Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis hama dari gejala dan tanda kerusakan dari perlakuan macam pupuk kandang terhadap tiga jenis padi. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2018 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2019, tempat penelitian di Dusun Brongsongan, Desa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Bendosari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan jenis tanah Grumusol dan ketinggian tempat ± 125 meter dpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang di susun secara Split Plot terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu macam jenis padi  ( V ) sebagai main plot ( petak utama ) dan pupuk kandang ( P ) sebagai sub plot ( anak petak ), sehingga diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan masing-masing diulang 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ( 1 ) Jenis hama yang di temukan pada saat penelitian yaitu hama belalang hijau dengan intensitas serangan tertinggi pada perlakuan jenis padi hitam dan pupuk kandang kambing  ( V1P2 ) yaitu rata-rata 27.12%, hama penggerek batang putih dengan intensitas serangan tertinggi pada perlakuan jenis padi merah dan tanpa pupuk ( V2P0 ) yaitu rata-rata 26.85%, hama burung bondol jawa dengan intensitas serangan tertinggi pada perlakuan jenis padi merah dan perlakuan pupuk kandang kambing ( V2P2 ) yaitu rata-rata 32.63%, dan hama tikus sawah dengan intensitas serangan tertinggi pada semua perlakuan jenis padi putih dan pemberian macam pupuk kandang yaitu rata-rata 90.00 %. ( 2 ) Pemberian pupuk kandang ayam tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap intensitas serangan hama terhadap tiga jenis padi. ( 3 ) Jenis padi merah dan perlakuan pupuk kandang kambing ( V2P2 ) memiliki hasil tertinggi untuk berat kering panen dan berat kering giling yaitu rata-rata 421.21 gram/m2 dan 283.70 gram/m2, serta untuk berat 100 biji yang tertinggi pada perlakuan jenis padi merah dan perlakuan pupuk kandang sapi ( V2P1 ) yaitu rata-rata  2.64 gram/m2.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang “UJI MACAM BIBIT DAN DOSIS PUPUK KANDANG AYAM TERHADAP KERUSAKAN UMBI HAMA BOLENG (Cylas formicarius) PADA TANAMAN UBI JALAR” telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 01 November 2018 sampai tanggal 15 Pebruari 2019, bertempat di Dusun Tegalrejo, Desa Kuto, Kecamatn Kerjo, Kabuaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji macam bibit dan dosis pupuk kandang ayam terhadap kerusakan umbi hama boleng (Cylas formicarius) pada tanaman ubi jalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) terdiri dari 2 faktor : Faktor pertama adalah macam bibit (B), terdiri dari 2 macam, yaitu ; B1 : Bibit bagian pucuk, B2 : Bibit bagian batang. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kandang ayam (K),  terdiri dari 5 taraf, yaitu : K0 : 0,0  gram/tanaman, K1 : 176 gram/tanaman, K2 : 208 gram/tanaman, K3 : 240 gram/tanaman, K4 : 272 gram/tanaman Dari kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 10 kombinasi perlakuan yang masing-masing diulang 3 kali sehingga keseluruhan diperoleh 30 kombinasi perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, dilanjutkan dengan Uji beda Nyata Jujur pada taraf nyata 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat disusun kesimpulan yaitu penggunaan bibit bagian batang tidak berpengaruh nyata dalam meningkatkan kerusakan pada umbi yang disebabkan hama boleng karena bibit bagian batang mempunyai struktur yang keras berbeda dengan bibit bagian pucuk yang mempunyai struktur lunak, rata-rata hasil parameter-parameter berikut menunjukkan bahwa intensitas serangan hama terendah terdapat pada perlakuan bibit bagian batang yaitu 22,37 %, jumlah ubi boleng terendah 0,58 ubi pertanaman, berat ubi boleng terendah terdapat pada perlakuan bibit bagian pucuk yaitu 71,64gram, berat ubi sehat tertinggi terdapat pada bagian batang yaitu 608,33 gram ,jumlah ubi sehat terendah 4,75 ubi pertanaman

