Abstract

Endemic diseases which have quite a high prevalence are cases of DHF. In Indonesia alone DHF numbered 68,407 cases in 2017. The average DHF patient in the RSUD K.R.Tong Wongsonegoro Semarang City was 5.45%. The aim of the study was to analyze differences in hospital rates with INA-CBGs rates in inpatients of DHF cases in the RSUD K.R.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City in 2018. The type of this research is descriptive analysis, researcher describes difference in hospital tariffs with the rates of INA-CBGs in the RSUD K.R.T. Wongsonegoro, Semarang City. The method used is observation on the index of DHF cases. The subjects in this study were 73 respondents and data analyze using univariate. The results showed that the length of stay and severity level can affect the variation of hospital rates, but the INA-CBGs rate results will remain the same according to the treatment class and severity level even though hospital rates vary. With the difference in higher hospital rates, the management section coordinates the hospital tariff setting and the hospital organization section proposes to increase the INA-CBGs rate to BPJS.

Abstract

Petugas puskesmas Sokaraja 1 belum mengetahui fungsi menu dan rumus Excel yang lebih mahir serta belum mengetahui cara penggunaan SPSS, QGIS dan Rapidminer dalam mengolah data kesehatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperkuat penggunaan software statistik pada petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen informasi kesehatan. Metodologi pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tindakan atau action research yang dilakukan pada petugas kesehatan Puskesmas Sokaraja 1. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui google meeting menggunakan media e-modul software statistik Ms Excel, SPSS, QGIS, dan Rapidminer selama enam pertemuan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 104% dan 100%. Dari hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa pelatihan software statistik sangat bermanfaat dalam mempermudah pekerjaan petugas kesehatan. Berdasarkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan dan ketrampilan serta hasil wawancara maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan software statistik sangat bermanfaat bagi pengetahuan dan ketrampilan petugas kesehatan.

Abstract

In maximizing the growth and development of children, the medical record data processing needs to be done optimally. This study aims to improve the quality of Posyandu cadres and KMS literacy through optimization of Posyandu medical record data processing. The research design used is quantitative research. The population is the cadres of Posyandu and the community in Kedungori Village, Dempet Demak as many as 78 people. Research variables include: Quality of Posyandu cadres (X) and KMS Literacy in mothers of children under five (Y). Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test for variables X and Y. The results showed that optimization of medical record data processing was able to improve the quality of posyandu cadre services and KMS literacy in mothers. The most significant improvement in the quality of cadre services is active cadres providing health information on the results of measurements of baby's weight and height to the mother. The most significant increase in KMS literacy is being able to read the KMS chart and find out the meaning of the KMS chart. Keywords: Cadres, Literation, Medical Record, Posyandu, Quality

Abstract

Healthy life behavior is closely related to the stunting impact on toddlers making the government to establish an impact prevention intervention program to toddler’s parents by Posyandu personnel. The intervention by using therapeutic communications are assessed as effective in delivering such information interventions. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of therapeutic communication towards healthy life behavior improvement of toddler parents in Demak. Study used descriptive design with a quantitative approach. Study's population were all parents (mother or father) of toddlers in Demak District, Dempet subdistrict, Kedungori village from December 2019 to February 2020, amounting to 78 people. Samples were equal to the number of population taken using the saturated sample technique amounted to 32 respondents. The structured questionnaire instrument is used to obtain the healthy life behaviour change data of the toddler's parents by using therapeutic communication through Pre Test (X) and Post Test (Y) results. The result of using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is known as ? < 0.05, which means there was a difference in the results of Pre Test value with Post Test. So, there is an increase in healthy living behavior towards the toddler's parents by using therapeutic communication". Keywords: healthy living behavior, therapeutic communication, toodler's parents

Abstract

RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang sees both outpatients and inpatients to assess their health status and condition. Patient's health status and condition are classified into two groups: comorbid and co-incident. Patient claims are funded based on status and health conditions of comorbid and co-incident patients. The objectives this research is to know about the patient claim financing procedures of RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang during covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative using phenomenological. Primary data sources quotations were chosen using either purposeful sampling or criterion-based selection. The research informants are the primary informants. Informants are Hospital's first primary informant, the Coordinator of Coding Casemixes, and the second primary informant, the Nurse Coordinator of the Covid-19 Handling Room, as well as the first triangulation informant, the Head of the Medical Record Unit, and the second triangulation informant, the Head of the Covid-19 Handling Task Force. Interviews is methods for gathering data. Source triangulation is used for data triangulation. Data analysis using flow model of analysis and interactive analysis model. The result of this research are covid-19 with comorbidity or covid-19 with co-incident in patients because the guarantor is different, the case will be entered twice if it is a co-incident. If the condition is comorbid, the claim is handled separately. Previously, a claim was made for the covid-19 case, and if the covid-19 case was completed but the comorbidities persisted, the guarantor was changed from the Ministry of Health to BPJS Health. The conclusion is during the covid-19 pandemic, the procedures of RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang's patient claim financing process are two, such as the guarantor from the Ministry of Health and BPJS Health. Keywords: Patient claim, financing, process

