Abstract

Objective and Background: The high number of Covid-19 cases until the end of 2020 is acomplicated problem in all countries including Indonesia. The dilemma between health choices or thecontinuity of life to keep working and making ends meet has become a struggle during the Covid-19pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of health protocols to the level ofadherence to informal workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.Method: This research method using cross-sectional, data collection was done by interviewmethod. The population of this research is in the informal work unit in the district Tanjung MasSemarang, and we obtained a sample of 52 respondents. Data processing SPSS program andbivariate test using Fisher Exact Test.Result: The results of this study are there is a relationship between the application of healthprotocols with the level of compliance in the workplace with a p-value of 0.000. The low availability ofsanitation facilities in implementing health protocols by workplace leaders and the lack of monitoringby leaders are one of the reasons for the high number of Covid-19 cases. Keywords: Covid-19, health protocol, level of compliance, workplace.

Abstract

Technology development in image processing and artificial intelligence field leads to the high demand for smart systems, especially in the health sector. Cancer is one of the diseases that has the highest mortality cases around the world. Melanoma is one of the cancer types that appear caused by high exposure to UV light. The earliest the melanoma was identified, the higher the chance the patient can be recovered. Therefore, this study carries the melanoma detection based on BPNN optimized by a simulated annealing algorithm. This research utilizes PH2 dermoscopic image data which contains 200 color digital images in BMP format. The data is processed using color feature extraction techniques to identify the characteristics of each image according to the target data. The color space extraction used includes mean RGB, HSV, CIE LAB, YCbCr, and XYZ. The evaluation result showed that the BPNN-SA method was able to increase the accuracy performance in classifying skin cancer when compared to the original BPNN method with an overall average accuracy of 84.03%.

Abstract

Abstract

Dian Nuswantoro University in particular the Faculty of Health has developed an application whose main focus is activity tracking and digital media literacy for users named ACOV19. The use of activity tracking applications in the pandemic era is expected to be able to ease the work of the government and read the data transaction process. However, some people still do not understand the importance of this. In addition, socializing the use of applications that are still less popular makes these applications less popular. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of literacy and the use of the "ACOV19" application as an activity tracker and digital media literacy to the community in order to minimize the difficulties of using the application in the Tanjung Mas community. The indicator of success in this service is that the community can understand information literacy and be able to use ACOV19. This service activity went smoothly and was attended by 15 members of KWT Tunas Bahagia who were active and enthusiastic in participating in the service. In this activity, members of the Tunas Bahagia KWT were given material presentations related to the Covid-19 tracking application, Covid-19 transmission points, and self-isolation protocols. After the presentation of the material, it was continued with the introduction and use of the ACOV-19 application. With a good level of understanding, it is hoped that Tunas Bahagia KWT members can take advantage of the ACOV19 application in their daily activities as a tracker application for the prevention of Covid-19.
