Abstract

The use of information technology in education has the potential to have positive outcomes in the face of globalization. This study aimed to identify various needs in order to integrate technology into learning. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method to senior high schools. The questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument which was distributed to a research sample of 60 students who were randomly selected. The results revealed that students' attitudes toward the integration of technology into the learning process are inversely proportional to their use of learning media, which is still limited to the printed module. Students would like to create interactive multimedia as a medium for learning craftsmanship and entrepreneurship, based on the needs of students who are technologically literate and efforts to optimize the use of facilities that available at school.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is important to be delivered by students in the digital era. Through an entrepreneurial learning process that is integrated with the use of digital learning media, it is hoped that it will create a more dynamic, active and student-centered learning environment so that it can facilitate students in achieving the learning goals that have been set. This study aims to convey the results of the interactive multimedia effectiveness test on improving students' entrepreneurial attitudes in learning craft and entrepreneurship for high school students. This research method is an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design with pre and posttest in the control class and experimental class. The data collection instrument used was an attitude scale questionnaire. This study was followed by high school students, the sample selection used cluster random sampling which was taken in a certain class which is equivalent. The results showed that through the use of interactive multimedia, there was a significant effect and was followed by an increase in students' entrepreneurial attitudes. This study concludes that interactive multimedia is considered quite effective in influencing and improving students' entrepreneurial attitudes as an effort to achieve learning objectives. Abstract

In the current educational landscape, the development of critical thinking abilities is becoming increasingly important, especially considering the prevalence of hybrid learning methods. This investigation aimed to evaluate the proficiency of critical thinking skills in students who are immersed in hybrid learning. A descriptive quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing observation, documentation, and critical thinking assessments to collect data from a sample of 60 students from vocational high schools. The findings highlight two main results: firstly, the majority of students demonstrate a low level of critical thinking skills within the hybrid learning context, indicating the need for improvement; secondly, various factors that influence these skills were identified. These outcomes emphasize the challenges associated with acquiring 21st-century skills and emphasize the necessity for collaborative efforts. Both educators and students must enhance their commitment to effective learning preparation, with a particular emphasis on motivation to foster improved critical thinking abilities. This research provides valuable insights for educators and policymakers who are striving to enhance the hybrid learning environment in order to better cultivate critical thinking skills in students.

Abstract

Integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in teacher education is a means to support the teaching and learning process. Good teaching by utilizing technology certainly requires changes, especially in the realm of pedagogy, but teachers apparently do not have enough ability to optimize ICT in the learning process. In fact, ICT has the potential to provide various benefits for teachers and students, including joint learning areas, cooperative and collaborative learning opportunities. Therefore, this research aims to identify the use of mobile learning application (MLA) and its impact as a form of ICT integration in learning. The method used is literature study, by taking data from various relevant scientific articles and books. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis from the results of the synthesis of several literature reviews obtained. The research results show that a number of 10 main articles and 15 relevant supporting articles as well as several book sources show that mobile-based learning with smartphone devices is becoming a trend at various levels of education, both academic and vocational.
