangan dan perbankan . Pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diberikan kepada 70 siswa SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pemberian materi Teller, Costumer Service, Funding Sales, Product Development Manajemen secara teori, pendampingan pencatatan transaksi keuangan dan evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Secara umum, kegaiatan ini telah mampu memberikan tambahan kompetensi bagi siswa peserta kegiatan. Siswa mampu membuat pencatatan transaksi keuangan serta menguasai materi Funding dan service Perbankan untuk mengikuti uji sertifikasi yang diadakan oleh Lembaga Sertifikasi Nasional Perbankan.

Abstract

Mengingat kemasan hari ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penjaga produk dari kerusakan, namun telah menjadi identitas. Untuk itu pengemasan harus berbasis pada pasar yang dapat menjadi nilai dalam memenangkan persaingan pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Keharusan pelaku UMK Kota Kampar untuk menyesuaikan produk dan kemasannya mendapatkan perhatian dari Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UMK Kota Kampar yang bekerjasama dengan Program Studi Keuangan dan Perbankan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis serta Program Studi Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau dengan memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan softskill dan hardskill, dimana pelatihan ini difokuskan pada pengemasan (packaging). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan ceramah, diskusi atau tanya jawab antara pemateri dan peserta. Peserta pelatihan ini terdiri dari 50 Pelaku UMK Kota Kampar dengan berbagai macam produk dan dilaksanakan di Hotel Khas Pekanbaru. Seminar dan pelatihan ini dirasa penting untuk di implementasikan ke pelaku UMK Kota Kampar, guna membekali diri mereka dalam mengelola produk dan pengemasan berbasis pasar.

Abstract

mengharuskan pelaku usaha mengelola ciri khas produknya melalui pengemasan kemasan produk merupakan salah satu komponen penting bagi pelaku UMK. Kemasan merupakan aspek penting yang sering diabaikan oleh pelaku usaha, umumnya focus mereka hanya pada keunggulan produk agar dapat bersaing. Dinas Perdagangan Koperasi dan UMK Kota Kampar melalui Kerjasama Program Studi Keuangan dan Perbankan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis serta Program Studi Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau memberikan pelatihan perhatian khusus dari tentang pengelolaan kemasan dan pengelolaan keuangan. Metode dalam pelatihan ini dilaksanakan melalui ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab antara peserta dan pemateri. Peserta pelatihan ini dihadiri kurang lebih 50 Pelaku UMK Kota Kampar dengan berbagai macam produk dan dilaksanakan pada bulan November di Hotel Khas Pekanbaru. pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMK Kota Kampar dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan kemasan dan keuangan sehingga meningkatkan keuntungan.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction in banking will increase along with the increase in mobile banking features at BTN itself The additional features are BPJS payments, PBB payments, PDAM payments, digital wallet top-ups, and virtual accounts for e-commerce transactions. Bank BTN adds a Cardless Withdrawal feature where bank customers can make cardless cash withdrawal transactions at ATMs, as well as QRIS, a feature that makes it easier for customers to make transactions by scanning the QR Code through the BTN Mobile Banking application. Mobile banking has a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank BTN Pekanbaru Branch Office. The research was conducted so that banks, especially BTN, can provide the best service from their mobile banking so that they can increase their customers.
