Abstract

Program IbM ini bertujuan untuk (1) Membentuk wirausaha yang mandiri berjiwa agribisnis dan pengelolaan usaha yang komersil berkelanjutan (2) menciptakan teknologi pengolahan pangan berbasis komoditi lokal yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan kelompok usaha (3) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan kelompok usaha tentang manajemen produksi, manajemen sumberdaya manusia dan manajemen keuangan serta memfasilitasi mereka dengan pihak pemodal dan mitra (4) Meningkatkan perekonomian kelompok usaha dan keluarga serta masyarakat sekitarnya. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam program IbM ini antara lain : (1) Pelatihan Diversifikasi Produk Olahan Pangan. (2) Pendidikan dan pelatihan manajemen sumberdaya manusia. (3) Pelatihan dan pembinaan manajemen produksi. (4) Pelatihan manajemen keuangan (5) Pelatihan manajemen pemasaran. Hasil yang didapat adalah (1) secara umum anggota kelompok usaha mulai memahami pengolahan produk yang sehat, aman dan higenis. (2) Anggota kelompok usaha (mitra) sebagian besar telah memahami dan menerapkan tugas dantanggung jawab masing-masing sesuai job desciption sebagaimana struktur organisasi yang telah ada. (3) Anggota kelompok usaha (mitra)  sebagian besar mulai menerapkan jadwal pengolahan secara teratur (4)  Mitra mulai menggunakan teknologi pengemasan produk dengan menggunakan pengepresan. (5) Anggota kelompok usaha (mitra) sebagian besar telah memahami dan mulai menerapkan pencatatan keuangan (6) Anggota kelompok usaha (mitra) sebagian besar mulai menerapkan strategi pemasaran melalui promosi produk melalui sistem kemitraan.   Kata kunci : pengolahan pangan, komoditi lokal, sekarmojo, pasuruan

Abstract

Pendidikan dan kesehatan menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, baik di lingkungan masyarakat umum maupun khususnya di desa Bojong Jengkol Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor. Namun dengan berbagai kendala yang dihadapi seperti salah satunya permasalahan internal di beberapa RW, maka perlu ditingkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya memperoleh tingkat pendidikan dan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Abstract

Employee performance (work performance) results from work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities assigned to him. Thus, performance is essential for the organization or organization and the employees themselves. Therefore, employee performance will run effectively if it is supported by motivation and work discipline. The research objective in this thesis is to examine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Class I Agricultural Quarantine Center in Bandar Lampung. This study used a research sampling method with a total of 97 respondents. The analysis is used using quantitative analysis and data processing using the SPSS program.. The results showed that work motivation positively affects employee performance with an influence contribution of 39.3%. Furthermore, work discipline also positively affects employee performance with an impact contribution of 31.6%. The regression test shows that together there is a positive influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 45.7%, other variables outside of this study influence the remaining 54.3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study leadership and work motivation towards teacher performance in SMP Angkasa Astra Ksetra, Tulang Bawang Regency. This type of research includes the type of quantitative descriptive research, the explanation of this research results in making systematic, factual, and accurate reports about facts and facts. This study used 22 research respondents. There are three variables in this study, namely: 2 (two) Independent variables (Xi and X) and 1 (one) variable that supports leadership (Xi) and work motivation (X) as independent variables and Gum (Y) performance as supported variables. From the results of data processing, the following hypotheses have been found. There is the influence of leadership (Xi) on teacher performance (Y), with a level of influence (R-square) of 81.3%. Related to work motivation (X) to teacher performance (Y), with a level of influence of 90.3%. With the influence of leadership (Xi), work motivation (X) with teacher performance (Y), with an influence level of 90.6%.

Abstract

This present study was aimed at investigating the mentoring process underwent by pre-service teachers during teaching practice, and the difficulties faced by them. The qualitative method was adopted, and interview and focus group discussion were used as the techniques of collecting data. Three pre-service teachers were selected as the participants of this study. The findings revealed that the pre-service teachers encountered different process of mentoring. Three of pre-service teachers experienced different frequency of mentoring, time, content, support and feedback of mentoring. The frequency of mentoring was done differently. The first pre-service teacher did the mentoring at any time if needed, the second one after the class finished, and the third one only three times during teaching practice. Regarding the time of mentoring, it was mostly done after the class finished, but sometimes only when the pre-service felt that the material was so difficult for their students. In the light of difficulties during the mentoring process, they faced five aspects; conflicting role expectation, compelled to emulate mentor, mentee exploitations, lack of constructive feedback, mentor distrust. The findings of this study contribute to the English Education Study Program particularly on the preparation for the students concerning teaching practice. They should be informed that mentoring is pivotal component that has to be faced during teaching practice.

Abstract

Abstract

English is international language, which already used in lot of country. Whichmeans when we learn English, it will make us easier to interact with foreigners, adapted in another country. Abstract

For government agencies, the availability of qualified, highly skilled and professional human resources engaged in the service sector is a requirement in order to improve the quality of state administration that gives satisfaction to the quality and services produced by the government to the community. In addition to employee competence, infrastructure is one of the other important factors that greatly contribute to improving employee performance in an organization.. This study aims to determine the influence of employee competence and infrastructure toward the employee performance at the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. The type of research used in this study is the Explanatory research model, which is a problem-solving model that outlines problems and explains them based on existing data in reviewing theoretical approaches and number numbers related to each other. The study used 48 respondents. Based on data analysis has been found the answer to the hypothesis, namely as follows; There is an influence of employee competence (X1) on employee performance (Y), with an influence rate of 17.5%. There is an influence of infrastructure (X2) on employee performance (Y) with an influence rate of 31%. There is an influence of employee competence (X1) and infrastructure (X2) together on employee performance (Y) with an influence level of 42.5%
