Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan salah satu dari sepuluh penyakit penyebab kematian di dunia dengan angka kejadian 10,0 juta (kisaran, 9,0–11,1 juta) penderita TB pada tahun 2018.1 Dalam pengelolaannya, kasus TB yang ditemukan harus dicatat dan dilaporkan oleh setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sesuai format yang ditentukan. Upaya pemberdayaan secara aktif untuk pelaporan kasus dilakukan dokter dengan bantuan teknologi menggunakan aplikasi WifiTB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kendala yang mempengaruhi minat dokter tidak menggunakan aplikasi WifiTB di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang. Data diperoleh lewat kuesioner dengan skala linkert yang diisi oleh dokter sebagai pemakai aplikasi sebanyak 129 kuesioner dengan mengolah 77 kuesionar dokter yang belum menggunakan aplikasi. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis faktor, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  persepsi negatif 86,2%, smartphone 79,5% dan kesiapan 78,5% paling mempengaruhi minat dokter dalam menggunakan aplikasi WifiTB. Sehingga dengan demikian upaya pendekatan persuasif perlu ditingkatkan guna menambah keyakinan dan kesiapan para dokter dalam menggunaan aplikasi WifiTB.

Abstract

RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang sees both outpatients and inpatients to assess their health status and condition. Patient's health status and condition are classified into two groups: comorbid and co-incident. Patient claims are funded based on status and health conditions of comorbid and co-incident patients. The objectives this research is to know about the patient claim financing procedures of RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang during covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative using phenomenological. Primary data sources quotations were chosen using either purposeful sampling or criterion-based selection. The research informants are the primary informants. Informants are Hospital's first primary informant, the Coordinator of Coding Casemixes, and the second primary informant, the Nurse Coordinator of the Covid-19 Handling Room, as well as the first triangulation informant, the Head of the Medical Record Unit, and the second triangulation informant, the Head of the Covid-19 Handling Task Force. Interviews is methods for gathering data. Source triangulation is used for data triangulation. Data analysis using flow model of analysis and interactive analysis model. The result of this research are covid-19 with comorbidity or covid-19 with co-incident in patients because the guarantor is different, the case will be entered twice if it is a co-incident. If the condition is comorbid, the claim is handled separately. Previously, a claim was made for the covid-19 case, and if the covid-19 case was completed but the comorbidities persisted, the guarantor was changed from the Ministry of Health to BPJS Health. The conclusion is during the covid-19 pandemic, the procedures of RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang's patient claim financing process are two, such as the guarantor from the Ministry of Health and BPJS Health. Keywords: Patient claim, financing, process

Abstract

Rekam medis elektronik wajib diterapkan di seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia sesuai dengan Permenkes no 24 tahun 2022. Dalam prosesnya, institusi pendidikan turut mengembangan sistem rekam medis elektronik dalam membekali mahasiswa sebelum terjun ke duia kerja. Sistem desain formulir elektronik dirancang untuk implementasi pembelajaran matakuliah manajemen dan desain formulir di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor utama yang mempengaruhi usability dan user experience mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem desain formular elektronik. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala linkert yang diisi oleh mahasiswa D3 rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan sebagai pemakai sistem sebanyak 104 mahasiswa. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor utama yang mempengaruhi usability dan user experience mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal usability faktor mudah diingat merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem, sedangkan faktor kepuasan kurang berpengaruh pada usability penggunaan sistem. Dalam hal user experience faktor daya tarik merupakan faktor utama mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem, sedangkan faktor kebaruan kurang berpengaruh pada user experience dalam penggunaan sistem. Untuk meningkatkan usability dan user experience mahasiswa maka sistem perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal kebaruan dan kepuasan dengan melakukan perbaikan agar sistem terlihat lebih menarik dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

The COVID-19 infodemic is spreading through social media and website requires people to be able to evaluate information during a pandemic. Health literacy is the key to evaluating the infodemic and to get the decision making on health behavior. Health information students primarily use digital technologies such as social media to get information about covid-19 so that students need to have good health literacy to evaluate infodemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of covid-19 article content on health literacy and health behavior among health information students. Data were collected using a questionnaire on 142 health information students then analyzed descriptively and using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of the descriptive analysis show that 70% of students access covid-19 information through social media mainly using Instagram, where more than half of students access covid-19 article content <= once a day by reading and liking the article. Based on the results of SEM, it is known that the most important factor of the article content is trustworthy content, the most important factor of health literacy is adherence to prevention and the most important factor of health behavior is reducing contact with other people. From the results of the SEM effect test, it is known that there is a direct effect of content articles on health literacy of 51%. On the other hand, there is a direct effect from health literacy to health behavior of 63,4% and there is no significant effect from content articles to health behavior.
