Abstract

The elderly are more likely to be infected with COVID-19. The presence of underlying diseases can make patient's prognosis worse. The goal of this research was to identify elderly patients based on age, gender, LoS, 10 most common underlying diseases, and 10 most frequent procedures dan treatment that has a risk of recovery and mortality. Samples were taken from patients aged 60-90 years old at RS X(n=266). The study relied on secondary data from April 2020 to February 2021, and descriptive data analysis was used to analyze the results. According to the result, 44.7% were 60-64 years old, 61.3% were male, 42.9%, had LoS of > 7 days. The most common underlying diseases were coagulation defects (61.3%), essential hypertension (44.7%), and acute respiratory distress syndrome (39.5 %). The most frequent treatments and procedures were chest X-Ray (94.7%), RT-PCR swab (91%), and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (32.7%). Since many elderly patients have underlying diseases and medical measures are required during treatment, elderly patients should be closely monitored during the treatment.

Abstract

AbstractBackground. Hospital statistical indicators during the Covid-19 pandemic will be different from normal conditions before covid-19, One of the indicators for inpatient services is BOR which is the percentage of bed usage with Barber Johnson's ideal standard of 75-85%. During a pandemic, BOR information is needed to assist hospitals in terms of speed of service and policies in the use of beds and rooms. The purpose of this research is to predict the bed at Tlogorejo Hospital in 2021-2022. Method. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and uses secondary data, the data used is from March 2020 - June 2021 by way of observation. Result. The study results from the Barber Johnson chart with linear bed predictions are not efficient from July 2021 - May 2022 and efficient from July 2021 - May 2022. June 2021 - Dec 2022 while the results of the barber johnson chart predict beds with a BOR of 75% that all wards from July 2021-Dec 2022 are efficient. Conclusion. Therefore it is recommended to Tlogorejo hospital to add beds according to the predicted results of beds BOR 75 % or predicted results of bed Linier.Keywords: Predictions, beds, barber johnson charts and BOR.

Abstract

Background: School from Home and Work from Home were activities carried out by students and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Activities aimed to comply with health protocols and social distancing to prevent transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Students and employees who studied and worked from home had one health risk, muscle disorders complaints caused by the use of equipment or facilities that were not ergonomic. Muscle complaints, when not handled properly, would reduce productivity in studying and working. The purpose of this study was to find out a description of the location and types of muscle pain complaints experienced by students and workers during the pandemic. Methods:this study used a Nordic Body Map questionnaire and an online questionnaire.The study design used cross-sectional descriptive approach respondents with 25 students and 25 employees. Results: Complaints of neck pain were the most common complaints experienced by students and workers who implemented SFH and WFH.Keywords: Musculoskeletal, School From Home, Work From Home

Abstract

Dalam studi kasus yang dilakukan di bangsal Umar di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Kendal, Jawa Tengah, diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2020 bangsal tersebut memiliki 22 tempat tidur. Berdasarkan data statistik yang diperoleh, nilai indikator Barber-Johnson yang ada pada bangsal Umar masing-masing adalah BOR 65.2%; LOS 2.85; TOI 1.52; dan BTO 83.68. berdasarkan indikator tersebut efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur di bangsal Umar di RSI Kendal masih belum tercapai. Maka dari itu, agar mutu pelayanan kesehatan khususnya dalam hal efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur pada bangsal Umar di RSI Kendal tercapai, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode data mining random forest untuk melakukan prediksi jumlah tempat tidur sesuai dengan standar Barber Johnson untuk tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan jumlah tempat tidur untuk tahun 2021 hingga 2023 pada bangsal Umar diprediksi memiliki 20 hingga 22 tempat tidur. Evaluasi terhadap tingkat efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur di bangsal Umar dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan grafik Barber-Johnson. Dari grafik yang dihasilkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil prediksi jumlah tempat tidur mampu mencapai tingkat efisien. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada grafik Barber-Johnson bangsal Umar untuk tahun 2021 hingga 2023 titik pertemuan indikator tepat berada di daerah efisien.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan salah satu dari sepuluh penyakit penyebab kematian di dunia. Kasus TB yang ditemukan harus dicatat dan dilaporkan oleh setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sesuai format yang ditentukan.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan, kemudahan dan kendala terhadap implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Wifi TB.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain observasional analitik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang dengan melibatkan dokter praktik mandiri dan dokter klinik pratama sebagai responden sebanyak 129 orang pada tahun 2019.Hasil: Responden yang mengisi angket sebanyak 129 orang, 60% belum menggunakan aplikasi dan 40% sudah menggunakan aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil skor angket dengan skala 1 – 5, diketahui skor persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan adalah 4, skor kendala penggunaan adalah 2, skor implementasi penggunaan 3,8 serta skor efektivitas dan kepuasan adalah 4. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai sig F= 0,000 dan R-square= 70,1%, artinya persepsi kemanfaatan, kemudahan dan kendala penggunaan aplikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Wifi TB sebesar 70,1%.Kesimpulan: Persepsi kemanfaatan, kemudahan dan kendala penggunaan mempengaruhi implementasi penggunaan aplikasi sebesar 70,1%. Disarankan kepada pengembang program dan dinas terkait untuk selalu memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada pengguna aplikasi Wifi TB.