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investory the types of pest from the symptoms and signs of damage from variouse types of planting distance on there of soybean. This research was conducted in April 2019 until Juli 2019, a research site in Gatak Hamlet, Senting Village, Sambi Subdistrict, Boyolalai Regency with Grumosol soil types and altitude ± 200 meters above sea level. This study uses a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) arranged in Split Plots consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely the type of soybean (V) as the main plot an planting distance (J) as a sub plot, so 9 treatment combinations were obtained and each was repeated 3 times. The results showed (1) The types of pest found at the time of the study were green grasshopper pest with the highest attack intensity in the treatment Grobogan of varieties  with planting distance 30 cm x 40 cm (V1J3), wich was an average 0f 29.79%. Caterpillar leaves pest with the highest attack intensity in the treatment Grobogan of varieties with planting distance 30 cm x 40 cm (V1J3), wich was an average 0f 30%, Anjasmoro of varieties with planting distance 30 cm x 20 cm (V2J1), wich was an average 0f 30%, Grobogan of varieties with planting distance 30 cm x 30 cm (V2J2), wich was an average of 30%. Pod borer pest with the highest attack intensity in the treatment Anjasmoro of varieties with planting distance 30 cm x 30 cm wich was an average of 29,97% (2) The provision of spasing 30 cm x 40 cm does  significantly affect the intensity of pest attacks on three types of soybean (3) Grobogan of varieties and spasing 30 cm x 40 cm (V1J3) had the highest the number of pods yields which was an average of 88 pods, the pod weight 60,11 gram/m2, and yield of seed weight 16,95 gram/m2. And the highest the number of seeds yields had the highest on Grobogan of varieties and spasing 30 cm x 40 cm which was an average 143,56 seeds, and on Grobogan varieties  with planting distance 30 cm x 30 cm of was an average 13,60 gram/m2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Kajian Macam Jarak Tanam Terhadap Intesitas Penyakit Bercak Daun Pada Tiga Macam Varietas Kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill) dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji macam jarak tanam terhadap intensitas penyakit bercak daun Cercospora Sojina pada tiga varietas kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill) yang dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 14 April 2019 sampai 13 Juli 2019, di Dusun Ngalang-ngalangan, Desa Senting, Kecamatan Sambi, Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah, dengan  ketinggian tempat 200m (dpl). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Perancangan Dasar Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial yang disusun secara Split plot yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan yang masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Adapun kombinasi perlakuan sebagai berikut : V1J1, V1J2, V1J3, V2J1, V2J2, V2J3, V3J1, V3J2, V3J3, V menunjukan macam varietas kedelai dan J menjelaskan macam jarak tanam. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji BNT ( Beda Nyata Terkecil ) pada taraf 5 %, adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Gejala serangan penyakit bercak daun tampak merata pada varietas Anjasmoro, gejala serangan penyakit mulai muncul pada umur 3 minggu setelah tanam pada varietas Grobogan. (2) Perlakuan tiga macam varietas dan jarak tanam tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensitas penyakit bercak daun. (3) Perlakuan Jarak tanam 30 x 40 cm dengan varietas Grobogan (V1J3) memberikan hasil tertingi pada jumlah polong dengan rata – rata 88,00, berat polong dengan rata – rata berat 60,11 gram, jumlah biji dengan rata – rata 143,56, dan pada berat biji dengan rata – rata berat 16,95 gram.