Abstract

AbstractBackground. Hospital statistical indicators during the Covid-19 pandemic will be different from normal conditions before covid-19, One of the indicators for inpatient services is BOR which is the percentage of bed usage with Barber Johnson's ideal standard of 75-85%. During a pandemic, BOR information is needed to assist hospitals in terms of speed of service and policies in the use of beds and rooms. The purpose of this research is to predict the bed at Tlogorejo Hospital in 2021-2022. Method. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and uses secondary data, the data used is from March 2020 - June 2021 by way of observation. Result. The study results from the Barber Johnson chart with linear bed predictions are not efficient from July 2021 - May 2022 and efficient from July 2021 - May 2022. June 2021 - Dec 2022 while the results of the barber johnson chart predict beds with a BOR of 75% that all wards from July 2021-Dec 2022 are efficient. Conclusion. Therefore it is recommended to Tlogorejo hospital to add beds according to the predicted results of beds BOR 75 % or predicted results of bed Linier.Keywords: Predictions, beds, barber johnson charts and BOR.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction at the outpatient registration relates to the hospital health services qualities. West Java Province is one of the reference provinces for the health services  development, but there are still some complaints in the service process and infrastructure such as the lack of patient seats in the outpatient registration. This study aimed to analyze the service quality towards patient satisfaction in outpatient registration at the West Java Province Hospitals by using service quality indicators focusing on tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, and empathy. The method is a literature review. Data collection by reviewing relevant research journals through the Google Scholar database with keywords using Boolean Operators, namely Service Quality AND Patient Satisfaction AND Outpatient Registration AND Hospitals with 156 journal results. Three journals were selected according to inclusion criteria (West Java area, the year of journals publication range 2017-2020, and an accessible and indexed Indonesian journal). Journal study showed that the outpatient registration patients in West Java Hospitals were quite satisfied with the tangible indicator (physical evidence), responsiveness, and assurance, as well as the reliability  and empathy indicators satisfaction. Patient satisfaction in the outpatient registration at the West Java province hospitals normatively has reached the level of satisfaction of ‘quite satisfied’.

Abstract

Background: School from Home and Work from Home were activities carried out by students and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Activities aimed to comply with health protocols and social distancing to prevent transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Students and employees who studied and worked from home had one health risk, muscle disorders complaints caused by the use of equipment or facilities that were not ergonomic. Muscle complaints, when not handled properly, would reduce productivity in studying and working. The purpose of this study was to find out a description of the location and types of muscle pain complaints experienced by students and workers during the pandemic. Methods:this study used a Nordic Body Map questionnaire and an online questionnaire.The study design used cross-sectional descriptive approach respondents with 25 students and 25 employees. Results: Complaints of neck pain were the most common complaints experienced by students and workers who implemented SFH and WFH.Keywords: Musculoskeletal, School From Home, Work From Home

Abstract

Hospital as the health care provider institutions need to keep the employee performance as a service quality’s major factor that given to customers. K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital that gave the public health services had done to measure the internal customer (employee) satisfaction through internal customer (employee) survey since 2018. This study aims to analyze the employee’s expectation and satisfaction suitability to the factors that affect work satisfaction as a service quality development in K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital Semarang. This study used survey method. Also used descriptive study design by quantitative-qualitative approach and cross sectional time. Dependent variable is internal customer (employee) satisfaction, while leadership, compensation, work environment, a promotion chance, and supervise as independent variabels. The index average of internal customer (employee) satisfaction as much as 73,8% with satisfaction details related to control of  leadership 75%, compensation (75%), work environment (73%), a promotion chance (74%), and supervision (74%). This item can be concluded that internal customers (employee) in K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital Semarang 2019 is quite satisfied with the institution services seen from leadership and compensation items provided that motivated their  satisfaction, but compensation and the promotion chance need to be improved.