Abstract

RS Telogorejo belum pernah memetakan dan memprediksi kasus DBD. Pada tahun 2019 kasusnya meningkat dan menduduki peringkat ke-2 dalam 10 besar penyakit rawat inap. Penelitian ini memprediksi sebaran kasus DBD pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di ruang rawat inap RSUD Telogorejo tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data kasus DBD per bulan tahun 2018-2020 dan data kasus DBD per kecamatan pada bulan Maret-Desember 2020. Prediksi kasus DBD menggunakan rumus time series dan pemetaan menggunakan QGIS. Kasus DBD pada kunjungan pasien baru pada tahun 2021 diprediksi meningkat 1,70%, pasien lama menurun 0,35%, dan jumlah kasus DBD meningkat 0,67%. Jumlah kunjungan pasien baru akan meningkat, namun jumlah kunjungan pasien lama akan berkurang. Kasus DBD terbanyak dari total kunjungan pasien berasal dari Pedurungan (27 kasus), Tembalang (17 kasus), Semarang Barat, dan Banyumanik (21 kasus). Rumah sakit harus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan promosi kesehatan untuk menjaga daya tarik. Peta persebaran DBD membantu dan memudahkan surveilans dalam menganalisis persebaran DBD, penentuan daerah endemis, dan KLB di beberapa daerah dengan jumlah kasus DBD yang tinggi.

Abstract

Hospital as the health care provider institutions need to keep the employee performance as a service quality’s major factor that given to customers. K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital that gave the public health services had done to measure the internal customer (employee) satisfaction through internal customer (employee) survey since 2018. This study aims to analyze the employee’s expectation and satisfaction suitability to the factors that affect work satisfaction as a service quality development in K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital Semarang. This study used survey method. Also used descriptive study design by quantitative-qualitative approach and cross sectional time. Dependent variable is internal customer (employee) satisfaction, while leadership, compensation, work environment, a promotion chance, and supervise as independent variabels. The index average of internal customer (employee) satisfaction as much as 73,8% with satisfaction details related to control of  leadership 75%, compensation (75%), work environment (73%), a promotion chance (74%), and supervision (74%). This item can be concluded that internal customers (employee) in K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital Semarang 2019 is quite satisfied with the institution services seen from leadership and compensation items provided that motivated their  satisfaction, but compensation and the promotion chance need to be improved.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 epidemic, delays/cessation of vaccination services resulted in a drop in basic immunization coverage for children in Sumampir Village owing to restrictions on direct contact and parental concerns. It is thought that education about the Covid-19 vaccination is crucial in order to avoid new concerns in children's health. This service intends to improve health cadre engagement in Sumampir Village in order to achieve a high level of health. The service technique includes giving vaccinations and Covid-19-related materials and training. This program was successful in strengthening the knowledge and abilities of health personnel in the area of child vaccination. In addition, partners may use their interpersonal communication skills to help the community learn about vaccination and Covid-19 vaccines.

Abstract

Every month, Ustman Bin Affan Islamic School Kindergarten manually records students' weight, height, and dental health. In addition, students do not yet understand the importance of keeping themselves clean after playing. The purpose of this program is to socialize the use of the student health check application for monitoring and educating students' health so they can maintain their health during a pandemic. During four sessions, socialization of the use of the kindergarten children' health check application, education on health protocols, and education on dental health and balanced nutrition was carried out. According to the program's results, teachers now have a 135% greater understanding of how to use the application. Based on the FGDs, students understood the application of health protocols, were able to take care of their teeth to prevent damage and had a balanced nutritional diet. All students dared to come forward to re-practice the steps of washing hands, brushing their teeth and choosing a balanced nutritional diet.

Abstract

The limited information obtained by mothers is one of the obstacles in producing correct stunting information. This community service aims to increase mother literacy about stunting toddlers in the stunting locus village, Banyumas Regency using the brainstorming method. The stages of the program start from preparation, pre-test, giving material and post-test. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed that mothers' knowledge about stunting increased by 37% compared to before assistance. Knowledge that has increased the most is about how to handle stunting in toddlers (79%). However, there is no increase in knowledge about how to vary food that is good for stunting toddlers. Stunting education assistance activities using the brainstorming method need to be carried out routinely for mothers of stunting toddlers to increase their knowledge and change the behavior in handling stunting in their toddlers so that the prevalence of stunting can decrease.
