Abstract

Unemployed are people or people who have not got a job, are looking for work and have lost their job or are not working at all. This study aims to analyze Government Policy Related to the Threat of Unemployment Post-Inflation Increase in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this research is by using quantitative methods. The object of analysis will be obtained from BPS or the Central Statistics Agency. BPS is an institution that deals with censuses and statistics. The results show that the numbers can affect a state's income because not having income can cause economic problems and poverty. Therefore, government policies are urgently needed to overcome this unemployment. Keywords: Unemployment, Government, Inflation

Abstract

Board Games Café is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the culinary field. This Board Games Café is a café that offers a variety of varied foods and drinks that can be chosen according to consumer tastes, and has many variations of games that can be played when visiting the Board Games Café. This study aims to determine what business risks occur in the Board Game Café. This research method is a purposive sampling method, which is the type of method used in the process of preparing this report. Purposive Sampling Technique is a sampling technique in qualitative research. The results of the study show that the risks faced by Board Game Café are risks posed by external factors such as Covid-19 that occurred in Batam in early 2020-2022. Losses in turnover caused by Covid-19 and damage to equipment caused by long usage and the risk of not having regular customers. This research simplifies and assists in dealing with risks in business. Keywords: Risk, Board Games Café, Business

Abstract

Starbucks adalah perusahaan yang berkomitmen pada bisnis kopi lalu menawarkan kopi siap minum, dengan berbagai rasa. Dengan pesatnya kopi di industri minuman saat ini, starbuck menerapkan level strategi perusahaan yang tepat yaitu strategi differentiation. Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis pada Starbucks dan untuk menganalisis bagaimana starbucks mengimplementasikan strategi bisnis. Selain itu juga memiliki manfaat yang pertama, memberikan informasi pada pembaca agar dapat mengimplementasikan strategi bisnis yang diterapkan oleh starbucks dan memberikan ilmu dan pengetahuan kepada pembaca tentang strategi bisnis. Kami menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif, karena pada artikel ini terdapat penjelasan rinci dan juga terstruktur mengenai bagaimana strategi bisnis dari starbucks.