Abstract

Kajian macam pupuk kandang pada 3 jenis padi terhadap intensitas penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae.) telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 17 Oktober 2018 sampai 31 Januari 2019 di Dusun Brongsongan, Desa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Bendosari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan ketinggian tempat 104 m diatas permukaan laut dan jenis tanah gromosol. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji macam pupuk kandang pada 3 jenis padi terhadap intensitas penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan metode Split Plot / tata letak RPT ( Rancangan Petak Terpisah ) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu penggunaan  macam pupuk kandang sebagai sub plot / anak petak dan jenis padi sebagai main plot / petak utama sehingga diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan masing-masing diulang 3 kali sehingga di peroleh 36 kombinasi. Adapun kedua faktor tersebut adalah : (1). Jenis Padi (V) sebagai main plot / petak utama yaitu : V1 padi hitam, V2 padi merah, V3 padi putih (2). Macam Pupuk Kandang (P) sebagai sub plot / anak petak yaitu : P0 tanpa pupuk kandang, P1 pupuk kandang sapi, P2 pupuk kandang kambing, P3 pupuk kandang ayam.  Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, yang dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil pada taraf 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gejala penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae) muncul pertama kali pada umur 30 hari setelah tanam pada jenis padi hitam (V1), sedangkan gejala penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae) merata pada jenis padi hitam (V1) dan putih (V3). Intensitas penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae) terendah pada jenis padi merah sedangkan intensitas penyakit bercak daun tertinggi pada penggunaan pupuk kandang ayam pada jenis padi hitam dan putih Penggunaan pupuk kandang kambing pada jenis padi merah memberikan hasil tertinggi pada berat kering panen yaitu 421,21 gram dan berat kering gilling yaitu 283,70 gram.

Abstract

The research on "The inventory of pests in the treatment of dosage manure for white glutinous rice crops (Oryza sativa L glutinosa)" was carried out from November 10th, 2019 until February 27th, 2020 in Donohudan village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali. This research aims to known the kinds of pests that attack white glutinous rice crops (Orzya sativa L glutinosa) as well as the degree of damage to the treatment of dosage manure. The research used a Random Complete Blok Design (RCBD) single factor consisting of 10 kinds treatments and repeated 3 times. The parameters observed are : kind of pests that attacked, the intensity of pest damage, the number of tillers per clump, weight of the dried grain harvest per plot, weight of 1000 grains. The results showed that (1) The types of pests that attack the treatment of manure doses of white glutinous rice plants (Oryza sativa L glutinosa), namely locust pest, stem borer pests, and stinky bugs pest. (2) Treatment of manure goat dose 1.35 kg / plot (K3) is a dose of manure with the lowest level of pest attack on parameters the intensity of locust pest damage, stem borer pests, and stinky bugs pest. (3) The treatment of manure chicken has a significant effect on yields is the number of tillers per clump, the weight of the dried grain harvest per plot, and the weight of 1000 grains.

Abstract

The research about study of the effects of household waste on the growth and yield of sweet sorghum plants (Sorghum bicolor (L). Moench), with aim to know the effects of the use of household waste on the growth and yield of sweet sorghum plants (Sorghum bicolor (L). Moench), had been done from 01 October 2019 to 21 January 2020, in experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, in the village of Mojosongo, Banjarsari sub-district, Surakarta with an increase in ± 143 places (masl). The  method of research used a single Completely Random Desaign (CRD) consisting of 10 treatments, each treatment was repeated 3 times. Kind of waste household is tea water waste, coffee water waste and rice washing water waste. Data from the research were analyzed with the BNJ test (Honestly Significant Difference) at a level of 5%. The parameters observed were included height of plant, number of leaves, length of leaves, fresh straw weight of biomass, dry straw weight of biomass, seeds totals per plant, weight dry seeds per plant, weight of 100 dry seeds per plant. The result of the research showed that : (1) the treatment of household waste that is coffee waste with a content of 50% (C1) has a significant effect on the parameters height of plant, number of leaves, length of leaves, seeds totals per plant, and weight of 100 dry seeds per plant. (2) the coffee waste treatment with a content of 50% (C1) yields the highest height of plant is 297,50 cm, the highest number of leaves is 18,83 sheet, the longest length of leaves is 146,50 cm, the highest seeds totals per plant is 3517,33 grain, weight dry seeds per plant is 112,27 gram, and the weight of 100 dry seeds per plant is 3,79 gram. (3) the treatment that  is coffee waste with a content of 50% provides the highest growth and yield in sorghum plants.

