Abstract

This research spell out implementation mechanisms corporate governance with as variable board size, independent boards, audit committee, managerial ownership, ownership concentration, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and government ownership of the corporate social responsibility outlined in this study which is backed up by a control variable profitability and firm size. Purposive sampling was the method used for this research. Because samples used for this research meet the criteria, information on the variables employed is required. The study employed a banking firm that was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during period 2016 to 2020 as an sample. Ownership concentration and control variable business size have a major impact on social responsibility, according to the findings. The size of the board of directors, the proportion of independent directors, the audit committee, management ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, government ownership, management ownership and control variable profitability had no impact on the company's social responsibility performance. Abstract

AbstrakKenaikan inflasi merupakan kenaikan harga barang dan jasa secara terus menerus dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Kenaikan inflasi yang terus menerus dapat mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran sebab inflasi yang terlalu tinggi dapat mendorong kenaikan suku bunga sehingga menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi negatif dan menyebabkan meningkatnya pengangguran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengatasi ancaman pengangguran yang akan terjadi pasca inflasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif atas data tahun 2022 di mana terjadi inflasi global yang berdampak pada seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Pengangguran, Inflasi, Indonesia

Abstract

Unemployed are people or people who have not got a job, are looking for work and have lost their job or are not working at all. This study aims to analyze Government Policy Related to the Threat of Unemployment Post-Inflation Increase in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this research is by using quantitative methods. The object of analysis will be obtained from BPS or the Central Statistics Agency. BPS is an institution that deals with censuses and statistics. The results show that the numbers can affect a state's income because not having income can cause economic problems and poverty. Therefore, government policies are urgently needed to overcome this unemployment. Keywords: Unemployment, Government, Inflation