Abstract

This research entitled Study of Manure on the intensity of Narrow Brown Spot (Cercospora oryzae) on White Glutinous Rice Plants(Oryza sativa L. Glutinosa) with the aim to examine the effect of manure on the intensity of narrow brown spots (Cercospora Oryzae) on white glutinous rice plants. Have been done from 29 October 2019 to 3 March 2020, in the Village of Donohudan, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java, with an altitude of 150 (masl). This research usedthe method a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a single factor consisting of 10 kinds of treatments and repeated 3 times. The combination of treatments as follows: D0, A1, A2, A3, K1, K2, K3, S1, S2, S3. The data of this research were analyzed with the HSD test (Honestly Significant Difference) at 5% significance level, while the results of the research showed that symptom of attacks narrow brown spot (Cercospora oryzae) first appear at the age of 30 days after planting in thr treatment of cow manure, while narrow brown spot (Cercospora oryzae) evenly distributed at the age of 40 days after planting in the treatment of chicken manure and goat manure. Chicken manure with a dose of 4,5 kg/plot could suppress the intensity of narrow brown spot (Cercospora oryzae) disease on the leaves and narrow brown spot (Cercospora oryzae) on the leaves, and the use chicken manure with a dose of 4,5 kg/plot give the highest yield in grain weight per plot is1820,90 grams and significantly affect the control treatment or without the provision of manure (an increase of 38,73%) but did not significantly affect the treatment of goat manure and cow manure.

Abstract

This study is titled Study of Biological Fertilizers on the intensity of Leaf Spots (Cercospora sp.) On Black Corn (Black Aztec) with the aim to study the types of biological fertilizers on the intensity of Cercospora sp. which began on November 9, 2019, in Jembangan Village, Gagaksipat Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali District, Central Java, with a height of 150m (asl). This study uses a single factor Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 10 treatments and 3 replications. The data from the results of this study were analyzed with the Duncan at the 5% level. The parameters observed include: intensity of leaf spot disease, weight of cob with corn husk per plant (gram), weight of cob without corn husk per plant (gram), weight of 100 corn seeds (gram). The results showed that: (1) Symptoms of leaf spot disease appear evenly on all biological fertilizers, symptoms of disease attack began to appear at the age of 30 days after planting. (2) In the treatment of biological fertilizer Megharizo on black corn concertration 10 ml/1,2 l (B2) can reduce the intensity of leaf spot disease. (3) The application of biological fertilizer from three doses has not been able to increase the yield of black corn to the weight of corn with corn husk, weight of corn without corn husk, and weight of 100 seeds.

Abstract

The research about study Kind Of Animal Manures To The Intensity Of Locust Pest Damage ( Locusta Migratoria Manilensis L. ) on three Types Of Corn Plants (Zea mays ssp. mays), with aim to test Kind Of Animal Manures To The Intensity Of Locust Pest Damage ( Locusta Migratoria Manilensis L. ) on three Types Of Corn Plants (Zea mays ssp. mays) had been done from 4 November 2019 to 17 January 2020, in Siderejo hamlet, Sajen Village, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency, Central Java, with elevation in 130m above sea level and regosol soil type. This research used a factorial Randomized Completion Block Design (RCBD) with method arranged split plot or separate tile layout design consist of two factors treatment with twelve combinations treatment and each treatment three replication. The parameters observed: attack symptoms, attack intensity, number of cobs, length of cobs, weight of fresh cobs per-plant, and weight of fresh cobs per-plot. The result of the research indicate that: (1) the most even intensity of attacks due to locust pest is found in the type of black corn, symptoms of locust attacks begin to appear at 10 days after planting on black corn. (2) The intesnsity attack of the locust pest influential attack on (V2P3) namely the treatment of chicken manure with a dose per plot of 608g on the type of white corn that is equal to 25,01. (3) The treatment of chicken manure and the type of white corn effect on the number of corn cobs gives the highest average value 1,33 and the length of the cob with the average value of 20,75.
